ANALISIS KEMAMPUAN GURU DALAM MEMANFAATKAN MEDIA BEBASIS KOMPUTER PADA PEMBELAJARAN DI SEKOLAH DASAR
Get PDFGuru dalam menyampaikan materi memerlukan alat bantu perantara agar proses penyampaian materi lebih mudah dan tepat sasaran. Adapun cara tersebut yaitu dengan menggunakan media pembelajaran. Salah satu media pembelajaran yang dapat digunakan guru dalam pembelajaran yaitu media berbasis komputer. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah mengetahui kemampuan dan pengetahuan guru dalam menerapkan media pembelajaran berbasis komputer, kendala dan upaya yang dilakukan guru dalam menerapkan media tersebut. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di Sekolah Dasar Nusaharapan Permai, Kelurahan Katimbang, Kecamatan Biringkanayya, Kota Makassar. Kemudian teknik pengumpulan datanya dengan menggunakan observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian ini menggambarkan guru-guru sudah mampu menerapkan media berbasis komputer. Guru sudah terampil dalam memanfaatkan sarana teknologi dan mengembangkan materi menjadi produk media berbasis komputer yang menarik, dan mudah diaplikasikan dalam pembelajaran. Tidak ada hambatan yang berarti bagi guru dalam menerapkan pembelajaran berbasis komputer. Upaya yang dilakukan guru yaitu dengan pengembangan diri melalui pelatihan dan pemanfaatan sarana dan prasarana teknogi yang sudah disediakan oleh sekolah

No full textTulisan ini berusaha menggambarkan mengapa terjadi penurunan siginifikan Partai Bulan Bintang (PBB) sebagai sebuah partai Islam pada Pemilihan Umum Legislatif tahun 2019 yang hanya mendapatkan suara 0,79 persen dari suara sah nasional. Metode kualitatif digunakan dalam mengumpulkan data dan menganalisa data. Temuan penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penurunan suara PBB berhubungan erat dengan keputusan elit partai yang memutuskan mendukung Jokowi-Ma‟ruf pada pemilihan Presiden tahun 2019, yang tidak sejalan dengan aspirasi basis massa PBB dari kalangan Islam modernis. Elit partai terlalu percaya diri, kondisi pemilih yang independen dan bersifat ideologis, serta ulama meminta umat tidak mendukung PBBThis paper seeks to illustrate why a decline in the significance of the Bulan Bintang Party (PBB) as an Islamic party at the 2019 Legislative Election which only received 0.79 percent of the national legitimate vote. Qualitative methods are used in collecting data and analyzing data. The research findings show that the decline of the PBB vote is closely related to the party's elite decision to support Jokowi-Ma'ruf in the 2019 Presidential election, which is not in line with the aspirations of the PBB mass base of modernist Islam. The party elite is too confident, the conditions of the voters are independent and ideological, and the clerics ask the people not to support the PBB

Get PDFWabah virus Covid-19 pada awal bulan maret 2020 tersebar ke di Indonesia, termasuk di Pekanbaru. Pada tanggal 18 maret 2020, 1 orang pasien positif terinfeksi Covid 19, terdeteksi di Pekanbaru. Kemudian jumlah masyarakat yang diduga terinfeksi semakin meningkat, sehingga tanggal 22 maret 2020 Walikota Pekanbaru, Firdaus merespon dalam konteks pemerintahan dengan menaikkan status tanggap darurat Covid-19 untuk Kota Pekanbaru. Selanjutnya tanggal 23 Maret 2020 Walikota Pekanbaru mengeluarkan Surat Edaran Walikota Pekanbaru Nomor : 100/Setda-Tapem/661/2020 tentang Tindaklanjut Pencegahan Penyebaran Corona Virus Disease 2019 (Covid-19) di Lingkungan Pemerintah Kota Pekanbaru. Surat edaran ini meminta masyarakat menjaga jarak (Physical Distancing) dan anjuran diam di rumah (Stay at Home). Penelitian ini bertujuan menggambarkan faktor- faktor yang mempengaruhi kemampuan Walikota memaksakan berlakunya surat edaran melalui penegakan hukum pemerintahan kepada para pihak guna memutus penyebaran Covid-19. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan teknik pengambilan data dokumentasi. Temuan penelitian menunjukkan salah satu penyebab surat edaran ini sulit dipaksakan berlakunya disebabkan edaran walikota ini tidak memuat sanksi bagi pelanggarnya, rendahnya tingkat kesadaran hukum masyarakat dan politik pemerintah pusat. Going Beyond Counting First Authors in Author Co-citation Analysis
Get PDFThe present study examines one of the fundamental aspects of author co-citation analysis (ACA) - the way co-citation
counts are defined. Co-citation counting provides the data on which all subsequent statistical analyses and mappings
are based, and we compare ACA results based on two different types of co-citation counting - the traditional type that
only counts the first one among a cited work's authors on the one hand and a non-traditional type that takes into
account the first 5 authors of a cited work on the other hand. Results indicate that the picture produced through this non-traditional author co-citation counting contains more coherent author groups and is therefore considerably clearer. However, this picture represents fewer specialties in the research field being studied than that produced through the traditional first-author co-citation counting when the same number of top-ranked authors is selected and analyzed. Reasons for these effects are discussed

Get PDF“Variations on the Author” discusses two of Eduardo Coutinho’s recent films (Um Dia na Vida, from 2010, and Últimas Conversas, posthumously released in 2015) and their contribution to the general question of documentary authorship. The director’s filmography is characterized by a consistent yet self-effacing form of authorial self-inscription: Coutinho often features as an interviewer that rather than express opinions propels discourses; an interviewer that is good at listening. This mode of self-inscription characterizes him as an author who is not expressive but who is nonetheless markedly present on the screen. In Um Dia na Vida, however, Coutinho is completely absent form the image, while Últimas Conversas, on the contrary, includes a confessional prologue that moves the director from the margins to the center of his films. This article examines the ways in which these works stand out in the filmography of a director who offers new insights into the notion of cinematic authorship
Appropriate Similarity Measures for Author Cocitation Analysis
Get PDFWe provide a number of new insights into the methodological discussion about author cocitation analysis. We first argue that the use of the Pearson correlation for measuring the similarity between authors’ cocitation profiles is not very satisfactory. We then discuss what kind of similarity measures may be used as an alternative to the Pearson correlation. We consider three similarity measures in particular. One is the well-known cosine. The other two similarity measures have not been used before in the bibliometric literature. Dispelling the Myths Behind First-author Citation Counts

Our results contest some common arguments for the continued
use of first-author citation counts in the evaluation of scholars, such as high correlations between author rankings by first-author citation counts and other citation
counting methods, and high costs of using more realistic citation counting methods that are not well-supported by the ISI databases.
