PROGRAM BIMBINGAN BELAJAR UNTUK MENINGKATKAN MOTIVASI INTRINSIK PESERTA DIDIK BERBAKAT : Eksperimen Kuasi terhadap Peserta Didik Berbakat Kelas XI di MA Negeri 1 Bandung Tahun Ajaran 2015/2016
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menghasilkan program bimbingan belajar yang efektif untuk meningkatkan motivasi intrinsik peserta didik berbakat. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah eksperimen semu dengan desain penelitian non equivalent control group. Dalam mengungkap gambaran motivasi intrinsik peserta didik berbakat kelas XI, digunakan teknik purposive sampling dengan kriteria memiliki skor hasil tes IST (Intelligenz Structured Test) sama dengan atau lebih besar dari 120, memiliki skor analogien (fleksibilitas berpikir) dalam tes APM (Advance Progressive Matrices) sama dengan atau lebih besar dari 55, dan memiliki skor need for achievement dalam tes EPPS (Edwards Personal Preferences Schedules) sama dengan atau lebih besar dari 55 sehingga diperoleh 25 peserta didik berbakat. Instrumen penelitian yang digunakan diadaptasi dari Intrinsic Motivation Inventory (IMI). Hasil penelitian yang diperoleh yaitu: (1) gambaran motivasi peserta didik berbakat adalah belum ada peserta didik yang mencapai tahapan termotivasi secara intrinsik dalam belajar, 40% peserta didik mencapai tahapan integration, 40% peserta didik mencapai tahapan identification, 8% peserta didik mencapai tahapan introjection, dan 12% peserta didik mencapai tahapan external; (2) rumusan program bimbingan belajar yang dinyatakan layak oleh pakar dan praktisi meliputi: rasional, visi misi, deskripsi kebutuhan, tujuan program, sasaran program, komponen program, rencana operasional, pengembangan tema, langkah kegiatan, evaluasi, dan tindak lanjut; (3) program bimbingan belajar efektif untuk meningkatkan motivasi intrinsik peserta didik berbakat dalam aspek kompetensi dan otonomi. ;
This study aims to develop an effective academic guidance program in increasing gifted students’ intrinsic motivation. The method used in this research is quasi experimental with non equivalent control group design. To reveal the intrinsic motivation profile of gifted students grade 11, purposive sampling was used with the following criteria; score test result in IST (Intelligenz Structured Test) is equal to or greater than 120, analogien score in APM (Advance Progressive Matrices) test result is equal to or greater than 55, need for achievement score in EPPS (Edwards Personal Preferences Schedules) is equal to or greater than 55, so there were 25 students that meet the criteria defined as gifted students. Instrument was used in this research was adapted from Intrinsic Motivation Inventory (IMI). The results obtained from this research are: (1) an overview to gifted students’ intrinsic motivation is no one has been intrinsically motivated in learning, 40% gifted students reached integration stage, 40% gifted students reached identification stage, 8% gifted students reached introjections stage, 12% gifted students reached external stage; (2) academic guidance program that was accepted as a proper program by experts and practitioner includes rational, vision mission, description of the needs, purpose of program, objective of program, component of program, action plan, development of themes, operational steps, evaluation, and follow-up; (3) the academic guidance program is effective to increase gifted students’ intrinsic motivation in competence and autonomy aspect
Geometry of Quadrangles in Almqvist’s The Queen’s Tiara
Quadrangles are repeatedly used in construction of scenes in Swedish author C. J. L. Almqvist’s novel The Queen’s
Tiara. They limit and frame views. Repeating these structures creates connections between scenes. They form in
relations between characters. Several quadrangular structures form around one main character called Tintomara,
when she involuntarily attracts characters that fall in love in her. Also, quadrangles inside and beside each other are
visible in scenes. Almqvist presented these forms in the elementary geometry textbook he published a year before

Pengaruh Citra Merek, Kualitas Produk, Dan Nilai Pelanggan Terhadap Kepuasan Pelanggan Dalam Menggunakan Produk Tupperware (Studi Pada Konsumen PT. Tiara Kinarya Sakti, Kudus)
Tupperware is a pioneer of products made from plastics that offer safety for health and the environment. However, the advantages offered by Tupperware felt not optimal. Many complaints by consumers to the company, among others, the long warranty service, product names are difficult to remember, limited product availability, and so forth. So that these things will obviously affect customer satisfaction.The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of brand image, product quality, and customer value to customer satisfaction in using Tupperware products. This type of research is explanatory research. The population in this research that consumers PT. Tiara Kinarya Sakti and the number of samples taken was 100 respondents. The sampling technique in this study using purposive sampling. The analytical method used is cross tabulation, correlation, determination, simple linear regression, multiple, t test and F test with SPSS version 16.Based on the survey results revealed that the brand image, product quality, and customer value provides a positive and significant influence on customer satisfaction, either partially or simultaneously. X variables that have the most influence on customer satisfaction is customer value.Some recommends that could give the author is to intensify promotion of Tupperware products, to check the goods before the customer leaves the distributor's office, adding stock warrany Tupperware products, giving an adward or reward to loyal customers, improve hospitality and speed in serving customers, and more spread sales force with the lure of an extra bonus if successfully exceeded the target

Scientific work was made aiming to determine the process of recruitment
and online selection in the PT Indra Karya (Persero). The method used by the
author in the discussion of scientific papers is descriptive analysis method with data
collection methods using observational studies and literature studies.
From the results of the writing, it can be seen that the process of employee
recruitment and selection in the PT Indra Karya (Persero) HR, General & IT
division is still not going well. This happens because the company's ROPT website
does not provide a complete table of data on prospective employees. The
conclusion of this writing a complate information system is needed so that when
sorting potential applicants does not take much time.

Composed with a passion for the sublime and a quest to transgress the personal, actual, and imaginary, The Tiara is based on biographical facts, events, and experience in the life of the author, Angéla Bureau. Indeed, it emerged from her first “independent” year in the UK: it was written as a means of digesting certain challenging experiences and of healing her then turbulent soul.Set mainly in London in the noughties, this captivating, twenty-first-century novel charts the formative experiences of Tamara, a Hungarian native-speaker who contemplates her earlier life in London where she endeavours to overcome loneliness and find her feet. Although intent on striving for independence, she rapidly becomes a victim of (self-) inflicted suffering through the development of a coerced, multi-cultural relationship with Diké, her familiar stranger, seducer, and, yet, would-be saviour. With its psychoanalytical depth, The Tiara is somewhat reminiscent of Pechorin’s piquant introspection in Mikhail Lermontov’s famous, Modernistic, Russian novel, A Hero of Our Time (1840), for it penetrates, alternatingly, the minds of Tamara and Diké through self-reflection and psychological analysis. A testament to cross-cultural awareness, it is embedded in experiences endured not in the Caucasus, but in locations stretching from the UK, to East Central Europe, and back to West Africa. We are immediately immersed into the whirlpool of Tamara’s life, with flashbacks to her family and university environments in Szeged in South-Eastern Hungary and also to Diké’s recollections of his life-changing experiences among the Muslim Marabouts of Gambia and Sierra Leone. The University of Franeker was founded in 1585, with a library at the start. One of the first purchases was the collection of the humanist prof. Petrejus Tiara, who died at February 9, 1586, with about 40 volumes in folio. The first description of the library has been preserved by a copy of the printed catalogue from 1601, probably made by Martinus Lydius, professor of theology. This catalogue describes a collection of about 300 folio's and 500 books in smaller format. Erasmus is the author with the most titles, 22, and four titles can be traced belonging originally to his private library. As a whole, the Franeker university library in 1601 offers a rather modern humanist collection, without a confessional emphasis, neither Roman Catholic nor Calvinistic
GAYA KEPEMIMPINAN DALAM MENINGKATKAN KINERJA PENGURUS PANTI ASUHAN TIARA PUTRI DI KELURAHAN KORPRI RAYA KECAMATAN SUKARAME KOTA BANDAR LAMPUNG
ABSTRAK
Pertumbuhan suatu panti asuhan dipengaruhi oleh gaya kepemimpinannya karena pemimpin merupakan
elemen yang sangat penting keberadaan serta kedudukannya dalam suatu lembaga sosial keagamaan
atau panti asuhan. Pada sebuah organisasi, kesuksesan atau kegagalan dalam pelaksanaan tugas dan
penyelenggaraan setiap kerja dipengaruhi oleh kepemimpinan, melalui kepemimpinan dan didukung
oleh kapasitas organisasi yang memadai, maka penyelenggaraan manajemen dan prestasi kerja yang
baik akan terwujud, sebaliknya kelemahan kepemimpinan merupakan salah satu sebab keruntuhan
kinerja organisasi tersebut. Dalam suatu organisasi karyawan atau bawahan bekerja selalu tergantung
pada pimpinannya, jika pemimpin tidak memiliki kemampuan memimpin, maka tugas-tugas yang
sangat banyak tidak akan dikerjakan dengan baik. Untuk dapat mewujudakan dan melaksanakan tugas�tugas, diperlukan adanya pemimpinan yang mampu mengarahkan karyawan sesuai dengan tujuan yang
telah ditetapkan. Suatu organisasi membutuhkan kepemimpinan yang efektif yang mampu
mempengaruhi tindakan dari karyawan atau bawahannya, dengan kata lain pemimpin harus dapat
mempengaruhi moral dan kepuasan kerja, keamanan, kualitas kehidupan kerja dan tingkat prestasi suatu
organisasi serta mampu mengarahkan bawahannya kearah tujuan organisasi. Jenis penelitian ini adalah
penelitian lapangan (Field Research) dan sifat penelitian ini adalah deskriptif kualitatif. Adapun pokok
masalah yang diajukan adalah Bagaimana gaya kepemimpinan dalam meningkatkan kinerja pengurus
Panti Asuhan Tiara Putri di Kelurahan Korpri Raya Kecamatan Sukarame Kota Bandar Lampung.
Tujuan yang akan dicapai dalam penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui gaya kepemimpinan dalam
meningkatkan kinerja pengurus Panti Asuhan Tiara Putri di Kelurahan Korpri Raya Kecamatan
Sukarame Kota Bandar Lampung. Adapun metodelogi penelitian ini adalah sumber data primer dan
sumber data sekunder. Sumber data primer dalam penelitian ini adalah pengurus Panti Asuhan Tiara
Putri dan sumber data sekunder dalam penelitian ini adalah berupa dokumen maupun arsip-arsip Panti
Asuhan Tiara Putri. Metode pengumpulan data yang penulis gunakan adalah wawancara, observasi, dan
dokumentasi. penelitian ini dianalisa menggunakan analisa kualitatif yang menghasilkan data berupa
kata-kata tertulis atau lisan orang-orang dan prilaku yang diamati. Dari hasil temuan di lapangan penulis
mengetahui bahwa Gaya Kepemimpinan Dalam Meningkatan Kinerja Karyawan Panti Asuhan Tiara
Putri di Kelurahan Korpri Raya Kecamatan Sukarame Kota Bandar Lampung adalah cenderung lebih
kepada gaya kepemimpinan transformasional itu terlihat dari cara ketua yang menentukan rencana
perubahan besar dan terarah terhadap visi, misi dan stategi lembaga dan saat ketua memberi perintah
terhadap para pengurus dalam pekerjaan tanpa ada tekanan. Namun pimpinan juga menggunakan gaya
demokratis. Terlihat dari pimpinan mengutamakan musyawarah dan mengambil keputusan sesuai
dengan tujuan organisasi. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini adalah bahwa Gaya Kepemimpinan Dalam
Meningkat Kinerja Karyawan Panti Asuhan Tiara Putri di Kelurahan Korpri Raya Kecamatan Sukarame
Kota Bandar Lampung adalah cenderung lebih kepada gaya kepemimpinan transformasional itu terlihat
dari cara ketua yang menentukan rencana perubahan besar dan terarah terhadap visi, misi dan stategi
lembaga dan saat ketua memberi perintah terhadap para pengurus dalam pekerjaan tanpa ada tekanan.
Namun pimpinan juga menggunakan gaya demokratis. Terlihat dari pimpinan mengutamakan
musyawarah dan mengambil keputusan sesuai dengan tujuan organisasi.

ABSTRACT
The growth of an orphanage is influenced by its leadership style because the leader is a very important
element in its existence and position in a socio-religious institution or orphanage. In an organization,
success or failure in carrying out tasks and carrying out every work is influenced by leadership, through
leadership and supported by adequate organizational capacity, then good management and work
performance will be realized, otherwise leadership weakness is one of the causes of the collapse of the
organization's performance. . In an organization employees or subordinates work always depends on the
leader, if the leader does not have the ability to lead, then the tasks that are very much will not be done
well. To be able to realize and carry out the tasks, it is necessary to have a leader who is able to direct
employees in accordance with the goals that have been set. An organization needs effective leadership
that is able to influence the actions of its employees or subordinates, in other words the leader must be
able to influence morale and job satisfaction, security, quality of work life and level of achievement of
an organization and be able to direct his subordinates towards organizational goals. This type of
research is a field research (Field Research) and the nature of this research is descriptive qualitative. The
main problem posed is how is the leadership style in improving the performance of the Tiara Putri
Orphanage in Korpri Raya Village, Sukarame District, Bandar Lampung City. The purpose of this
research is to determine the leadership style in improving the performance of the Tiara Putri Orphanage
in Korpri Raya Village, Sukarame District, Bandar Lampung City. The methodology of this research is
the primary data source and secondary data source. The primary data sources in this study were the
administrators of the Tiara Putri Orphanage and the secondary data sources in this study were
documents and archives of the Tiara Putri Orphanage. Data collection methods that the author uses are
interviews, observation, and documentation. This research is analyzed using qualitative analysis which
produces data in the form of written or spoken words of people and observed behavior. From the
findings in the field, the author knows that the leadership style in improving the performance of Tiara
Putri Orphanage employees in Korpri Raya Village, Sukarame District, Bandar Lampung City is
inclined to be more of a transformational leadership style, it can be seen from the way the chairman
determines the plan for major and directed changes to the vision, mission and the strategy of the
institution and when the chairman gives orders to the administrators in their work without any pressure.
But the leadership also uses a democratic style. It can be seen from the leadership that prioritizing
deliberation and making decisions in accordance with organizational goals. The conclusion of this study
is that the leadership style in improving the performance of Tiara Putri Orphanage employees in Korpri
Raya Village, Sukarame District, Bandar Lampung City is more inclined to a transformational
leadership style that can be seen from the way the chairman determines the plan for major and directed
changes to the vision, mission and strategy. institution and when the chairman gives orders to the
administrators in their work without any pressure. But the leadership also uses a democratic style. It can
be seen from the leadership that prioritizing deliberation and making decisions in accordance with
