    Digital Literacy as a Media for Da\u27wah Communication in Overcoming Disaster Hoaxes in Cianjur Regency

    Disaster hoaxes often emerge after a disaster occurs, especially in vulnerable areas such as Cianjur. Digital literacy has great potential as a da\u27wah tool to provide education to the public so that they do not easily believe in false information. This article discusses the importance of digital literacy in da\u27wah to ward off disaster hoaxes, by adding Islamic communication ethical values such as Sad sayings, the words of the cover, Qaulan layyinan, Qaulan Kariman, qaulan balighan, And qaulan maysuran. The aim of this research is to present data on how the people of Cianjur carry out digital literacy as a medium for da\u27wah in preventing disaster hoaxes in Cianjur Regency. This research uses a constructivist paradigm with a qualitative research type. The method used is a descriptive case study, the theory used is social construction theory. The research results show that there are at least 4 digital literacy movements to overcome disaster hoaxes in Cianjur Regency, namely: 1) Cianjur Saber Hoaks (a digital literacy movement that clarifies content suspected of being a hoax circulating on the internet); 2) Tanjeur Cianjur (disaster management and digital literacy movement carried out online and offline); 3) UNPI & Jayabaya Psychosocial Support and creation of a guidebook for volunteers in providing psychosocial support; and 4) Asean Digital Literacy Program (socialization of the dangers of hoaxes and the ITE Law). The implications of this research are 1) Provide descriptive knowledge regarding the online communication climate in Cianjur Regency after the earthquake; 2) Enriching the body of knowledge in the field of digital literacy; and 3) can be used as a reference and guide for volunteers in fighting disaster hoaxes

    Therapeutic Communication of Health Workers with Patients in Complementary and Alternative Medicine

    Complementary and Alternative Medicine is an alternative for patients who want to take treatment outside of standard medical treatment, especially for groups of patients suffering from Priority Non-Communicable Diseases (NCDs). This phenomenon is then studied using the constructivist paradigm, qualitative methods, case study approaches, and social construction theory. Data collection techniques were participant observation for a year, interviews with six key informants and 19 resource triangulation, literature study, and document study. The data analysis technique uses the Miles and Huberman Interactive model, and the validity test uses data triangulation. The aims of this study were:1) to explore descriptive knowledge about holistic health;2)to find out the reasons for using self-healing as a priority treatment for NCDs patients; and 3)to create a therapeutic communication model for self-healing therapy. The results showed:1)holistic health is a state of well-being and balance between physical, mental, emotional, social, spiritual, and environmental conditions;2)self-healing is an alternative for Priority NCDs patients who want to reduce the adverse effects of drug side effects; and 3)communication delivered using therapeutic principles will affect the patient\u27s perception of understanding the message so that it affects patient trust and patient compliance, accelerates the patient\u27s adaptation process, and improves the patient\u27s health condition holistically. This research is also expected to provide an overview of self-healing methods and become an alternative reference in the world of health as a solution for prioritising non-communicable diseases

    Tujuan penelitian ini antara lain: (1) mengetahui penciptaan word of mouth di Hanara Well Being Center Bandung dalam memperkenalkan program self healing; (2) mengetahui pengelolaan word of mouth di Hanara Well Being Center Bandung dalam memperkenalkan program self healing; dan (3) mengetahui hambatan dan usaha yang dilakukan oleh Hanara Well Being Center Bandung dalam menghadapi word of mouth negatif.Penelitian ini menggunakan paradigram Kontrutivisme dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Sedangkan metode yang digunakan peneliti adalah metode studi kasus deskriptif. Penelitian ini bersifat kualitatif deskriptif yang didasarkan bahwa pertanyaan penelitian berkenaan dengan “apa” dan “bagaimana”. Hal yang dimaksud dengan “apa” dan “bagaimana” dalam penelitian ini adalah bagaimana penciptaan dan pengelolaan word of mouth di Hanara Well Being Center Bandung dalam memperkenalkan program self healing, serta hambatan apa yang terjadi dan usaha apa yang dilakukan oleh Hanara Well Being Center Bandung dalam menghadapi word of mouth negatif. Adapun teknik analisis data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan Model Interaktif Miles dan Huberman (1992) dan untuk uji keabsahan data dengan menggunakan triangulasi data.Penelitian ini menghasilkan beberapa kesimpulan, yaitu dalam memperkenalkan produk self healingnya, Hanara menggunakan metode word of mouth, dengan cara buzz marketing, evangelist marketing, community marketing, conversation creation, influencer marketing, cause marketing, viral marketing, grassroots marketing, brand blogging, product seeding, dan referral programs. Sedangkan dalam mengelola word of mouth dilakukan dengan cara conversation tracking, menciptakan komunitas, program brand advocacy,memberikan pelayanan yang superior, blog marketing, dan influencer marketing
