Salah satu sarana dan prasarana yang wajib adalah Sistem Penyediaan Air Minum (SPAM). Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk memprediksi tarif air minimum yang layak secara finansial dalam pengoperasian SPAM serta mengindentifikasi nilai kelayakan finansial dan kemungkinan pengembalian investasi dalam jangka panjang. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan dengan mengumpulkan data-data terkait jumlah penduduk, anggaran, upah, dan jalur pipa distribusi. Disamping itu juga dilakukan pengamatan pada lokasi sumber air, wawancara dengan pejabat yang menangani SPAM. Data diolah menggunakan analisis kelayakan ekonomi dengan menggunakan parameter BCR, NPV dan IRR. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa analisis finansial yang ditinjau pada suku bunga 4,5% dan usia guna proyek 20 (dua puluh) tahun membutuhkan biaya konstruksi sebesar Rp.22.028.825.000,-. Biaya operasional sebesar Rp.2.761.438.400,- pertahun dan biaya modal sebesar Rp. 1.694.016.643,- pertahun. Proyek tidak layak untuk dilaksanakan jika menggunakan tarif 1 (Rp.6.267,-) dengan manfaat Rp.3.466.870.080,- pertahun karena Benefit Cost Rasio (BCR) ? 1, sedangkan apabila menggunakan tarif 2 (Rp.8.426,-) dengan manfaat Rp.4.608.599.043,- pertahun dan tarif 3 (Rp. 10.111,-) dengan manfaat Rp.5.499.690.051,- pertahun layak untuk dilaksanakan. Dengan adanya penelitian ini diharapkan dapat memberi masukan perbandingan tarif kepada Pemerintah sehingga dapat menentukan arah kebijakan terkait pengembangan SPAM dan memberikan manfaat sebesar-besarnya untuk kemakmuran dan kesejahteraan rakyat.Kata kunci: Tarif air, biaya, manfaat, kelayakan finansial.ANALYSIS FINANCIAL FEASIBILITY OF DRINKING WATER SUPPLY SYSTEM SUKA MAKMUE DISTRICT NAGAN RAYA REGENCYBy :Amirul Afzal. One of the mandatory facilities and infrastructure is the drinking water supply system. The purpose of this study is to predict the minimum financial rates that are financially feasible in the operation of the drinking water supply system and identify the value of financial feasibility and possible return on investment in the long term. This research was carried out by collecting data related to budget, wages, and distribution pipelines. Besides that, observations were also made at the location of water sources, interviews with officials who handled the drinking water supply system. The data was processed using economic feasibility analysis using BCR, NPV and IRR parameters. The results of the study show that the financial analysis which is reviewed at 4.5% interest rate and the project useful life of twenty (20) years requires construction costs of 22,028,825,000,- IDR. Operational costs of 2,761,438,400,- IDR/year and capital costs of 1,694,016,643,- IDR/year. The project is not feasible if it uses a tariff of 1 (6,267,- IDR) with the benefit of 3,466,870,080,- IDR/year due to benefit cost ratio (BCR) ? 1, whereas if using tariff 2 (8.426,- IDR) with benefits 4,608,599,043,- IDR/year and tariff 3 (10,111,- IDR) with the benefits of 5,499,690,051,- IDR/year is feasible. The existences of this research is expected to be able to provide input rates comparison to the Government so that it can determine the direction of policies related to the development of the drinking water supply system and provide maximum benefits for the prosperity and welfare of the people.Keywords: water tariffs, costs, benefits, financial feasibility
Going Beyond Counting First Authors in Author Co-citation Analysis
Get PDFThe present study examines one of the fundamental aspects of author co-citation analysis (ACA) - the way co-citation
counts are defined. Co-citation counting provides the data on which all subsequent statistical analyses and mappings
are based, and we compare ACA results based on two different types of co-citation counting - the traditional type that
only counts the first one among a cited work's authors on the one hand and a non-traditional type that takes into
account the first 5 authors of a cited work on the other hand. Results indicate that the picture produced through this non-traditional author co-citation counting contains more coherent author groups and is therefore considerably clearer. However, this picture represents fewer specialties in the research field being studied than that produced through the traditional first-author co-citation counting when the same number of top-ranked authors is selected and analyzed. Reasons for these effects are discussed

Get PDF“Variations on the Author” discusses two of Eduardo Coutinho’s recent films (Um Dia na Vida, from 2010, and Últimas Conversas, posthumously released in 2015) and their contribution to the general question of documentary authorship. The director’s filmography is characterized by a consistent yet self-effacing form of authorial self-inscription: Coutinho often features as an interviewer that rather than express opinions propels discourses; an interviewer that is good at listening. This mode of self-inscription characterizes him as an author who is not expressive but who is nonetheless markedly present on the screen. In Um Dia na Vida, however, Coutinho is completely absent form the image, while Últimas Conversas, on the contrary, includes a confessional prologue that moves the director from the margins to the center of his films. This article examines the ways in which these works stand out in the filmography of a director who offers new insights into the notion of cinematic authorship
Appropriate Similarity Measures for Author Cocitation Analysis
Get PDFWe provide a number of new insights into the methodological discussion about author cocitation analysis. We first argue that the use of the Pearson correlation for measuring the similarity between authors’ cocitation profiles is not very satisfactory. We then discuss what kind of similarity measures may be used as an alternative to the Pearson correlation. We consider three similarity measures in particular. One is the well-known cosine. The other two similarity measures have not been used before in the bibliometric literature. counting methods, and high costs of using more realistic citation counting methods that are not well-supported by the ISI databases. Note that the objective for the hut study was to evaluate the IRS treatment applications for residual efficacy against Anopheles mosquitoes, including the local An. coluzzii mosquito population. Cows were only used to attract mosquitoes into the huts and no tests were carried out directly on the cows. The author checklist is intended for use with studies where experiments are carried out on animals, which is why we have had such difficulty in completing this for the hut study, as many of the questions do not relate to how the cows were used
