No full textSecurity Council resolutions of the United Nations (hereinafter referred to UN Security Council) is the decision of the fifteen members of the UN Security Council as the most powerful organ of the United Nations. This decision has legal power to force (legally binding) to the conflict which they finished. One of the resolutions issued by the UN Security Council Resolution 1973 is in the armed conflict in Libya Conflict in Libya is a conflict between the government led by Khadafi (President) with opposition groups who want it backed away from the presidency because votes authoritarian who has ruled for 42 years. The conflict that led to armed conflicts that threaten peace and security to the Security Council found it necessary to intervene in resolving problems that occur with the provisions in the form of issuing a resolution. Based on the above matters, this paper raised the point about the legal analysis of the UN Security Council Resolution 1973 of 2011 numbers in the armed conflict in Libya In the case study method of this thesis, the author uses the method of juridical normative research is to collect materials from the library literature and materials of the legislation and official sites on the Internet that relate to the discussion under investigation Descriptive writing of this thesis is the study of juridical materials library, In the case study method of this thesis, the author uses the method of juridical normative research. On Topological Properties of Dominating David Derived Networks

In QSAR/QSPR study, physico-chemical properties and topological indices such as Randi\'{c}, atom-bond connectivity and geometric-arithmetic index are used to predict the bioactivity of chemical compounds. Graph theory has found a considerable use in this important area of research.\\
All the studied interconnection networks in this paper are constructed by the Star of David network. In this paper, we study the general Randi\'{c}, first Zagreb, , , and indices for first, second and third type of Dominating David Derived networks and give closed formulae of these indices for these networks. In this article, we study the chemical graphs of carbon graphite and crystal structure of cubic carbon. Epistemological Reconstruction of Islamic Education: Developing a Transformative Pedagogical Model to Foster Creativity
No full textIslamic education in Indonesia is confronted with a critical challenge in cultivating creativity, critical thinking, and intellectual independence among students. Entrenched in rigid and traditionalist pedagogical models, the system often fails to accommodate the dynamic and creative dimensions of human potential, resulting in educational stagnation and diminished societal relevance. This study addresses this issue by exploring the epistemological reconstruction of Islamic education, aiming to develop a transformative educational framework rooted in creativity, rationality, and moral responsibility. The study integrates insights from classical Islamic scholarship and modern educational theory by employing a qualitative methodology based on a comprehensive literature review and analytical-reflective analysis. The proposed model emphasizes the need to deconstruct the dichotomy between religious and scientific knowledge, promote epistemological universality, and adopt pluralistic, student-centered learning approaches. The findings reveal that revitalizing Islamic education through such a framework can foster pious, creative, autonomous, and socially engaged learners. Ultimately, this article argues for an educational paradigm that does not merely preserve religious tradition but actively prepares individuals to become ethical contributors to a just, inclusive, and civilized society. The study also highlights the importance of further research to test this model in real institutional contexts
Deciding To Be A Widow or Stay with A Husband: The Experience of Muslim Women Filing for Divorce in the Aceh Sharia Court
No full textThis article examines the lived experiences of Acehnese women who initiate divorce (khulu’), focusing on the socio-religious, cultural, and legal dimensions that shape their decisions. This study employed a qualitative method with a phenomenological approach. The study captures the voices of women from various socio-economic backgrounds through in-depth interviews, aiming to explore their motivations, internal conflicts, and post-divorce realities. Findings indicate that marital dissatisfaction, domestic violence, infidelity, economic independence, and growing awareness of women’s rights are key drivers for seeking divorce. Despite strong religious and cultural norms that often frame divorce as morally undesirable, these women navigate complex legal pluralism and social stigma with remarkable agency. The study underscores how intersecting factors, such as patriarchal interpretations of syarī‘ah, customary values, and legal constraints, impact women’s decision-making processes. Ultimately, the article contributes to the discourse on gender justice, Islamic family law reform, and women's empowerment in Muslim-majority contexts. Policy implications include the urgency of expanding legal aid services, gender-sensitive judicial practices, and community education to uphold women’s rights and dignity in the realm of Islamic marital law
Rancang Bangun Alat Tempat Sampah Otomatis Berbasis Arduino Uno
No full textPengelolaan sampah yang efisien merupakan salah satu tantangan dalam menjaga kebersihan lingkungan. Banyak tempat sampah konvensional masih dibuka dan ditutup secara manual, yang seringkali kurang higienis dan menyebabkan penyebaran bakteri. Oleh karena itu, diperlukan inovasi teknologi untuk meningkatkan kenyamanan dan kebersihan dalam pembuangan sampah. Penelitian ini merancang dan membangun alat pembuka tutup sampah otomatis berbasis Arduino Uno dengan memanfaatkan sensor ultrasonik dan motor servo. Sensor ultrasonik digunakan untuk mendeteksi keberadaan tangan atau objek di dekat tempat sampah, yang kemudian memicu motor servo untuk membuka dan menutup tutup sampah secara otomatis. Alat ini diharapkan dapat meminimalisir kontak langsung dengan tempat sampah dan meningkatkan kebersihan. Hasil pengujian menunjukkan bahwa sistem bekerja dengan baik dalam mendeteksi objek pada jarak yang telah ditentukan dan secara otomatis membuka serta menutup tutup sampah sesuai dengan parameter yang diatur

Objek penelitian adalah tim eksekutif perusahaan skala sedang dan besar Sumatera Barat. Sampel penelitian yaitu tim eksekutif 100 perusahaan yang dipilih berdasarkan metode purposive sampling. Pengujian hipotesis dilakukan dengan menggunakan program SmartPLS. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa keanekaragaman kognitif (cognitive diversity) tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap hasil keputusan strategis (strategic decision outcomes) yang terdiri dari komitmen keputusan (decision commitment) dan kualitas keputusan (decision quality) dan pengaruh tersebut tidak tergantung pada kepercayaan (trust) sebagai moderating effect. Kemudian kepercayaan (trust) mempunyai pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap salah satu variabel hasil keputusan strategis yaitu komitmen keputusan (decision commitment) namun tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kualitas keputusan (decision quality). The year started out with a yearbook Conference in
Lethbridge. Ct was a long two days, which set the basis for
the next nine months. Only a few of us could attend but by the
end of the year you couldn't tell because everyone had mastered
the yeartech On-line Program!
Our theme this year was music and songs. Our very diverse
class presented us with a very diverse mix of music throughout
the book, mainly using the titles rather than the entire song.
.As Editor of the 2007 yearbook <7 was quite pleased to find a wonderful array of staff
and talent. For the first semester we had a rather large class but we made it work and
everyone's hard work payed off. Flundreds of hours later we are showcasing an amazing
book/ filled with memories talents and dreams of students come and gone.
