No full textAbstract: Communication is the process of exchanging and sharing information. The type of communication that is most often used is interpersonal communication, this communication is carried out directly so this communication is considered effective in persuading other people, especially in the AR Fakhrudin Orphanage environment. This interpersonal communication is carried out continuously by caregivers because it is considered the most appropriate in fostering an attitude of social solidarity in foster children. This research aims to find out how caregivers implement interpersonal communication with foster children, the driving and inhibiting factors, as well as the results of implementing interpersonal communication developed by caregivers in fostering an attitude of social solidarity in foster children. For this type of research that is descriptive with a qualitative approach. Researchers obtained data from interviews, observations and documentation. The results of the research show that there is a humanistic approach, namely immediacy, openness, empathy, supportive attitude, equality, for the driving factors namely the important role of the caregiver, as well as a strong desire in the child. foster. The inhibiting factors are the attitudes and behavior of foster children, and the parenting patterns of parents when at home. Meanwhile, the results of the implementation are proven by the increasing awareness of foster children who are starting to actively participate, attitudes of social solidarity are also increasing through cooperative activities that are trained every day by caregivers, whether carried out with both of them or with fellow foster children.

Abstrak: Komunikasi adalah yaitu proses saling bertukar dan berbagi informasi. Jenis komunikasi yang paling sering digunakan adalah komunikasi interpersonal, komunikasi ini dilakukan secara langsung sehingga komunikasi ini dianggap efektif untuk bisa membujuk orang lain, terutama di lingkungan Panti Asuhan AR Fakhrudin. Komunikasi interpersonal ini dilakukan terus menerus oleh pengasuh karena dianggap paling tepat dalam menumbuhkan sikap solidaritas sosial anak asuh. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana penerapan komunikasi interpersonal pengasuh kepada anak asuh, faktor pendorong dan penghambatnya, serta hasil dari penerapan komunikasi interpersonal yang dibangun pengasuh dalam menumbuhkan sikap solidaritas sosial anak asuh. Untuk jenis penelitian yang bersifat deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Peneliti mendapatkan data dari hasil wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan adanya pendekatan humanistic, yakni kesegeraan (immediacy), keterbukaan (openness), empati (empathy), sikap mendukung (supportiveness), kesetaraan (equality), untuk faktor pendorong yakni adanya peran penting dari pengasuh, serta keinginan kuat dalam diri anak asuh. Untuk faktor penghambatnya yakni sikap dan perilaku anak asuh, dan pola asuh orang tua ketika di rumah. Sedangkan hasil dari penerapan dibuktikan dengan meningkatnya kesadaran anak asuh mulai aktif berpartisipasi, sikap solidaritas sosial juga meningkat lewat aktivitas kerja sama yang sudah dilatih setiap harinya oleh pengasuh baik itu dilakukan dengan keduanya ataupun dengan sesama anak asuh.

Analisis Karakteristik dan Sifat Termofisika Phase Change Material (PCM) Berbasis Salt Hydrate Kalsium Klorida dengan Zat Aditif untuk Aplikasi Sistem Refrigerasi Hybrid pada Reefer Container
No full textReefer container bergantung pada energi listrik kapal dalam skala besar sebagai sumber dayanya. Reefer container tidak dapat berfungsi secara optimal tanpa pasokan energi listrik yang kontinu. Dalam upaya mengatasi fluktuasi suhu dan mengurangi konsumsi energi, telah diperkenalkan teknologi berupa Phase Change Material (PCM) yang mampu menyimpan energi termal dan diterapkan pada sistem pendinginan hybrid pada reefer container. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji dan menganalisis karakteristik, sifat termofisika, dan pengaruh penambahan zat aditif (agen nukleasi dan agen pengental) pada karakteristik dan sifat termofisika PCM berbasis salt hydrate untuk aplikasi pada suhu rendah. Metode yang digunakan pada penelitian ini yaitu metode eksperimental meliputi Supercooling Test, DSC Test, dan FTIR Test. Dari keenam sampel yang telah diuji, terdapat dua sampel terbaik yaitu sampel S1 dan S6. Hal tersebut dikarenakan memiliki titik beku antara -20°C s.d. -25°C sesuai dengan temperatur kerja reefer container dan derajat supercooling yang rendah. Sampel PCM S1-C20S0 (20% w.t. CaCl2 - H2O) memiliki titik beku -21.33°C, derajat supercooling rendah sebesar 0.45°C, dan kalor laten sebesar 6.64 J/g. Sampel PCM S6-C20S2C05 (20% w.t. CaCl2 - H2O + 2% w.t. SrCl2·6H2O + 0.5% w.t. CMC) memiliki titik beku -24.49°C, derajat supercooling sebesar 0.05°C, dan kalor laten sebesar 3.11 J/g. Kedua larutan ini menunjukkan adanya gugus OH dan C=O, maka tergolong sebagai larutan hidrat, khususnya salt hydrate. Adapun pengaruh penambahan zat aditif dapat mengurangi derajat supercooling pada larutan PCM, tetapi juga mengurangi kalor laten larutan PCM.

The reefer container relies on the ship's large-scale electrical energy as its power source. The reefer container cannot function optimally without a continuous supply of electrical energy. To address temperature fluctuations and reduce energy consumption, a technology called Phase Change Material (PCM) has been introduced. It can store thermal energy and is applied to the hybrid cooling system in reefer containers. This research aims to test and analyze the characteristics, thermophysical properties, and the effects of adding additives (nucleating agents and thickening agents) to the characteristics and thermophysical properties of PCM based on salt hydrates for low-temperature applications. The research method used in this study includes experimental methods such as the Supercooling Test, DSC Test, and FTIR Test. Among the six samples tested, two of the best samples are S1 and S6. This is because they have a freezing point between -20°C to -25°C, which is suitable for the working temperature of reefer containers, and they exhibit a low degree of supercooling. The PCM sample S1-C20S0 (20% w.t. CaCl2 - H2O) has a freezing point of -21.33°C, a low supercooling degree of 0.45°C, and a latent heat of 6.64 J/g. Meanwhile, the PCM sample S6-C20S2C05 (20% w.t. CaCl2 - H2O + 2% w.t. SrCl2·6H2O + 0.5% w.t. CMC) has a freezing point of -24.49°C, a supercooling degree of 0.05°C, and a latent heat of 3.11 J/g. Both solutions exhibit OH and C=O groups, classifying them as hydrate solutions, particularly salt hydrates. Furthermore, the addition of additives can reduce the supercooling degree in PCM solutions but also decrease the latent heat of the PCM solution

Di utusnya nabi Muhammad SAW di muka bumi ini menandakan segera berakhirnya sejarah kegelapan zaman jahiliyah. Prioritas pertama dan utama diutusnya nabi Muhammad SAW tidak hanya menyebarkan agama Islam, namun juga untuk merenovasi kerangka zaman jahiliyah yang bobrok akan moral dan akhlak pada saat itu. Pada masa awal Islam, Nabi Muhammad SAW merupkan suara otoritatif mewakili kehendak Tuhan. Tidak ada yang berani meragukan apa yang disampaikan oleh Nabi Muhammad SAW. Hal ini sekaligus menjadi suara nomor satu yang di jadikan panutan utama dan pertama jika terjadi penyimpangan-penyimpangan akhlak umat Islam pada saat itu. Namun dengan berlangsungnya pergantian zaman serta seiring dengan hilangnya sosok manusia yang paling berpengaruh nomor satu di dunia yakni Nabi Muhammad SAW, akhlak umat manusia mengalami kemerosotan dalam dimensi kualitas. terlihat jelas dewasa ini masyarakat Indonesia mengalami kemerosotan nilai-nilai akhlak. Berangkat dari sinilah penulis akan mengupas tuntas “Syair tanpo wathon” dengan menggunakan pendekatan hermeneutika sebagai bentuk langkah meratas asa ditengah pelik bangsa dalam bingkai akhlak.
Dalam penelitian ini mencakup pada tiga pokok pembahasan, yaitu: (1) Apa latar belakang penulis serta latar belakang sejarah dalam penulisan syair tanpo wathon? (2) Bagaimana interpretasi nilai-nilai akhlak dalam syair tanpo waton? (3) Bagaimana metode implementasi syair tanpo wathon dalam kehidupan sehari-hari?
Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif. Adapun metodenya menggunakan hermenetika prespektif Gadamer.
Hasil penelitian ini adalah latar belakang penulis yang merupakan didikan lingkungan pesantren memberikan efek pada keahlian ilmu agama mendalam serta budaya pembuatan karya sastra tinggi yang mengakibatkan penulis ahli dalam membuat syair. Disamping itu, merosotnya akhlak di masyarakat yang mendorong terlahirnya syair oleh Gus Nizam untuk membuat syair sebagai metode dakwah yang paling efektif sebagai instrument penataan hati. Sebagai metodologis praktisnya adalah dengan cara memperkuat fondasi jiwa yakni dengan zdikir untuk membangun kerangka akhlak yang mulia.

In this study includes the three principal discussion, namely: (1) What is the background of the author as well as the historical background in the writing of poetry Tanpo Wathon? (2) How does the interpretation of the moral values of the poem Tanpo waton? (3) How is the implementation method Tanpo Wathon poetry in everyday life?
This study used a qualitative approach. The method uses hermeneutics Gadamer perspective.

E-Commerce Liability to Consumers For the Sale of Black Market Products
No full textThe rapid expansion of e-commerce has significantly transformed consumer purchasing behaviors, but it has also given rise to the sale of black market goods through online platforms, raising critical concerns about consumer protection and regulatory oversight. This study investigates the responsibilities of e-commerce platforms regarding the sale of black market products and evaluates the effectiveness of legal and regulatory frameworks currently in place. Adopting a normative juridical research method, this study involves a thorough analysis of existing laws, regulations, and industry standards pertaining to e-commerce and black market transactions. By examining legal texts, regulatory guidelines, and case law, this research identifies gaps in the current legal framework and assesses its adequacy in addressing black market activities. The results indicate that while legal provisions exist, they are often insufficiently enforced and lack clarity in their application to emerging e-commerce practices. The study concludes that e-commerce platforms must advocate for stronger legal reforms and clearer regulations to enhance consumer protection. Additionally, improved transparency in platform policies and heightened regulatory scrutiny are necessary to better address the challenges posed by black market goods. Future research should explore the development of more comprehensive legal strategies and frameworks to effectively combat black market transactions in the digital realm

Yang bertujuan untuk mendapatkan tampilan citra dengan bentuk visualisasi yang lebih baik. Banyak teknik atau metode yang yang digunakan dalam perbaikan citra, antara lain dengan menggunakan metode Median Filtering dan Gaussian Filtering. Dari beberapa metode perbaikan citra tersebut memiliki kelebihan dan kekurangan masing-masing. Citra akan diuji diberikan Gaussian noise pada citra x-ray, kemudian dianalisa performanya secara kuantitatif. Dalam penelitian ini akan dilakukan proses pengukuran dalam mengurangi noise pada citra yang dilakukan dengan metode Peak Signal-to-Noise Ratio (PSNR) yang dilakukan saat proses filtering

The theory in this study uses CMC (Computer Mediated Communication) and this study is a qualitative research with descriptive techniques. The purpose of this research is how toxic behavior can occur in communicating in online games. Data collection techniques used in this study were interviews, observation and documentation on secondary data. Sampling technique using purposive sampling. Data analysis using Miles and Hubberman's entitled qualitative data analysis. The data validity technique used is triangulation of data sources. The results of the study show that toxic behavior that appears in CSGO games and forums is related to the competitive rhythm of the game and the anonymity factor and users use CMC as a medium to carry out toxic behavior

The content of the promise in question is where one party carries out its obligations, while the other party acknowledges it or promises to provide compensation if there is a violation of the contents of the contract. The agreement is intended as a preliminary agreement of the main intention of the parties to transfer land rights. The research approach method is a normative legal approach. A research method that obtains legal knowledge by emphasizing the provisions of applicable regulatory laws. This type of research is by examining library materials and secondary data including primary legal materials, secondary legal materials and tertiary legal materials, in the form of documents or applicable laws and regulations related to this approach method. Legal protection for the fulfillment of the rights of the parties if one party defaults in the sale and purchase agreement is highly dependent on the strength and binding sale and purchase agreement made. The law on Cancellation of the Sale and Purchase Agreement is that the parties may be subject to a fine of an amount that has been agreed upon from the amount that the buyer must pay to the seller or buyer, for each day of delay. Legal Considerations from the Judge on the Cancellation of the Deed of Sale and Purchase of Land Case Number 154/Pdt.G/2022/PN.Smg, According to the author, it is in accordance with the applicable legal regulations as explained by the author previously, where in this case the Agreement ends and as far as necessary both parties release themselves from what is stipulated in Article 1266 and Article 1267 of the Civil Code, and the Seller is obliged to return the money that has been paid by the Buyer after deducting a few percent from the selling price of the land and building as a replacement for the costs incurred by the Seller plus a fine that must be paid by the Buyer to the Seller
