    This article analyzes the scholarly legacy of Imam al-Bukhari through the lens of Pierre Bourdieu’s theory of cultural capital. The study employs causal analysis, normative-institutional, and discursive methodologies to examine Imam al-Bukhari’s life and scientific activity. Hadiths are interpreted not only as religious texts but also as social institutions that legitimize moral norms, values, and social sanctions. The embodied, objectified, and institutionalized forms of cultural capital are identified within Imam al-Bukhari’s intellectual contributions. The findings demonstrate that hadiths function as a rational sociocultural mechanism that promotes social order, moral regulation, and cultural stability in society.В статье наследие Имама аль-Бухари анализируется в контексте социологической теории культурного капитала, разработанной Пьером Бурдьё. Исследование основано на причинно-следственной методологии, нормативно-институциональном и дискурсивном подходах. Хадисы рассматриваются не только как религиозные источники, но и как социальные институты, формирующие нормы, моральные ценности и механизмы социальной легитимации. На примере научной деятельности Имама аль-Бухари раскрываются инкорпорированная, объективированная и институционализированная формы культурного капитала. Результаты исследования показывают, что хадисы выступают рациональным социокультурным механизмом обеспечения социальной стабильности и ценностной интеграции общества.Mazkur maqolada Imom al-Buxoriy merosi zamonaviy sotsiologik paradigma — Pierre Bourdieu tomonidan ishlab chiqilgan madaniy kapital nazariyasi asosida tahlil qilinadi. Tadqiqotda Imom al-Buxoriyning hayoti va ilmiy faoliyati sabab–oqibat metodologiyasi, normativ–institutsional va diskursiv yondashuvlar orqali o‘rganilgan. Hadislar diniy manba sifatidagina emas, balki jamiyatda ijtimoiy me’yorlar, axloqiy qadriyatlar va sanksiyalarni legitimlashtiruvchi institut sifatida talqin etiladi.     Amplified stimulated emission in upconversion nanoparticles for super-resolution nanoscopy

    Lanthanide-doped glasses and crystals are attractive for laser applications because the metastable energy levels of the trivalent lanthanide ions facilitate the establishment of population inversion and amplified stimulated emission at relatively low pump power. At the nanometre scale, lanthanide-doped upconversion nanoparticles (UCNPs) can now be made with precisely controlled phase, dimension and doping level. When excited in the near-infrared, these UCNPs emit stable, bright visible luminescence at a variety of selectable wavelengths, with single-nanoparticle sensitivity, which makes them suitable for advanced luminescence microscopy applications. Here we show that UCNPs doped with high concentrations of thulium ions (Tm³⁺), excited at a wavelength of 980 nanometres, can readily establish a population inversion on their intermediate metastable ³H₄ level: the reduced inter-emitter distance at high Tm³⁺ doping concentration leads to intense cross-relaxation, inducing a photon-avalanche-like effect that rapidly populates the metastable ³H₄ level, resulting in population inversion relative to the ³H₆ ground level within a single nanoparticle. As a result, illumination by a laser at 808 nanometres, matching the upconversion band of the ³H₄ → ³H₆ transition, can trigger amplified stimulated emission to discharge the ³H₄ intermediate level, so that the upconversion pathway to generate blue luminescence can be optically inhibited. We harness these properties to realize low-power super-resolution stimulated emission depletion (STED) microscopy and achieve nanometre-scale optical resolution (nanoscopy), imaging single UCNPs; the resolution is 28 nanometres, that is, 1/36th of the wavelength.     Design of a Real-time Portable Confocal Scanning Laser Microscope

    A portable video-rate confocal laser scanning microscope (CLSM) is implemented with polygon mirror and galvanometric mirror employed as the fast and slow axis scanner, respectively. The system can be applied for noninvasively imaging skin and other tissue. The dimension of this real-time CLSM is only 33x20x12cm(3) with weigh of 1.780 kg. Here we used a single Complex Programmable Logic Device (CPLD) to generate the control and synchronization signals for real time confocal microscopy. Utilizing NI image acquisition card, the CLSM system can acquire and store the real-time images.
