The purpose of this scientific work is to know about how the archive facilities
in the planning section, the national library of the republic of Indonesia. The
method used in this scientific work is to use descriptive analysis using methods of
collecting data through library research and observation.
From the results of writing it can be seen that in order to deal with the
obstacles faced by the author is the archiving facilities that are still inadequate such
as the example of filing cabinets resulting in still a lot of archives that accumulate
in the cardboard arrangement is not directly carried out, and the archiving process
is still using a manual system that affects once in the course of the process archiving
takes a long time and wastes a lot of energy, resulting in a lack of efficiency and
effectiveness in employee work. It is suggestion that the National Library of
Indonesia in particular the Planning Division pay more attention to the needs and
care of the existing archives, so that the archival system implementation process
can run more optimally. Because the archive itself is a source of information and
memories for each agency or company in completing a job. In the filing system, a
good and precise archive system is needed as well as adequate equipment so that
the archiving process can run more optimally. Therefore the archiving procedure
must be paid more attention so that the function and role of the archive can be
carried out as it should.

IMAGERY IN SONG LYRICS OF ALICIA KEYS
No full text The objective of this study is to identify kinds of imagery on songs lyric of Alicia Keys. This study used descriptive method to analyze data. Recorder songs lyrics of Alicia Keys were served as resources of data and imagery reflected in the lyrics was promoted as data of this study. The study revealed the following findings: (1) imagery was deserved in three lyrics of Alicia Keys: Girl on Fire, Superwoman, and A Woman’s Worth, (2) Kinds of imagery in the three lyrics songs included: auditory imagery, kinesthetic imagery, visual imagery and organic imagery and the forming is about a woman life, (3) Message of songs figured out upon a woman’s life, suggesting a woman should undertake real struggle and never gave up at whatever occurred in life. </jats:p
An Analysis of Archetypes of Alicia Brenson in Alex Michaelides’ the Silent Patient
No full textPenelitian ini berfokus pada topik arketipe pada karakter Alicia dalam novel The Silent Patient. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengkaji karakterisasi dan arketipe pada Alicia. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah deskriptif kualitatif. Data diperoleh dari narasi dan dialog para tokoh dalam novel. Penelitian ini menggunakan konsep karakterisasi dari James H. Pickering & Jeffrey D. Hoeper serta teori arketipe dari Carl Gustav Jung. Hasil analisis arketipe ini kemudian diperkuat oleh analisis karakterisasi Alicia. Secara rinci, 23 data ditemukan pada Alicia dan masing-masing data dibagi menjadi dua bagian karakterisasi: (1) Telling Method (6 data karakterisasi melalui penampilan, dan 11 data karakterisasi oleh penulis); (2) Showing Method (3 data karakterisasi melalui dialog, dan 2 data karakterisasi melalui tindakan). Ditemukan juga beberapa karakterisasi yang ditunjukkan oleh Alicia, misalnya penakut, egois, frustasi, licik, pembohong, manipulatif, tidak simpatik, agresif, kejam, temperamental, pencemas, pendendam, kejam, sombong, ambisius, impulsif, pemarah, pesimis, tidak stabil, dan sensitif. Ada 23 arketipe yang ditemukan pada Alicia dengan 11 dari 23 data didominasi oleh shadow. Lalu, ada 6 data persona, 3 animus, dan 3 data self yang ditemukan pada Alicia

Wattpad adalah komunitas online bagi para penulis dan pembaca. Pengguna yang
punya kemampuan menulis cerita menjadi bagian penting bagi Wattpad karena
merekalah yang menciptakan bacaaan-bacaan untuk yang pengguna yang
berstatus sebagai pembaca. Perlindungan software serta Applikasi berdasarkan
undang-undang di Indonesia, studi literatur yang membahas perlindungan
software di dalam maupun luar negeri dan juga melakukan wawancara dengan
lembaga perlindungan hak kekayaan intelektual di ITS untuk mendapatkan data
empiris terkait dengan perlindungan software. Bagaimana pengaturan mengenai
aspek aplikasi wattpad menurut undang-undang nomor 13 tahun 2016 tentang hak
paten dan Bagaimana bentuk perlindungan hak paten yang ditempuh apabila
terjadi pelanggaran hak paten pada aplikasi wattpad. Untuk mengkaji dan
menganalisis pengaturan perlindungan hukum terhadap pemilik konten di aplikasi
digital wattpad dalam Undang-Undang Nomor 13 Tahun 2016 dan Untuk
mengkaji dan menganalisis upaya penyelesaian apabila terjadi pelanggaran Hak
Paten melalui wattpad. Penelitian ini menggunakan jenis penelitian kepustakaan
(library research). Penelitian Kepustakaan (library research) adalah penelitian
yang dilaksanakan menggunakan literatur (kepustakaan), baik berupa buku,
catatan, maupun laporan hasil penelitian terdahulu.Statute Approch (pendekatan
Perundang-Undangan) yang merupakan sumber Hukum primer yang penulis
kaji.Pengaturan Mengenai Aspek Aplikasi Wattpad Menurut Undang-Undang
Nomor 13 Tahun 2016 Tentang Hak Paten meliputi Perlindungan terhadap karya
intelektual, Pemantauan konten, Kemampuan melaporkan pelanggaran,
Penegakan hukum, Perlindungan Data Pribadi. Dan menyediakan mekanisme
untuk melakukan tuntutan dan Bentuk Perlindungan Hak Paten Yang Ditempuh
Apabila Terjadi Pelanggaran Hak Paten Pada Aplikasi Wattpad dilindungi oleh
Undang-Undang No. 13 Tahun 2016. Dengan penyelesaian sengketa dapat
dilakukan melalui dua proses, yaitu secara Litigasi dan Non Litigasi. Bagi pemilik
invensi atau pemilik teknologi paten sebaiknya untuk mendaftarkan segera, karena
untuk mendapatkan perlindungan hukum, meningkatkan nilai, Menghindari
konflik hukum, Memperkuat citra merek, serta menghindari risiko-risiko yang
mungkin terjadi jika paten tidak didaftarkan.

Self-presentation erat kaitannya dengan bagaimana individu mempresentasikan dirinya di depan publik, ingin menunjukkan kesan yang baik di benak orang lain dan positif hal ini berkaitan dengan self conciousness atau kesadaran diri bahwa ia sadar menjadi objek sosial dan ingin dinilai baik, kemudian dengan body image atau citra tubuh yang dimilikinya dan ia presentasikan dimedia sosial Instagram. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara self-consciousness dan body image dengan self-presentation pengguna instagram.
Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah mahasiswa Manajemen Bisnis Syariah UIN Raden Intan Lampung angkatan 2019 sebanyak 289 mahasiswa. Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah 147 Mahasiswa prodi Manajemen Bisnis Syariah UIN Raden Intan Lampung angkatan 2019. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan non-probability sampling. Instrumen yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah skala self-presentation (α = 0,940), skala self-consciousness (α = 0,837) dan skala body image (α = 0,828). Teknik pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini adalah dengan skala self-presentation dengan jumlah 26 aitem, skala self-consciousness dengan jumlah 19 aitem dan skala body image dengan jumlah 16 aitem.
Berdasarkan hasil analisis data menggunakan analisis regresi berganda dengan software JASP 16.0 For Windows, hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kedua variabel bebas dalam penelitian ini memberikan sumbangan efektif sebesar 27,6% dan 72,4 % dipengaruhi faktor diluar penelitian ini. Hipotesis dalam penelitian diterima, yaitu terdapat hubungan self-consciousness dan body image dengan self-presentation pengguna instagram.

THE RELATIONSHIP OF SELF-CONSCIOUSNESS AND BODY IMAGE WITH INSTAGRAM USERS' SELF-PRESENTATION

Self-presentation is closely related to how individuals present themselves in public, wanting to make a good impression on the minds of others and positively. the body image he has and he presents it on social media Instagram. This study aims to determine the relationship between self-consciousness and body image with the self-presentation of Instagram users.
The population in this study were Islamic Business Management students at UIN Raden Intan Lampung class of 2019 with a total of 289 students. The sample in this research was 147 students of Islamic Business Management study program at UIN Raden Intan Lampung class of 2019. The sampling technique used non-probability sampling. The instruments used in this study were the self-presentation scale (α = 0.940), the self-consciousness scale (α = 0.837) and the body image scale (α = 0.828). The data collection technique in this study was a self-presentation scale with a total of 26 items, a self-consciousness scale with a total of 19 items and a body image scale with a total of 16 items.
Based on the results of data analysis using multiple regression analysis with JASP 16.0 For Windows software, the results showed that the two independent variables in this study made an effective contribution of 27.6% and 72.4% influenced by factors outside this study. The hypothesis in this study is accepted, namely that there is a relationship between self-consciousness and body image with the self-presentation of Instagram users.

Kazoku Game is a Japanese drama based on the best-selling novel by the author Yohei Honma. In 2013 the novel was turned into a Japanese drama directed by Yuichi Sato.
The main character in this drama is Yoshimoto Kouya or Tagou Yuudai played by Sho Shakurai who enters the Numata family to become a private teacher who teaches school lessons and life lessons for the Numata family with family games or kazoku games he makes.
This study aims to analyze and describe the narrative elements of the film and provide a picture of Yoshimoto sensei's personality reflected in the drama Kazoku Game. The data collection method used in this research is literature study method. While the data analysis method used is descriptive qualitative. The theory used in this research is Gordon Allport's narrative theory and personality theory. Every finding in the data is analyzed to determine the personality character of the Yoshimoto character in everyday life and the narrative element in the drama.
The result of the research is the discovery of a narrative element consisting of elements of space and time, the actors of the story, the problems and conflicts, and the objectives. Meanwhile, in Yoshimoto sensei's personality, 14 personality traits were found in Allport's 7 personality maturities.

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah mendeskripsikan bentuk dan fungsi tindak tutur direktif dalam novel Naverra dan Juru Diet tuturan antartokoh. Selain itu, mendeskripsikan implikasi pembelajaran bahasa Indonesia di SMA. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif karena data-data dalam penelitian diolah sesuai dengan fakta dan dijelaskan dalam bentuk deskriptif. Metode dalam penrlitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif untuk menggambarkan suatu keadaan sebagaimana adanya, data yang diperoleh tidak berupa angka melainkan kata-kata. Penggunaan pendekatan kualitatif yang dimaksudkan penulis untuk memberikan gambaran meliputi bentuk dan fungsi tindak tutur direktif dalam novel Naverra dan Juru Diet. Teknik pengumpulan data yang berupa teknik baca dan catat sehingga pengambilan data dilakukan membaca dengan cermat dalam novel untuk mengindentifikasi dan dikelompokkan tuturan antartokoh yang mengandung tindak tutur direktif.
Novel karya Devitnask yang berjudul Naverra dan Juru Diet terdapat bentuk tindak tutur direktif meliputi : 8 data perintah 17,3%, 15 data permintaan 32,6%, 4 data ajakan 8,6%, 2 data larangan 4,3%, 6 data nasihat 13%, 11 data kritikan 23,9%. Fungsi tindak tutur direktif ditemukan peneliti meliputi : 3 data memerintah 6,8%, 2 data menyuruh 4,1%, 1 data mengharuskan 2%, 1 data memaksa 2%, 1 data menyilakan 2%, 8 data meminta 16,6%, 3 data mengharap 6,2%, 4 data memohon 8,3%, 2 data mengajak 4,1%, 1 data mendorong 2%, 1 data mendukung 1%, 1 data menyindir 2%, 1 data mencegah 2%, 1 data menganjurkan 2%, 2 data menyarankan 4,1%, 1 data mengarahkan 2%, 2 data menyerukan 4,1%, 1 data menegur 2%, 8 data menyindir 16,6%, 2 data mengancam 4,1%.

The purpose of this study is to describe the form and function of directive speech acts in the novel Naverra and interpreter diet interpreters. In addition, describing the implications of learning Indonesian in high school. This study uses a qualitative approach because the data in the study are processed according to facts and are explained in descriptive form. The method in this statement uses a descriptive method to describe a situation as it is, the data obtained is not in the form of numbers but words. The use of a qualitative approach meant by the author to provide an overview includes the form and function of directive speech acts in the novel Naverra and the diet interpreter. Data collection techniques in the form of reading and record techniques so that data collection is carried out carefully in the novel to identify and grouped speech between the directive speech acts.
The novel by Devitnask entitled Naverra and Diet Juruan there are forms of directive speech acts including : 8 command data, 15 request data, 4 invitation data, 2 prohibited data, 6 advice data, 11 criticism data. The Muslims are fallible to understand the worship performing, one of that is prostration. The dangerous main mistake is to limit the guidance of worship only to ritual activities as a symbol, such as prostration commands which are understood only by carrying out physical movements putting the prostration organ on the floor as the praying prostration. This misunderstanding leads to emergence of wrong concepts about meaning and essence which includes the purpose and essence of prostration command. So there is the question as why there is the prostration to the Prophet Adam, there are people who prostrate to the sun or the moon and others, even though prostration is only commanded to Allah Almighty and there are also people who are reluctant to prostrations.
This is a library research. The method used is thematic interpretation (mauḍû'i) which is an interpretation that explains several verses of the Qur’an regarding a topic, based on the the chronological order of revelation which is explained by informations from all aspects and comparison with information from another sciences that discussing the same topic or theme until make it easier and clearer the problem. By using descriptive-qualitative analysis which is the author describes the concept of prostration in the Qur’an by tracing and study deeply of prostration verses. Then the author analyzes the prostration verses based on the chronological order of revelation. The purpose are to know the prostration verses in the Qur'an, the meaning and classification of prostration, to know the lesson from the prostration story of angels to Adam.
The results of research indicate the derivation word of sajada in the Qur'an there are 81 verses found in 32 surahs with the classification of prostration such as: human prostration, angels prostration and the earthly and heavenly bodies prostration, from the interpretation of the verses found the meaning of prostration that from word sajada (i) prayer, is an outward movement as evidence of submission and surrender to Allah with a sincere to gain His pleasure. This is in Islam is a unique institution that brings human closer to Allah by harmonising his mental attitude with physical posture. In prayer, a Muslim submits himself completely to his creator (ii) oneness and worship of Allah (iii) submission and obedience to Allah Almighty and that also visible image of postures of humility (iv) bow down or down in obeisance as the respect, not in worship (v) the mosque means a place of prostration and can mean the entire Tanah Haram (the city of Mecca) as a whole.
The lesson from the prostration story of angels to Adam are always submission and obedience to Allah and do His commands. Angels prostration to Adam not as worship prostration but as a respecting and glorifying Adam, because the worship prostration is solely devoted to Allah. And devil refused Allah command because they regard themselves better than other, more noble and higher position as the devil rejects Allah’s prostration command to Adam is not for reasons of shirk, but only because devil regard himself more noble and has a higher position than humans, then it is inappropriate to prostrate to human who is created more despicable and lower position than devil. Wheareas Allah forbids being arrogant and conceited. Because of that, Allah cursed the devil and took him out of Heaven. But the devil will always invite (whisper) humans to do evil, tempting and misleading from the truth

Pencarian artikel relevan dilakukan pada publikasi online seperti Semantic Scholar, Springer, APA PsycNet, Taylor&Francis, ResearchGate, Elsevier, Frontiers in Psychology, European Journal of Education Studies, International Journal of Economic Studies, Jurnal Tunas Pendidikan, Economic Education Analysis Jurnal, Jurnal Pendidikan Matematika, Eurasia Jurnal, yang diterbitkan antara tahun 2010-2020. Penulis memperoleh 12 artikel yang memenuhi syarat berdasarkan karakteristik pemilihan artikel relevan yang telah ditentukan. Temuan artikel menunjukan bahwa motivasi belajar berpengaruh positif terhadap hasil belajar siswa. Selain itu, ditemukan bahwa iklim kelas dapat memperkuat pengaruh motivasi belajar terhadap hasil belajar siswa. Hal ini disebabkan karena ketika yang dirasakan oleh siswa berupa iklim kelas positif, hal tersebut dapat mendukung siswa lebih semangat belajar, sehingga motivasi belajar akan semakin kuat, pada gilirannya akan meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa.

ABSTRACT
This study reviews several articles about learning motivation that are considered influential in improving learning outcomes, as well as classroom climate which is considered influencing the influence of learning motivation on student learning outcomes. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of learning motivation on student learning outcomes, as well as the moderating effect of classroom climate on the effect of learning motivation on student learning outcomes. Search for relevant articles was carried out on online publications such as Semantic Scholar, Springer, APA PsycNet, Taylor & Francis, ResearchGate, Elsevier, Frontiers in Psychology, European Journal of Education Studies, International Journal of Economic Studies, Jurnal Tunas Pendidikan, Economic Education Analysis Journal, Journal of Mathematics Education , Eurasia Journal, published between 2010-2020. The author obtained 12 articles that meet the requirements based on the characteristics of the selection of relevant articles that have been determined. The findings of the article show that learning motivation has a positive effect on student learning outcomes. In addition, it was found that the classroom climate can strengthen the influence of learning motivation on student learning outcomes. This is because when students feel a positive classroom climate, it can support students to be more enthusiastic about learning, so that learning motivation will be stronger, in turn it will improve student learning outcomes.
