Fungsi manajemen dalam penetapan arah kiblat terdapat
masalah yang dihadapi seperti bagaimana manajemen
pelaksanaan dalam mengatur penetapan arah kiblat yang dimana
dalam penetapan arah kiblat tersebut masih ada perbedaan
pendapat yang terjadi Namun dalam pelaksanaan penetapan arah
kiblat yang terjadi di Masjid Al Amin Kelurahan Tanjung Senang
Bandar Lampung terdapat permasalahan yang terjadi seperti
terjadinya kesalahan pengukuran dalam arah kiblat sewaktu
pengurus masjid lama yang mengukur arah kiblat dengan manual
yang mengakibatkan kiblat masjid al amin kurang akurat,selain
itu juga keterbatasan sumber daya berupa alat sarana yang
dimiliki oleh pihak masjid,serta keterbatasan ilmu pengetahuan
mengenai penetapan arah kiblat.
Maka dari permasalahan tersebut pentingnya manajemen
dakwah dalam mengatasi permasalahan untuk penetapan arah
kiblat, tujuan dalam peneliti ini Untuk mengetahui Fungsi
Manajemen Pelaksanaan Dalam Penetapan Arah kiblat Masjid
Al Amin Kelurahan Tanjung Senang Bandar Lampung.Sasaran
dalam peneliti ini terkhususnya kepada jamaah masjid al amin
dalam mekanisme penetapan arah kiblat yang akurat yang tidak
harus di perdebatkan.Penenlitian ini menggunakan jenis
penelitian lapangan (field reseach) dengan pendekatan deskriptif
kualitatif,metode
pengumpulan data melalui observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi sedangkan teknis analisis data
meliputi reduksi data, penyajian data dan verifikasi triangulasi.
Hasil penelitian menunjukkan fungsi manajemen dalam
pelaksanaan penentuan arah kiblat Masjid Al Amin Jalan
Cendana Kelurahan Tanjung Senang Bandar Lampung
memperoleh hasil positif, meskipun masih ada beberapa yang
kurang sepakat dalam penetapan arah kiblat.untuk mengatasi hal
ini takmir masjid al amin melakukan musyawarah bersama dan
melakukan voting dalam musyawarah tersebut. dan dalam
manajemen pelaksanaan penetapan arah kiblat tersebut memiliki
peran yang sangat penting baik itu dengan mekanisme
menggunakan alat yang akurat seperti theodolit, aplikasi arah
kiblat dan kompas,dan dalam pelaksanaan yang terstruktur baik
itu dalam menyampaikan surat kalibrasi sampai penguluaran
sertifikasi arah kiblat masjid al amin yang akurat.Dalam
penentuan arah kiblat diperlukan manajemen dengan adanya
maanajemen pelaksanaan dalam hasil eksekusi penentuan arah
kiblat yang tersusun menjadi akurat dalam pelaksanaannya.

The management function in determining the direction of
the qibla there are problems faced such as how the management
of the implementation in regulating the determination of the
direction of the qibla where in the determination of the direction
of the qibla there are still differences of opinion that occur
However, in the implementation of the determination of the
direction of the qibla that occurred at the Al Amin Mosque,
Tanjung Senang Village, Bandar Lampung, there were problems
that occurred such as the occurrence of measurement errors in
the direction of the qibla when the management of the old mosque
measured The direction of the Qibla with manual results in the
Qibla of the Al Amin Mosque is less accurate, in addition to that
there are also limited resources in the form of tools and facilities
owned by the mosque, as well as limited knowledge regarding the
determination of the Qibla direction.
Therefore, from these problems, the importance of da'wah
management in overcoming problems for the determination of the
direction of the qibla, the purpose in this researcher is to find out
the
Function of Implementation Management in the
Determination of the Qibla Direction of the Al Amin Mosque,
Tanjung SENANG Village, Bandar Lampung.The target in this
researcher is especially for the worshippers of the Al Amin
Mosque in the mechanism of determining the direction of the
Qibla accurately which does not have to be debated. With a
qualitative descriptive approach, the data collection method is
through observation, interviews and documentation while the
technical data analysis includes data reduction, data
presentation and triangulation verification.
The results of the study show that the management
function in the implementation of the determination of the Qibla
direction of the Al Amin Mosque on Jalan Cendana, Tanjung Senang Village, Bandar Lampung, shows positive results,
although there are still some who disagree in determining the
direction of the Qibla.To overcome this, the takmir of the Al Amin
Mosque conducts joint deliberations and votes in the
deliberations. And in the management of the implementation of
the determination of the Qibla direction it has a very important
role, both with a mechanism using accurate tools such as
theodolite, the application of the Qibla direction and compass,
and in the implementation of a structured one, both in submitting
a
calibration letter to the transmission of an accurate
certification of the Qibla direction of the Al Amin Mosque. to be
accurate in its implementation.

Therefore, the approaches and methods used by educators can be said to be successful if these approaches and methods can achieve the expected educational goals. The aims of this research are: (1) to find out the application of the basic concepts of Islamic education methodology at MA Al-Amin, (2) to find out what approaches to Islamic education are often applied by teaching staff at MA Al-Amin, (3) to find out the role of educators in learning development at MA Al-Amin. This research uses a descriptive qualitative approach method with the aim of drawing in-depth conclusions in the field. Qualitative research is natural research, using certain methods to describe a phenomenon that occurs. These methods include interviews, observation, and documentation. The results of this research show that (1) MA Al-Amin has implemented the basic concepts of Islamic education methodology through teaching carried out by teachers with the methods used including the exemplary method, story method, dialogue method, reward and punishment method and providing advice -advice, (2) The most prominent application of the Islamic education approach at MA Al-Amin is the philosophical and emotional approach, (3) In implementing each learning method, Madrasah Aliyah Al-Amin facilitates every teacher, both in the form of moral support and facilities. learning supporter.
