The method used is the literature study method, namely by collecting material, data and information from books, journals and articles relating to the issues discussed. The results of the study, with a good SIM, developers with the implementation of computer-based SIM learning activities can be completed quickly and precisely in order to achieve organizational goals.     The purpose of this study is to find out how to evaluate the performance of study programs in higher education perspective balance score. The method used in this study is a mix of methods between quantitative and qualitative research methods. Program evaluation and quality assurance have become important elements in the efforts to continuously improve public rehabilitation programs and community-based rehabilitation organizations. higher education, (2) whether there is an increase in higher education performance, the study program is seen from the perspective of the balanced scorecard. This article is an evaluation model of program reviews in higher education services. In addition, the article shows the analysis of other related journals. This continues (1) the results of the higher education performance accreditation assessment process with 4 balanced perspectives that are visible (a) based on the perspective of the financial scorecard in a fairly good position (b) the perspective of the higher education customer is in the good category (c) in the innovation process, can seen as an emerging customer need, a university is a product or service to meet those needs. (d) the existing learning and growth perspective is going quite well. In conclusion, the results of accreditation conducted in general can reflect the feasibility and accountability of agencies in the management of higher education.     Pembelajaran berbasis e-learning merupakan metode yang sangat potensial untuk kepentingan pendidikan. Dalam lingkungan pembelajaran ini, yang dapat terjadi adalah pengelolaan manajemen yang tersistem dan tidak tersistem.  Pengelolaan yang tersistem adalah sistem manajemen pembelajaran berbasis e-learning yang terencana, terarah dan terukur, yang salah satunya adalah melalui LMS (learning management system).  LMS merupakan sistem untuk mengelola catatan pelatihan dan pendidikan melalui internet dengan fitur untuk kolaborasi secara online.  Dalam analisis jurnal ini, akan dijelaskan bagaimana LMS diterapkan di berbagai lembaga pendidikan, efektivitas dan implikasinya serta hasil-hasil riset yang dilakukan sehubungan dengan penggunaan LMS ini. Studi kasus mengenai efektivitas dari LMS dilakukan di Universitas terbuka di Malaysia (OUM), kampus Kota Bharu dan pengaplikasian LMS untuk pembelajaran yang dipersonalisasi untuk murid-murid sekolah dasar.  Dalam jurnal yang lain, dikemukakan penemuan mengenai penelitian yang dilaksanakan di enam universitas yang berbeda di Amerika tentang kemampuan analisa pembelajaran (LA) dalam LMS.  Ditelaah juga mengenai penguatan pembelajaran antar disiplin ilmu dengan menggunakan LMS.  Disamping itu terdapat pula penjelasan mengenai penggunaan LMS sebagai jaringan virtual untuk beasiswa dalam pengajaran dan pembelajaran (SoTL) pada departemen akademis.  Ada pula penelitian mengenai perluasan model penerimaan teknologi (TAM) untuk menguji penggunaan LMS pada institusi pendidikan tinggi.  Hasil-hasil riset yang dilakukan menunjukkan penemuan-penemuan mengenai adanya koneksi antara pembelajaran yang dipersonalisasi dengan LMS dan pembelajaran di kelas.  Data-data juga menunjukkan efektivitas LMS pada berbagai institusi pendidikan dan adanya pergerakan menuju analisa akademik.  Semua penelitian ini juga mengacu pada implikasi-implikasi dari penemuan-penemuan ini untuk para peneliti dan praktisi lain, serta untuk keperluan penelitian lebih lanjut.   Keywords: LMS, jaringan forum online, institusi pendidikan, analisa pembelajaran, personalisasi pembelajaran, model penerimaan teknologi (TAM), pembelajaran jarak jauh

    Pendidikan Merdeka Belajar dalam Perspektif Filsafat Progresivisme

    The purpose of this study was to determine the concept of independent learning education in the perspective of progressivism philosophy. The approach used is a qualitative approach with the method of literature or literature review (literature review/literature research). The material used as a study is books and journals that are relevant to the perspective of philosophy and the Freedom to Learn policy. The analysis process in this study includes: data reduction, verification and drawing conclusions. The results of the study show that the current education system was conceptualized by the Minister of Education and Culture referring to the concept of progressive philosophy of thought put forward by John Dewey, where the philosophical value requires: 1) the existence of independence and flexibility of educators and educational institutions in exploring maximally abilities, intelligence and the potential of students in a flexible, natural, fun and democratic way, 2) improving student character as a manifestation of social aspects in progressivism 3) there is a change in educational practice to a more advanced, quality and modern direction quickly and provide real benefits for participants educate. Conclusion. Optimizing the concept of Freedom to Learn is expected to be able to improve the quality of resources and the competitiveness of students in a globalized world.   Keywords: Free Learning, Progressivism, Education

    Epistemology of Islamic Science: A searching for Ideal Form and Format of Scientific Design for Islamic Higher Education in Indonesia

    This article is aimed at exploring Islamic science related to the relationship between religion and science which has been being discussed among Indonesian Islamic scientists. Based on the fact occured a long time in many collages under the ministary of religious affair, Islamic educational institutions have only focused on religious science which is narrow and far from science and technology. This research is a type of qualitative research that uses an ex post facto descriptive approach. The descriptive approach is intended to answer questions related to the object under study. Therefore, this is used to systematically describe the present study such as at UIN Sunan Kalijaga Yogyakarta, UIN Malang, and UIN Sunan Gugung Djati Bandung. The ex post facto approach is used to evaluate several matters in accordance with the integration and interconnection of science in the three UINs. The results of the study report that first there are several scientific designs that have bring together religion and science. Second, the scientific dichotomy between science and religion is a colonial product that separates religion and science. Third, there is a culmination point between several scientific designs offered by some of these leading Islamic campuses, namely the spirit of reintegration between religion and science which in early Islam did not recognize a scientific dichotomy. Artikel ini bertujuan untuk menggali keilmuan Islam terkait dengan relasi agama dan sains yang masih terus menjadi diskusi di lingkungan ilmuwan Islam Indonesia. Berdasarkan kenyataan yang terjadi di banyak perguruan tinggi di bawah kementerian agama, lembaga pendidikan Islam hanya berfokus pada keilmuan agama yang sempit dan jauh dari ilmu pengetahuan dan teknologi. Penelitian merupakan jenis penelitian kualitatif yang menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif ex post facto. Pendekatan deskriptif dimaksudkan untuk menjawab pertanyaan yang berkaitan dengan objek yang diteliti. Karena itu, dalam hal ini pendekatan deskriptif digunakan untuk menggambarkan secara sistematis objek yang diteliti, yaitu UIN Sunan Kalijaga Yogkarta, UIN Malang, dan UIN Sunan Gugung Djati Bandung. Pendekatan ex post facto digunakan untuk mengevaluasi beberapa hal yang berkaitan dengan integrasi dan interkoneksi keilmuan di tiga UIN tesebut. Hasil penelitian melaporkan bahwa pertama adanya beberapa desain keilmuan yang mucul yang mempertemukan agama dan sains. Kedua, dikotomi keilmuan antara sains dan agama adalah produk kolonial yang memisahkan antara agama dan sains. Ketiga, terdapat titik temu antara beberapa desain keilmuan yang ditewarkan oleh beberapa kampus Islam terkemuka tersebut, yaitu semangat reintegrasi antara agama dan sains yang memang dalam Islam awal tidak dikenal dikotomi keilmuan.

    This study aims to understand how the role of parents in providing sex education to adolescents to prevent sex marriage. The research method uses a case study which is a qualitative method that seeks to describe a particular case in greater depth by collecting various sources of information. The results of the study there are factors that empower parents to provide sex education, namely 1). Economic factors, where parents are busy working to earn a living, make parents lack of communication with their children which results in a lack of sex education from parents to children. 2). The factor is the lack of knowledge from parents about sex education, coupled with parents who are still awkward or taboo to discuss sexual issues. The conclusion of this study is that parents have an important role in providing sex education to prevent premarital relationships.   Keywords: Parents, Premarital, Sex Educatio

    Politik Seksualitas Dan Keberadaan LGBT Di Indonesia Terhadap Kebijakan Negara

    ABSTRACT The purpose of this study is to discuss the meaning of sex and gender orientation is for LGBT, to analyze it the discourse of Foucault and Freud\u27s sexuality, then whether countries have provided a sense of security and social security relating to the identity of LGBT people. Indonesian people tend to have homophobic attitudes towards LGBT. This discriminatory attitude from the community comes because of insufficient language to interpret one\u27s gender identity. The language that is mastered by Indonesian people are binary, male or female, if it is not included in the grouping it will be considered abnormal as LGBT gender identity. This research method by analyzing the literature that the author summarizes and uses the discourse of Foucault and Freud\u27s sexuality. The results of this study that LGBT still experience discrimination in the community, while the Constitution is not yet able to protect the problem of discrimination. The conclusions from the results of the analysis and a collection of several research results which the author summarizes, clearly say that Indonesia is a country that does not protect and does not guarantee the rights of LGBT people.     Faktor Faktor yang Mempengaruhi Masyarakat Tidak Mematuhi Protokol Kesehatan di Masa Pandemi Covid-19

    The purpose of this study was to determine the factors that influence people not to comply with health protocols during the Covid-19 pandemic. This study uses a descriptive qualitative approach, namely the data collection techniques used in this study are the methods of observation, interviews and documentation. The results of this study prove that there are two factors that influence people not to comply with health protocols during the Covid-19 pandemic, including internal factors and external factors. Internal factors are factors that arise due to the influence or stimulation of the individual himself. Internal factors include age and habit factors. Then external factors, external factors are all factors that come from outside or all influences that come from outside. External factors include educational factors and economic or employment factors. The conclusions of this study indicate that there are two factors that can affect the community for not complying with the health protocol during the Covid-19 pandemic, namely internal factors and external factors.     This study aims to determine the teacher\u27s perception of the integration of information and communication technology in online social studies learning at Karang Anyar Junior High School, Rupit District, North Musi Rawas Regency, South Sumatra Province. This study uses qualitative research methods that can be characterized and tend to use an inductive approach to analysis. with data collection techniques of observation, interviews and documentation. The research subjects were social studies teachers. The data analysis technique in this study used a qualitative descriptive data analysis interactive model from Milles and Michael Huberman which consisted of three concurrent activity lines, namely; data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. The research findings show that 1) teachers play an important role for students online. Teachers who are involved in online learning activities really help students to achieve a grade. 2) The implementation of the integration of ICT in this online period is by using power points, and also like voice recording so that students can understand what I explain when I teach online. In conclusion, the teacher\u27s perception of the integration of Information and Communication Technology (ICT) in online social studies learning at SMPN Karang Anyar obtained information if the teacher has an important role for students in the online period.
