Moreover, we are selling our products at affordable prices. Customers can enjoy Aimi Kitchen’s Chocojar anywhere and anytime. Customers can buy our products through Facebook using cash on delivery method or courier delivery service. To market our products and engage with our consumers, we mostly utilise Facebook as a social media platform. Because so many individuals currently spend the majority of their time on social media, it allows us to simply reach out to potential customers and provides us with additional opportunity to raise brand recognition.

Leah Marion Roberts, senior graduate teaching fellow at the Vanderbilt Center for Teaching, interviews experts who can help us understand why paying attention to bodies in teaching and learning spaces is important. The episodes explore how theories of the body make sense of social life and inequity; how learning is sensory, experiential, physical and emotional; how educators can incorporate embodied practices into their classrooms to enhance learning; and the relationships between bodies and technology.
On this first installment, Leah talks with Aimi Hamraie, associate professor of medicine, health, and society and of American studies here at Vanderbilt University. They direct the Critical Design Lab and host the Contra* podcast on disability, design justice, and the lifeworld. They are also the author of Building Access: University Design and the Politics of Disability from the University of Minnesota Press. Aimi is trained as an intersectional feminist scholar, and their work focuses on disability, accessibility, and design.
In the interview, Aimi shares some key conceptions of embodied learning from their interdisciplinary perspective, discusses the intersection of bodies and learning and technology, and provides some very interesting examples of teaching practices that tap into embodied learning

exterior 3D wave propagation Neumann problem reformulated in terms of a space–time hypersingular boundary integral equation with retarded potentials. This latter is set in the so-called energetic weak form, recently proposed in Aimi et al. (Int J Numer Methods Eng 80:1196–1240, 2009; CMES 58:185–219, 2010), regularized as in Frangi (Int J Numer Methods Eng 45:721–740, 1999) and then approximated by the Galerkin boundary element method. Details on the discretization phase and, in particular, on the computation of integrals, double in time and double in space, constituting the elements of the final linear system matrix are given and analyzed. Various numerical results and simulations are presented and discussed

No full textIl lavoro, pubblicato in limine della decisione delle Sezioni Unite della Suprema Corte di Cassazione sul caso ThyssenKrupp, affronta criticamente una delle fondamentali questioni giuridiche che la vicenda ha sollevato: la distinzione tra dolo eventuale e colpa cosciente. Dopo una succinta esposizione della motivazione delle sentenze di merito, infatti, l’Autore prende posizione in senso fortemente critico rispetto alla formulazione del quesito controverso sottoposto alle Sezioni Unite, nonché nei confronti della teoria del dolo eventuale attualmente maggioritaria in giurisprudenza, e argomenta, invece, a favore dell’accoglimento della nozione di dolo eventuale basata sulla teoria c.d. del bilanciamento, proponendo, altresì, una serie di criteri operativi destinati ad orientare il giudice, nel caso concreto, nella valutazione relativa alla sussistenza (o alla insussistenza) del dolo eventuale

No full textIl presente contributo rappresenta un primo commento alla sentenza delle Sezioni Unite concernente la tragica vicenda dell’incendio dell’acciaieria ThyssenKrupp di Torino. Con la sentenza in esame, la Corte di cassazione affronta direttamente il delicato tema della distinzione tra dolo eventuale e colpa cosciente, uno dei temi più problematici e dibattuti del diritto penale, affermando la sussistenza della sola responsabilità a titolo di colpa, aggravata dalla previsione dell’evento, in capo a tutti gli imputati. In motivazione, la Suprema Corte, oltre a prendere posizione a favore della tesi che definisce il dolo eventuale come il risultato di un bilanciamento, fornisce una serie di indicatori utili per la prova della sussistenza del dolo eventuale e, per la sua distinzione con l’affine figura della colpa cosciente. Il percorso argomentativo seguito dalla Suprema Corte, tuttavia, pur condivisibile nell’esito, non si sottrae, a nostro avviso, ad alcune significative obiezioni
