Die Arbeit befasst sich mit dem Thema der Selbstentfaltung im Kontext von Politik, Religion und der Liebesbeziehung der Hauptfiguren Klara und Johannes. Das Werk ist durchdrungen von Naturmotiven, mit denen der Autor den Zustand des Staates und der Beziehungen zwischen den Menschen in Polen philosophisch beschreibt. Die Hauptthese der Arbeit ist, dass die Selbstentfaltung den Mikro- und Makrokosmos der Welt des Staates und der Religion, aber auch der Liebe beeinflusst.U ovom diplomskom radu riječ je o samorazvoju u djelu poznatog austrijskog autora Nikolaus Lenau, Klara Hebert. Diplomski rad se bavi pitanjem samorazvoja u kontekstu politike, religije i ljubavnog odnosa glavnih protagonista Klare i Johannesa. Djelo je prožeto motivima prirode kroz koje autor na filozofijski način opisuje stanje države i odnosa među ljudima u Poljskoj. Glavna teza rada je da samorazvoj utječe na mikro- i makro- kozmos svijeta države, religije, ali i ljubavi.This thesis is about Self-development in the work of the famous Austrian author Nikolaus Lenau, Klara Herbert. No full textHelminth infections are the most common infections in developing countries and still need to be eradicated. Fresh vegetables can be the source for transmission of helminth egg to humans. The aims of this paper are to identify the types of helminth egg which found in vegetables and prevention efforts according to the helminth life cycle. A literature review was arranged by review of 4 articles Indonesian research journal, 22 articles non Indonesia research journal, WHO website, and textbooks relevant to the study topic. The paper describes list of helminth eggs in vegetables, environmental, behaviors, and host-related helminth analyzes in vegetables, and prevention efforts based life cycle of helminthes. The study found that helminth eggs in vegetables were not only Soil Transmitted Helminth (STH) Nematode such as Ascaris lumbricoides, Trichuris trichiura, Necator americanus, Ancylostoma duodenale, and Strongyloides stercoralis, but also another nematode (Trichostrongylus, Toxocara, Trichocephal, and Enterobius vermicularis), cestoda groups (Taenia spp., Hymenolepis nana, and H. diminuta), Trematode groups (Heterophyes heterophyes, Clonorchis sinensis, Fasciola, and Dicrocoelium dendriticum). Each helminthes species have a different life cycle and intermediate host. Our prevention efforts to avoid infection risk require cooperation across programs, sectors, and community and should consider the helminth life cycles

No full textSometimes the characters in Ernest Hebert\u27s Darby Chronicles hew close to real life. When the author was a college student pulling shifts part time at a hospital laundry, he worked alongside a woman in her fifties--unadorned, sweet-natured, and with long gray-black hair that was her pride. Nights, Hebert frequented the beer bar in Keene, New Hampshire, where he encountered a sassy, self-empowered, forty-something bleached blonde who could bamboozle any man she met. Borrowing qualities from these women, Hebert would shape one of his most memorable characters: Estelle, the witch of the Jordan clan.
A major character in earlier Darby novels A Little More Than Kin and Whisper My Name, Estelle takes center stage in The Passion of Estelle Jordan. Presently she is sliding into late middle age, drawn to two lovers who could not be more different: the widowed farmer Avalon Hillary and a mysterious young punk Estelle calls Trans Am in honor of the car he drives. And there\u27s a threat, not to Estelle--she can take care of herself--but to Noreen Cook, a younger woman Estelle sees as a version of her own secret, vulnerable self. Putting herself in Noreen\u27s shoes to save her, Estelle may be in for way more than she bargained for. P PEMBELAJARAN BIOLOGI SEL DENGAN PERAGA SEDERHANA
No full textBiologi Sel adalah salah satu materi biologi yang abstrak dan tidak menarik bagi para siswa SMA serta menjadi tantangan bagi guru untuk membuat siswa paham dengan materi sel. Tujuan kegiatan pengabdian ini adalah membantu meningkatkan keterampilan mengajar guru biologi SMAK St. Yusup Surabaya melalui kegiatan pelatihan dan implementasi pembelajaran biologi sel menggunakan peraga sederhana. Peserta kegiatan ini adalah guru mata pelajaran biologi dan 22 orang siswa kelas 11 jurusan eksakta. Metode kegiatan pengabdian ini berupa pelatihan terhadap guru biologi dan implementasi terhadap siswa di kelas. Metode yang digunakan dalam pengabdian ini adalah: praktik, simulasi, dan implementasi. Peraga yang digunakan untuk menjelaskan biologi sel adalah batu bata, kolam renang, dan tas. Hasil dari kegiatan ini adalah guru merasakan manfaat kegiatan, seperti bertambahnya keterampilan guru dalam mengajar yang berpusat pada siswa, 14 orang dari 22 siswa aktif ke depan menuliskan jawaban di papan tulis, dan pemahaman siswa terhadap materi, yang ditunjukkan dengan: respon sangat paham terhadap materi biologi sel dengan rerata 59%, paham dengan rerata 30,2%, dan cukup paham dengan rerata 15,1%. Tidak ada dari siswa yang kurang paham atau tidak paham terhadap pembelajaran biologi sel dengan metode peraga ini
