PENGEMBANGAN DESA WISATA BANGUNCIPTO
Program KKN UAD melalui program regular tahun 2017 dibanguncipto ingin berusaha mengembangkan desa wisata yang sudah ada dengan melakukan beberapa program inisiasi sebagai awal pengembangan desa wisata. Beberapa hal dilakukan untuk mengoptimalkan desa wisata alam khususnya pertanian di banguncipto. Hasil pengamatan bahwa beberapa kegiatan dapat menunjangberkembangnya desa wisata di banguncipto seperti: wisata alam, wisata kuliner, wisata herbal dan juga pusat oleh-oleh. Program-program yang dikerjakan baru merupakan program inisiasi sehingga perlu dilakukan optimalisasi pada setiap aspek pendukung agar program desa wisata banguncipto menjadi obyek wisata yang diminati oleh wisatawan dalam negeri dan luar negeri/wisatawan asing. Program-program inisiasi yang telah dilakukan dibanguncipto yaitu Pelatihan Sumber Daya Manusia dalam English Practise, Pelatihan Interpreuner (pelatihan merajut, penanganan tanamanangrek), Pelatihan pembuatan masakan dan kuliner, Pelatihan penanaman tanaman obat. Hasil pelaksanaan program mendapat antusias warga dan hal ini merupakan awal yang positif sehinggaakan berkembangnya desa wisata di banguncipt
Ethanol Concentration Effect of Mangoesten Pell Extract to Total Phenol Content
Telah penelitian tentang pengaruh konsentrasi etanol terhadap kandungan fenol total pada kulit manggis. Penelitian ini bertujuan sebagai effisiensi penggunaan pelarut yang digunakan dalam proses ekstraksi. Proses ekstraksi yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini menggunakan teknik maserasi. Penelitian ini dengan melakukan variasi konsentrasi etanol 100%, 80%, 50%, 20%, 0% sebagai pelarut yang digunakan dalam proses maserasi selama 24 jam disertai dengan pengadukan. Kemudian hasil ekstrak cair dievaporasi sampai mendapat ekstraks kental, dan selanjutnya ekstraks kental diuapkan sampai memperoleh ekstraks kering masing-masing pelarut tersebut. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa konsentrasi etanol 100% mampu melakukan proses ekstraksi yang optimal dengan kandungan total fenol sebesar 35,21% b/b yang equivalen terhadap asam galat
Aplikasi Silika Mcm-41 Sebagai Material Berpori Dalam Adsorpsi Ibuprofen
Telah dilakukan kajian terhadap proses pemanfaatan MCM-41 sebagai padatan pendukung dalam transfer ibuprofen. MCM-41 disintesis menggunakan metode hidrotermal. Aplikasi MCM-41 sebagai padatan pendukung dilakukan dengan mengamati perubahan karakter MCM-41 baik struktur kristal MCM-41 dan kemampuan adsorpsinya terhadap ibuprofen. Hasil karakterisasi dengan difraksi sinar X terdeteksi 2Ɵ : 22,62 dan 23,10. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa kemampuan adsorpsi MCM-41 terhadap ibuprofen terdeteksi dengan penghilangan pelarut pada temperatur kamar. Hal ini juga dibuktikan dengan data kemampuan MCM-41 dalam mengadsorpsi ibuprofen mengalami kenaikan dengan bertambahnya konsentrasi ibuprofen. Kata kunci: MCM-41, ibuprofen, adsorps
Going Beyond Counting First Authors in Author Co-citation Analysis
The present study examines one of the fundamental aspects of author co-citation analysis (ACA) - the way co-citation
counts are defined. Co-citation counting provides the data on which all subsequent statistical analyses and mappings
are based, and we compare ACA results based on two different types of co-citation counting - the traditional type that
only counts the first one among a cited work's authors on the one hand and a non-traditional type that takes into
account the first 5 authors of a cited work on the other hand. Results indicate that the picture produced through this non-traditional author co-citation counting contains more coherent author groups and is therefore considerably clearer. However, this picture represents fewer specialties in the research field being studied than that produced through the traditional first-author co-citation counting when the same number of top-ranked authors is selected and analyzed. Reasons for these effects are discussed
Variations on the Author
“Variations on the Author” discusses two of Eduardo Coutinho’s recent films (Um Dia na Vida, from 2010, and Últimas Conversas, posthumously released in 2015) and their contribution to the general question of documentary authorship. The director’s filmography is characterized by a consistent yet self-effacing form of authorial self-inscription: Coutinho often features as an interviewer that rather than express opinions propels discourses; an interviewer that is good at listening. This mode of self-inscription characterizes him as an author who is not expressive but who is nonetheless markedly present on the screen. In Um Dia na Vida, however, Coutinho is completely absent form the image, while Últimas Conversas, on the contrary, includes a confessional prologue that moves the director from the margins to the center of his films. This article examines the ways in which these works stand out in the filmography of a director who offers new insights into the notion of cinematic authorship
Appropriate Similarity Measures for Author Cocitation Analysis
We provide a number of new insights into the methodological discussion about author cocitation analysis. We first argue that the use of the Pearson correlation for measuring the similarity between authors’ cocitation profiles is not very satisfactory. We then discuss what kind of similarity measures may be used as an alternative to the Pearson correlation. We consider three similarity measures in particular. One is the well-known cosine. The other two similarity measures have not been used before in the bibliometric literature. Dispelling the Myths Behind First-author Citation Counts
We conducted a full-scale evaluative citation analysis study of scholars in the XML research field to explore just how different from each other author rankings resulting from different citation counting methods actually are, and to demonstrate the capability of emerging data and tools on the Web in supporting more realistic citation counting methods. Our results contest some common arguments for the continued
use of first-author citation counts in the evaluation of scholars, such as high correlations between author rankings by first-author citation counts and other citation
counting methods, and high costs of using more realistic citation counting methods that are not well-supported by the ISI databases. It is argued that increasingly available digital full text research papers make it possible for citation analysis studies to go beyond what the ISI databases have directly supported and to employ more

DEVELOPMENT OF LARD DETECTION IN CRUDE PALM OIL (CPO) USING FTIR COMBINED WITH CHEMOMETRICS ANALYSIS
Objective: The aim of this research to design lard detection using FTIR spectroscopy combined Partials Least Square (PLS).Methods: Development of analysis method of lard in CPO oil using FTIR combined PLS to quantification of lard in CPO oil. Data processing in this study is looking for correlation about actual value and FTIR predicted value. The good correlation will give the high R2 value and low Root Mean Square Calibration (RMSEC), and Root Mean Square error External Cross Validation (RMSECV).Results: The results showed that The analysis method using FTIR for lard detection with combination of the fingerprint spectrum at wave number 1481-999 cm-1 with wave number such as 779-650 cm-1, 1749-1650 cm-1 and 2990-3045 cm-1. This research resulted good correlation about actual value and predicted value at combination of wave number 1481.22-999.05 & 1793.67-1650.95 with R2 value is 0.998. The detection error is lowest because it has a small of RMSEC and RMSECV value with 0.998, 1.291 % (v/v), 0838% (v/v) respectively.Conclusion: The characteristic of lard in CPO oil can be detected at combination of wave number 1481.22-999.05 & 1793.67-1650.95 with R2 value is 0.998 and RMSEC and RMSECV value with 0.998, 1.291 % (v/v), 0838% (v/v) respectively.Keyword: FTIR, halal authentication, lard detection, analysis metho
