Comparative stylistic analysis of most famous love poetry Of Vesna Parun, Irena Vrkljan and Vesna Krmpotić
The aim of this paper is to observe the similarities and differences between the three selected collections of Vesna Parun, Irena Vrkljan and Vesna Krmpotić. Crna maslina, Paralele and Žarptica are intimate collections of poems in which the authors, each in their own way, offer the reader three different emotional and communicative concepts of love. By interpreting the poems of each individual collection, the main characteristics can be observed; for Vesna Parun it is the absence of the Other, for Vesna Krmpotić it is a motive of desire, and for Irena Vrkljan it is a figure of disaster. What is explored with each author is equally the emotional infrastructure of the poem and the lyrical subject and lyrical communication. Finally, based on the interpreted poems, an insight into the differences and/or similarities of the selected collections is offered

Analiza citata radova objavljenih u časopisu Acta stomatologica Croatica zabilježenih u bazi podataka Web of Science = Citation Analysis of the Papers' Published in Acta Stomatologica Croatica using Web of Science Database
Bibliometric analysis of the journal Acta stomatologica Croatica (ASCRO) was made for the period of 1966-2006. Purpose: The research was to determine a degree of communicability of the journal, i.e. the influence of the papers published in the journal on the other papers and scientists. Material and Methods: Citation analysis was conduscted on a specimen acquired by browsing the Web of Science (WoS) databases and the data were processed by descriptive statistics. Results: The 185 papers with a total of 257 citations were singled out by a search. Each of the cited papers has an average of 1,4 citations. If we know that a total of 1.273 papers have been published in the journal, each paper has been cited 0,2 times in average. An analysis of the errors has shown that in 50,2 % of papers all the elements of the bibliographic record have been cited correctly and a total of 163 citation errors have been made. Most of the errors (65 %) are present in the title of the journal. The highest number of citations per paper is 5. The highest number of citations per year is 28, in the year 1991. The division of the citations by age of the paper shows that a maximum of 9,3 % citations has been accomplished in the 3rd year of publishing the paper, after which the number of citations has decreased. ASCRO has been cited in 65 journals, mostly (44,7 %) in Coll. Antropol. A total of 60,7 % self-citations has been registered and 21 % of the citations have been quoted by foreign authors only. Conclusions: It is finally possible to determine that we should not be content with the present level of influence of ASCRO to the domestic and foreign scientific community. The analysis shows a relatively modest total number of citations, a large number of self-citation and a small share of the foreign authors' citations which doesn't contribute to the communicability of the journal on the worldwide level. Excellence needs to be set as a general goal. In order to achieve that, the level of quality of all of its segments needs to be elevated in a complex process of publishing a scientific journal, especially excellence of published papers

Love, Be a Poem. The Rhetoric of Seduction in the Love Poetry of Vesna Parun
In the broadest sense, the paper is a discussion of Vesna Parun’s love poetry. The basic idea is that, on the one hand, it adheres to the romantic understanding of literature as a representation of the deepest personal feelings, universal truths, and essential values and, on the other hand, that it acts as a confirmation that the experience of love is fundamentally literary, and that literature is a form of unbridled love for linguistic seduction. For this reason, the author’s love poetry is not approached as a representation of her private life, love feelings, or relationships, but as a complex relationship between figurative language and a romanticized idea of love. In other words, it is interpreted as a discourse or rhetorical event that simultaneously constructs and deconstructs concepts such as authentic experience, sincere sensitivity, primordial love, or stable identity, and provides an opportunity to raise important ethical and political questions in the face of its ambivalence
CONNECTION OF HUMAN RESOURCES DEVELOPMENT AND SOCIAL RESPONSIBILITY TO THE CONCEPT OF INNOVATIVENESS IN AN ORGANISATION
Inovativnost organizacij je vedno bolj odvisna od izobraženih, usposobljenih, ustvarjalnih, inovativnih in družbeno odgovornih zaposlenih, saj so ravno ti strateško bogastvo in pogoj uresničevanja njenih razvojnih strategij.
Razvoj zaposlenih pomeni zagotavljanje ustrezne vrste in kvalitete človeških virov, preko procesa vzgoje, izobraževanja in usposabljanja, učenja, osebnega in kariernega razvoja, rednih letnih razgovorov, spodbujanja ustvarjalnosti in inovativnosti zaposlenih.
Innovativeness of organisations depends more or less on educated, skilled, creative, innovative and socially responsible employees because strategical wealth of organisations and its developing strategies are represented through them.
Development of employees ensures a continuous quality assurance of human resources through the process of education and vocational training, learning, personal and career development, regular annual interviews, encouragement of creativity and innovativeness of the employees.
Constant changes in society serve as a basis to demand that the employees constantly improve their education and follow the changes that are becoming more frequent nowadays. They are also expected to complete tasks which are initialised by the market and follow contemporary values, culture, ethics and norms. Organisations, on the other hand, have to ensure human resources, which complete their tasks efficiently, constantly improve the quality of tasks performed and develop toward continuous progress. In this sense it is essential for the companies to establish an efficient human resources development programme in which offers employees the opportunity to improve their knowledge and skills.
The basis for a successful use of a human resources model in praxis is a correctly designed model, which includes the following elements: research center, educational center, a center for determination knowledge and competences that are needed for a specific job, a team for monitoring the level of creativity and innovativeness, development of employees and successfulness of the organisation, and social responsibility as a principle and praxis as well as consideration of all seven principles of social responsibility in the company\u27s praxis. It is important that the organisations constantly examining the advantages as well as the disadvantages of the model used for developing human resources in practice and, if needed, improve it in order to achieve developmental goals of their employees
