Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi dengan berdirinya Industri Kecil Lopek Bugi, ada banyak keluarga yang tergabung disana, apakah Industri Kecil Lopek Bugi dapat meningkatkan ekonomi keluarga atau tidak, dari fenomena yang terjadi penulis ingin meneliti dengan permasalah bagai manakah peran industri kecil lopek bugi dalam meningkatkan ekonomi keluarga di Desa Danau Bingkuang Kecamatan Tambang Kabupaten Kampar. Tujuan dari penelitian ini ialah untuk mengetahui bagaimana peran industri kecil lopek bugi dalam meningkatkan ekonomi keluarga. Jumlah informan dalam penelitian ini ialah berjumlah enam orang, tiga orang sebagai pemilik usaha yakni informan kunci, dan 3 orang karyawan industri kecil lopek bugi sebagai informan pendukung. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif, dengan teknik pengumpulan data observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian kualitatif yakni dengan tahapan, Reduksi data, Paparan data, penarikan kesimpulan dan verifikasi. Berdasarkan dari hasil penelitian yang peneliti lakukan dapat disimpulkan bahwa peran industri kecil lopek bugi dalam meningkatkan ekonomi keluarga di Desa Danau Bingkuang Kecamatan Tambang Kabupaten Kampar, Mempunyai potensi penyerapan tenaga kerja desa, memanfaatkan bahan baku lokal di desa, memiliki pengadaan produk dan jasa bagi masyarakat desa, dapat menumbuhkan usaha dan tenaga kerja di desa sudah berperan, hal ini bisa dilihat dari meningkatnya perekonomian karyawan yang bekerja di Industri kecil lopek bugi tersebut.

This research aims to determine and analyze the store atmosphere on consumer satisfaction at Elv8 Coffee & Sucs in Pekanbaru City. Indicators of exterior, interior, store layout and interior display. This research is located at Elv8 Coffee & Sucs in Pekanbaru City using a descriptive research type that prioritizes questionnaires as a data collection tool and the empirical conditions of the research location. The method used is quantitative. The population in this research are Elv8 Coffee & Sucs consumers in Pekanbaru City. The sample of this research was 100 people. The sampling technique used was incidental sampling. The type and technique of data collection used consists of primary data collected by observation, questionnaires and interviews. Based on the results, the data analysis technique used is descriptive analysis. PENGGUNAAN BOLA MODIFIKASI UNTUK MENINGKATKAN MOTIVASI BELAJAR SISWA PADA SERVIS BAWAH BOLA VOLI

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan motivasi belajar dan hasil belajar servis bawah bola voli pada siswa kelas V SDN Cilumping melalui penggunaan bola modifikasi. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian tindakan kelas (PTK) yang dilaksanakan selama dua siklus, dengan tiap siklus terdiri dari perencanaan, tindakan, pengamatan, dan refleksi. Subjek penelitian ini adalah siwa kelas V SDN Cilumping tahun ajaran 2023/2024 dengan jumlah 18 siswa yang terdiri dari 9 orang laki-laki dan 9 orang perempuan. Teknik pengumpulan menggunakan lembar format observasi penilaian motivasi belajar siswa dan format penilaian keterampilan siswa. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode campuran (mixed method) yang didalamnya mencakup data kuantitaif dan kualitatif. Hasil penelitian ini terjadi peningkatan pada perencanaan pembelajaran, pelaksanaan pembelajaran, motivasi belajar siswa dan hasil belajar siswa. Untuk perencanaan pembelajaran pada siklus I mencapai 82,6% meningkat menjadi 83% pada siklus II, untuk pelaksanaan pembelajaran pada siklus I mencapai 85,4% meningkat menjadi 87,9% pada siklus II, untuk rata-rata motivasi belajar seluruh siswa sebesar 64,2% meningkat menjadi 85% pada siklus II, dan untuk hasil belajar siswa yang tuntas sebanyak 40% pada siklus 1 meningkat menjadi 80% pada siklus II. Kesimpulan pada penelitian ini yaitu modifikasi bola dapat meningkatkan motivasi belajar dan hasil belajar servis bawah bola voli pada siswa kelas V SDN Cilumping tahun ajaran 2023/2024.

USE OF MODIFIED BALLS TO INCREASE STUDENTS' LEARNING MOTIVATION ON VOLLEYBALL BOTTOM SERVICE

This research aims to increase learning motivation and learning outcomes for volleyball ground serves in class V students at SDN Cilumping through the use of a modified ball. This research uses the classroom action research (PTK) method which is carried out over two cycles, with each cycle consisting of planning, action, observation and reflection. The subjects of this research were class V students at SDN Cilumping for the 2023/2024 academic year with a total of 18 students consisting of 9 boys and 9 girls. The collection technique uses an observation format sheet for assessing student learning motivation and a format for assessing student skills. The data analysis technique used in this research is a mixed method which includes quantitative and qualitative data. The results of this research showed an increase in learning planning, learning implementation, student learning motivation and student learning outcomes. For learning planning in cycle I it reached 82.6%, increasing to 83% in cycle II, for implementation of learning in cycle I it reached 85.4%, increasing to 87.9% in cycle II, for the average learning motivation of all students was 64 .2% increased to 85% in cycle II, and for student learning outcomes that completed 40% in cycle 1 increased to 80% in cycle II. The conclusion of this research is that ball modifications can increase learning motivation and learning outcomes for volleyball ground serves in class V students at SDN Cilumping for the 2023/2024 academic year.

Going Beyond Counting First Authors in Author Co-citation Analysis
Full text linkThe present study examines one of the fundamental aspects of author co-citation analysis (ACA) - the way co-citation
counts are defined. Co-citation counting provides the data on which all subsequent statistical analyses and mappings
are based, and we compare ACA results based on two different types of co-citation counting - the traditional type that
only counts the first one among a cited work's authors on the one hand and a non-traditional type that takes into
account the first 5 authors of a cited work on the other hand. Results indicate that the picture produced through this non-traditional author co-citation counting contains more coherent author groups and is therefore considerably clearer. However, this picture represents fewer specialties in the research field being studied than that produced through the traditional first-author co-citation counting when the same number of top-ranked authors is selected and analyzed. Reasons for these effects are discussed
Variations on the Author
Full text link“Variations on the Author” discusses two of Eduardo Coutinho’s recent films (Um Dia na Vida, from 2010, and Últimas Conversas, posthumously released in 2015) and their contribution to the general question of documentary authorship. The director’s filmography is characterized by a consistent yet self-effacing form of authorial self-inscription: Coutinho often features as an interviewer that rather than express opinions propels discourses; an interviewer that is good at listening. This mode of self-inscription characterizes him as an author who is not expressive but who is nonetheless markedly present on the screen. In Um Dia na Vida, however, Coutinho is completely absent form the image, while Últimas Conversas, on the contrary, includes a confessional prologue that moves the director from the margins to the center of his films. This article examines the ways in which these works stand out in the filmography of a director who offers new insights into the notion of cinematic authorship
Appropriate Similarity Measures for Author Cocitation Analysis
Full text linkWe provide a number of new insights into the methodological discussion about author cocitation analysis. We first argue that the use of the Pearson correlation for measuring the similarity between authors’ cocitation profiles is not very satisfactory. We then discuss what kind of similarity measures may be used as an alternative to the Pearson correlation. We consider three similarity measures in particular. One is the well-known cosine. The other two similarity measures have not been used before in the bibliometric literature. Our results contest some common arguments for the continued
use of first-author citation counts in the evaluation of scholars, such as high correlations between author rankings by first-author citation counts and other citation
counting methods, and high costs of using more realistic citation counting methods that are not well-supported by the ISI databases.
