It is also easy and well known to the masses. Gulistan and Bastaan are world fame creations of Saadi Sherazi. These books translated in many languages. Saadi Aakhai is the translation of these books by Basheer Ahmad Zami Bahawalpuri. Zami was the teacher by profession and he loved his mother language to its fill. Renowned scholars appreciate his work. Both the translation are the treasure of Siraiki literature

On a group of the Form 210:(U5(2):2)
The full automorphism group U5(2):2 of the special unitary group U5(2) has a 10-dimensional absolutely irreducible module over GF(2): Hence a split extension of the form G = 210:(U5(2):2) does exist. In this paper we first determine the conjugacy classes of G using the coset analysis technique. The structures of the inertia factor groups were determined. These are the groups U5(2):2; 21+6:((31+2:8):2) and O5(2):2. We then determine the Fischer matrices and apply the Clifford-Fischer theory to com-pute the ordinary character table of G: The Fischer matrices Fi of G are all Z-valued, with sizes range between 1 and 5. The full character table of G; which is 109 x 109 C-valued matrix is available in the PhD Thesis [1] of the rst author, which could be accessed online
Road Safety Risk Evaluation Using GIS-Based Data Envelopment Analysis—Artificial Neural Networks Approach
Identification of the most significant factors for evaluating road risk level is an important question in road safety research, predominantly for decision-making processes. However, model selection for this specific purpose is the most relevant focus in current research. In this paper, we proposed a new methodological approach for road safety risk evaluation, which is a two-stage framework consisting of data envelopment analysis (DEA) in combination with artificial neural networks (ANNs). In the first phase, the risk level of the road segments under study was calculated by applying DEA, and high-risk segments were identified. Then, the ANNs technique was adopted in the second phase, which appears to be a valuable analytical tool for risk prediction. The practical application of DEA-ANN approach within the Geographical Information System (GIS) environment will be an efficient approach for road safety risk analysis

Relationship between road traffic features and accidents: An application of two-stage decision-making approach for transportation engineers
Introduction: An efficient decision-making process is one of the major necessities in the performance analysis of road safety for human safety and budget allocation procedure. Method: During the road safety analysis procedure, data envelopment analysis (DEA) supports policymakers in differentiating between risky and safe segments of a homogeneous highway. Cross risk, an extension of the DEA models, provides more information about risky segments for ranking purpose. After the identification of risky segments, the next goal is to identify those factors that are major contributors in making the segments risky. Results: This research proposes a methodology to analyze road safety performance by using a combination of DEA with the decision tree (DT) technique. The proposed methodology not only provides a facility to identify problematic road segments with the help of DEA but also identifies contributing factors with the help of DT. Practical applications: The application of the proposed model will help the policymakers to identify the major factors contributing to road accidents and to analyze the safety performance of road infrastructure to help allocate the budget during the decision-making process. This research is jointly supported by TITE and IMOB for publication. The authors thank HE-Boong Kwon (USA), one of the pioneers of a similar method, for his valuable guidance
SOLVENT EFFECTS ON IR MODES OF (R)-3-METHYLCYCLOPENTANONE CONFORMERS: A COMPUTATIONAL INVESTIGATION
Author Institution: Physics Department, King Fahd University of Petroleum and Minerals, Dhahran 31261 Saudi ArabiaDensity Functional Theory (DFT) calculations of infrared spectra for the optimized geometries of R-(+)-3-methylcyclopentanone (R3MCP) equatorial-methyl and axial-methyl conformers were performed in 11 common solvents of wide polarity range, in the framework of polarizable continuum model (PCM). DFT correlation function type B3LYP using a powerful basis set (aug-cc-pVDZ) yielded different linear correlation between solvent polarity and R3MCP equatorial and axial conformers IR modes frequencies, intensities, and enthalpies (W. Al-Basheer, J. Sol. Chem. 41, 1495-1506 (2012)). DFT calculations of the R3MCP equatorial and axial conformer dipole moment components in 3D were also carried out and found to have a linear correlation with solvent polarity (W. Al-Basheer et al, J. Phys. Chem. A 111(12), 2293-2298 (2007)). An observed trend for a Hypsochromic (blue) shift in the equatorial conformer IR frequencies, in comparison to Bathochromic (red) shift for the axial-methyl conformer IR modes as a function of solvent polarity increase
In-house resource efficiency improvements supplementing the end of pipe treatments in textile SMEs under a circular economy fashion
The choice of cleaner production practices within the supply chain can improve the textile industry's environmental, financial, and operational advantages. The objective of this study is to evaluate smart environmental management practices (SEMPs) for minimizing the pollution load (energy waste, water consumption, wastewater generation, and chemical waste) within the supply chain in five textile production units of Lahore, Faisalabad (Punjab), and Karachi (Sindh) in Pakistan and to assist and get comprehensive knowledge on resource saving through cleaner production techniques. A multi-criteria decision-making method was used to identify the possibilities and use for cleaner production and SEMPs. A total of 36 SEMPs have been recorded with three benchmarking levels based on investment and business priority: i) low/no-cost high return, ii) high-cost high return, and iii) medium-cost medium return. After an initial assessment, SEMPs were implemented and post-assessments were conducted after gap of months. It was found that about 1.3 million m(3) of water was saved which constituted up 21% of the total water consumption. Moreover, 34,600 tons of chemicals and 1,441,500 kWh energy were also saved. This resource saving also helped industries save 0.792 million USD. Using the SEMPs proposed in this article, the annual GHG emission was significantly reduced for industries where the potential varied from 200 to 8,500 tons of CO2 for different industries
