No full textThe essay examines a copy of the Brescia edition of Dante Alighieri's Comedy of 1487, previously belonged to the Dante Center of the Conventual Friars Minor in Ravenna at the time of the direction of Father Severino Ragazzini (1920-1986). The documents kept in the Franciscan library allows the reconstruction of the phases that led to the purchase of the copy in 1967 in the Milanese antiquarian bookshop led by Carlo Alberto Chiesa (1926-1998). In the late Nineties, after a short period during which the volume was believed to have been stolen from the library's deposits, the incunabulum was found in the auction catalogue of Christie's Rome. The investigations carried out on the copy made it possible to reconstruct its past provenance and the passages at the major European auction houses, from the first, at the end of the Sixties, to the last, in November 2002.Il saggio prende in esame una copia dell’edizione bresciana della Commedia di Dante Alighieri del 1487, già appartenuta al Centro Dantesco dei Frati minori conventuali di Ravenna ai tempi della direzione di padre Severino Ragazzini (1920-1986). L’esame delle carte conservate presso la biblioteca francescana permette la ricostruzione delle fasi che portarono all’acquisto dell’esemplare nel 1967 nella libreria milanese di Carlo Alberto Chiesa (1926-1998). Sul finire degli anni novanta, dopo un breve periodo durante il quale il volume fu creduto sottratto furtivamente dai depositi della biblioteca, l’incunabolo fu rintracciato nel catalogo di una vendita all’asta presso Christie’s Roma. Le indagini condotte sulla copia hanno permesso di ricostruirne le passate provenienze, le trasformazioni subìte negli anni a livello conservativo e i passaggi presso le maggiori case d’asta europee, dalla prima, alla fine degli anni sessanta, fino all’ultima, nel novembre 2002, quando dell’incunabolo dantesco si sono perse le tracce.

In particolare i livelli di rappresentanza che emergono per la parti firmatarie e le linee applicative, la parrocchia come spazio territoriale e non come comunità di fedeli, rendono di difficile collocazione queste accordi tra le fonti giuridiche e si inseriscono in un nuovo filone di regolamentazione bilaterale dei servizi ai cittadini

No full textThis work aims to promote analysis of the relevance of the religious and cultural heritage; it will focus on the cultural heritage of religious interest and the relevance that it assumes in the social and juridical dialogue in Italy. As well known, the religious element plays, in the light of the principle of secularity, a fundamental role in the formation of the civil fabric. In particular, the emergence of new religious realities that are foreign to the Christian sphere, and the traditional religions that over the centuries have become rooted with established communities in the territory, stimulates the discussion about shared views of the prospects for dialogue.
In this process, cultural goods of religious interest are seen as a way of affirming the identity of the religious community and play a fundamental role within this framework. The proposal of contact points, common elements and the comparison between state institutions and religious communities represent a first important step to define and to catalogue the religious heritage so that protective and promotion actions can follow specific patterns to help and stimulate occasions to sustain and share the different identities expressed by the religious goods themselves. The significance that the cultural heritage acquires, can become a fundamental means through which implement policies of religious integration and then social groups coexistence

No full textIl Consiglio dei Patriarchi cattolici d’Oriente, si dimostra sempre più una istituzione capace di dialogare con le realtà religiose e civili orientali e di costruire ponti per un percorso comune.
In questo atteggiamento assume un peso politico rilevante la ferma distanza espressa nell’ultima Lettera pastorale verso la cultura occidentale, rea di voler imporre i propri parametri qualitativi e le proprie politiche di interesse economico e strategico in Terra d’Oriente.
Tuttavia il sistema laico Occidentale viene considerato un modello auspicabile anche nella realtà Orientale
