As conclusion by doing this Practical Training, I gain more information and knowledge about the how to manage project, sell quotation document and much more. I fell so glad because from this internship, I have knew everything on how to solve problem, how to work with professional workers and others. I hope that this report which has been done are followed requirement that are need by task and lecturer are satisfied with my report
The use of Malaysian penal code in combating internet theft / Azlan Abdul Roni Hasan and Siti Kharolina Baharuddin
Get PDFOur research encompasses the study of whether it is advisable to modify the definition of theft in the Penal Code to include non-corporeal things, in order to make it available to be used in prosecuting internet theft. The purpose of study is to find out whether there really is a need to amend the word "property" in the Penal Code to extend it into the realm of cyberspace or whether there are already sufficient Acts that deals with the Information Technology crimes. We choose this subject as to the adequacy of the Penal Code because we find that the essence of internet theft in the cyberspace and the elements of theft in the Penal Code to be coincide. In order to discover the level of efficiency of the Code, we used the method of library research, internet research, and consultation. We found out that, the internet theft situation in Malaysia is not as bleak as the situation in the US. Thus, the existing cyber statutes enacted is sufficient to deals with internet theft, although the strength of these statutes is unknown since the judicial organs seems incline to use it. In conclusion, we found that the internet theft in Malaysia, although not at an alarming rate, should be curb before serious damage can be done, and the cyber statutes should be put to test to determine its vulnerability

Get PDFThe purpose of the study are to examine the relationship between leadership behaviour and leadership style towards employee empowerment at one of the private organization in Kuala Lumpur. The conceptual :framework in this study are leadership behaviour and leadership style as the independent variables while employee empowerment as the dependent variables. For data collection, the instrument that have been used were questionnaire and its consist of 4 section, section A represent the leadership behaviour, section B, represent leadership style, section C represent the employee empowerment and last section represent the background information. A reliability test were conducted to see whether the instrument are reliable or not and the result shows it was reliable.The questionnaire were distribute to 70 supporting staff in one department at a Bank in Kuala Lumpur. All the data collected and entered into Statistical Packages for Social Sciences (SPSS) version 18. The results show the significance and reliability of the data collected. There were strong, positive and significant correlation between the independent variables and dependent variable and the normality was normal based on range of normality by Pallant, 2011. From the results, some recommendation was given for the future research. The answer for research question also being answered in chapter 5
Going Beyond Counting First Authors in Author Co-citation Analysis

counts are defined. Co-citation counting provides the data on which all subsequent statistical analyses and mappings
are based, and we compare ACA results based on two different types of co-citation counting - the traditional type that
only counts the first one among a cited work's authors on the one hand and a non-traditional type that takes into
account the first 5 authors of a cited work on the other hand. Results indicate that the picture produced through this non-traditional author co-citation counting contains more coherent author groups and is therefore considerably clearer. However, this picture represents fewer specialties in the research field being studied than that produced through the traditional first-author co-citation counting when the same number of top-ranked authors is selected and analyzed. Reasons for these effects are discussed

Get PDF“Variations on the Author” discusses two of Eduardo Coutinho’s recent films (Um Dia na Vida, from 2010, and Últimas Conversas, posthumously released in 2015) and their contribution to the general question of documentary authorship. The director’s filmography is characterized by a consistent yet self-effacing form of authorial self-inscription: Coutinho often features as an interviewer that rather than express opinions propels discourses; an interviewer that is good at listening. This mode of self-inscription characterizes him as an author who is not expressive but who is nonetheless markedly present on the screen. In Um Dia na Vida, however, Coutinho is completely absent form the image, while Últimas Conversas, on the contrary, includes a confessional prologue that moves the director from the margins to the center of his films. This article examines the ways in which these works stand out in the filmography of a director who offers new insights into the notion of cinematic authorship
Appropriate Similarity Measures for Author Cocitation Analysis
Get PDFWe provide a number of new insights into the methodological discussion about author cocitation analysis. We first argue that the use of the Pearson correlation for measuring the similarity between authors’ cocitation profiles is not very satisfactory. We then discuss what kind of similarity measures may be used as an alternative to the Pearson correlation. We consider three similarity measures in particular. One is the well-known cosine. The other two similarity measures have not been used before in the bibliometric literature. No full textWe have done our best to complete the author checklist relating to the use of animals in the hut study. Note that the objective for the hut study was to evaluate the IRS treatment applications for residual efficacy against Anopheles mosquitoes, including the local An. coluzzii mosquito population. Cows were only used to attract mosquitoes into the huts and no tests were carried out directly on the cows. The author checklist is intended for use with studies where experiments are carried out on animals, which is why we have had such difficulty in completing this for the hut study, as many of the questions do not relate to how the cows were used
