    Pada saat ini perawat dituntut memiliki pengetahuan dan keterampilan dalam penatalaksanaan korban bencana sebagai salah satu usaha mengurangi dampak bencana yang besar. Upaya untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan dan keterampilan perawat adalah dengan memberikan pembelajaran bencana sejak awal kepada mahasiswa keperawatan. Pembelajaran bencana pada perkuliahan membutuhkan metode yang tepat untuk diterapkan. Menurut studi pendahuluan melalui penyebaran kuesioner dan wawancara di Jurusan Ilmu Keperawatan FKUB pembelajaran bencana menggunakan metode simulasi. Sejumlah 47% mahasiswa puas dan termotivasi dengan metode tersebut dikarenakan mahasiswa merasa lebih tertantang untuk bermain peran pada simulasi, sedangkan sebanyak 53% mahasiswa tidak puas dikarenakan merasa jenuh dan merasa terbebani dengan banyaknya materi ajar yang harus disimulasikan. Sedangkan hasil wawancara dengan dosen pengajar mata kuliah, metode simulasi cukup efektif namun masih mempunyai kendala dalam pelaksanaannya diantaranya motivasi dan kepercayaan diri mahasiswa yang rendah pada saat role play. Selain itu, metode simulasi ini masih parsial untuk masing-masing keterampilan penatalaksanaan korban bencana. Dengan demikian, diperlukan inovasi metode pembelajaran lain yang menarik dan dapat meningkatkan motivasi serta kepercayaan diri mahasiswa yaitu metode Tabletop Disaster Exercise (TDE). Menurut beberapa penelitian sebelumnya TDE merupakan salah satu metode simulasi dalam ruang yang menarik serta dapat menumbuhkan motivasi mahasiswa sehingga pengetahuan dan keterampilan penatalaksanaan korban bencana dapat ditingkatkan. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah menganalisis pengaruh pembelajaran TDE terhadap pengetahuan dan keterampilan mahasiswa S1 Keperawatan dalam memberikan penatalaksanaan korban pada simulasi tanggap darurat bencana. Penelitian ini menggunakan desain quasy experimental dengan rancangan pre-post test with control group design. Teknik penentuan sampel penelitian dengan menggunakan purposive sampling dengan menentukan mahasiswa semester VI Jurusan Ilmu Keperawatan FKUB sebagai responden. Sampel yang didapatkan adalah 36 responden yang dibagi menjadi dua kelompok yaitu perlakuan dan kontrol sehingga masing-masing terdiri dari 18 responden. Kelompok perlakuan diberikan pembelajaran TDE, sedangkan kelompok kontrol diberikan simulasi standar dengan modul. Hasil penelitian menggunakan uji t berpasangan menunjukkan perbedaan nilai pengetahuan dan keterampilan yang signifikan sebelum dan setelah pemberian intervensi pada masing-masing kelompok ditunjukkan dengan nilai (p = 0,000). Hasil uji uji t tidak berpasangan untuk mengidentifikasi perbedaan pengetahuan sesudah intervensi antara kedua kelompok memiliki nilai signifikansi (p = 0,000), sedangkan hasil mann whitney untuk mengidentifikasi perbedaan keterampilan kedua kelompok memiliki nilai signifikansi (p = 0,113). Hal ini artinya terdapat perbedaan yang signifikan pembelajaran simulasi TDE dan simulasi standar terhadap pengetahuan, namun tidak terdapat perbedaan yang signifikan terhadap keterampilan

    Introduction: Cardiac arrest is an emergency condition in the cardiovascular system that causes the victim to experience cardiac arrest. Cardiopulmonary resuscitation is a top priority action that must be taken by rescuers to treat cardiac arrest conditions. Factors that influence the implementation of cardiopulmonary resuscitation are body mass index, physical fatigue, and gender. Methods: The research design used descriptive analytic. The research sample was nursing students who met the inclusion and exclusion criteria of 86 people using a sampling technique, namely purposive sampling. The research instrument used was a questionnaire and a checklist sheet for CPR procedures. Data analysis using spearman rank. Result and Analysis: The results of this study indicate that there is a relationship between body mass index, physical fatigue, and gender factors with the quality of chest compressions in cardiopulmonary resuscitation, which is indicated by a value 0.05. Discussion: In carrying out cardiopulmonary resuscitation, it is highly recommended for male rescuers who have an ideal body weight so that the chest compression process can be optimal. Keywords: BMI, physical fatigue, gender, chest compressions, CP

    Introduction:Verbal bullying is a form of violent behavior that often occurs in adolescents. Verbal bullying is done by saying using harsh sentences, mocking, even cursing. Verbal bullying can have a negative effect on its victims, such as causing fear, anxiety, worry and even lowering self-esteem. This situation can weaken the self-ability of the bullying victim so that the victim is unable to develop himself, the impact is that the victim experiences feelings of doubt in achieving his life goals and feels unhappy. This condition shows that the victim has decreased psychological well-being. This study aims to analyze self-esteem with psychological well-being of victims of verbal bullying. Method:The research design used descriptive analytic with a cross sectional study approach. The population of this study were the students of Pondok Hafshawaty Zainul Hasan Islamic Boarding School as many as 62 people who experienced verbal bullying victims. The research sampling technique used purposive sampling so that the research sample obtained was the students of Pondok Hafshawaty Zainul Hasan Islamic Boarding School as many as 54 people who experienced verbal bullying victims according to the inclusion and exclusion criteria. The research instrument used a questionnaire. Data analysis using Spearman Rank test. Result and analysis: The results showed that the ρ value of 0.002 indicates that there is a significant relationship between self-esteem and psychological well-being of victims of verbal bullying.     ABSTRAKTujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui efektivitas media Tabletop Disaster Exercise dalam meningkatkan skill komunikasi. Desain penelitian yang digunakan adalah quasy experiment dengan menggunakan pre-post test with control group design. Teknik pengambilan sampel adalah purpossive sampling dan didapatkan jumlah responden sebesar 36 yang dibagi menjadi 2 kelompok yaitu kelompok kontrol dan perlakuan. Data dianalisis menggunakan uji Wilcoxon dan didapatkan ada perbedaan kemampuan komunikasi (Ï = 0,000) sedangkan pada kelompok kontrol hasil didapatkan perbedaan kemampuan komunikasi (Ï = 0,000). Hasil uji Mann Whitney yaitu terdapat perbedaan kemampuan komunikasi dari responden antara kelompok perlakuan dengan kelompok kontrol dengan nilai signifikansi Ï = 0,033. Dengan demikian dapat disimpulkan bahwa baik pada kelompok perlakuan dan kontrol sama-sama dapat meningkatkan kemampuan komunikasi dari masing-masing responden, akan tetapi dari analisis kedua metode didapatkan hasil yang signifikan yang menunjukkan adanya perbedaan antara media Tabletop Disaster Exercise dengan metode konvensional.Kata kunci: tabletop disaster exercise, komunikasi, bencanaABSTRACTThis study aims to determine the effectivity of Tabletop Disaster Exercise in improving communication skills. The research design used quasy experimental with two groups pre-post test design. 36 subjects in total (2 groups of 18 members) was selected using purpossive sampling. Data were analyzed using Wilcoxon test and Mann whittney test. The results showed there were differences in communication skills (Ï = 0,000) while in the results of the control group, there were differences in communication skills (Ï = 0,000). The result of the Mann Whitney test showed there were differences in respondents’s skill between the treatment group and the control group with a significance value (Ï = 0.033). Thus it can be concluded that both the treatment and control groups can equally improve the communication skills of each respondent, but from the analysis of both methods, significant results are showed by the differences between TDE and conventional methods.Keywords: tabletop disaster exercise, communication, disaste

    Pada saat ini bencana sering melanda negara berkembang khususnya Indonesia. Kondisi ini terjadi karena tingkat kesadaran masyarakat terhadap kondisi bencana masih termasuk dalam kategori rendah. Hal tersebut disebabkan oleh kurangnya pendidikan kebencaan di masyarakat saat ini. Salah satu upaya untuk meningkatkan kesadaran masyarakat yaitu dimulai melalui pendidikan bencana di kampus dimana sasarannya adalah mahasiswa sehingga harapannya mahasiswa mampu mengaplikasikan ilmunya dimasyarakat. Pendidikan bencana di kampus membutuhkan media yang menarik dan efektif untuk digunakan, salah satunya adalah media tabletop disaster exercise (TDE). Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis efektivitas media tabletop disaster exercise dalam meningkatkan kesadaran mahasiswa keperawatan dalam menghadapi bencana. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode pra experimen dengan pendekatan one group pre post test design. Populasi adalah mahasiswa tingkat IV STIKes Hafshawaty Pesantren Zainul Hasan sejumlah 60 responden. Teknik sampling memakai simple random sampling sehingga jumlah sampel yang digunakan sebanyak 52 responden. Hasil dari penelitian ini didapatkan nilai ρ value sebesar 0,000 menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh tabletop disaster exercise untuk meningkatkan kesadaran mahasiswa keperawatan dalam menghadapi bencana

    Going Beyond Counting First Authors in Author Co-citation Analysis

    The present study examines one of the fundamental aspects of author co-citation analysis (ACA) - the way co-citation counts are defined. Co-citation counting provides the data on which all subsequent statistical analyses and mappings are based, and we compare ACA results based on two different types of co-citation counting - the traditional type that only counts the first one among a cited work's authors on the one hand and a non-traditional type that takes into account the first 5 authors of a cited work on the other hand. Results indicate that the picture produced through this non-traditional author co-citation counting contains more coherent author groups and is therefore considerably clearer. However, this picture represents fewer specialties in the research field being studied than that produced through the traditional first-author co-citation counting when the same number of top-ranked authors is selected and analyzed. Reasons for these effects are discussed

    Variations on the Author

    “Variations on the Author” discusses two of Eduardo Coutinho’s recent films (Um Dia na Vida, from 2010, and Últimas Conversas, posthumously released in 2015) and their contribution to the general question of documentary authorship. The director’s filmography is characterized by a consistent yet self-effacing form of authorial self-inscription: Coutinho often features as an interviewer that rather than express opinions propels discourses; an interviewer that is good at listening. This mode of self-inscription characterizes him as an author who is not expressive but who is nonetheless markedly present on the screen. In Um Dia na Vida, however, Coutinho is completely absent form the image, while Últimas Conversas, on the contrary, includes a confessional prologue that moves the director from the margins to the center of his films. This article examines the ways in which these works stand out in the filmography of a director who offers new insights into the notion of cinematic authorship

    Appropriate Similarity Measures for Author Cocitation Analysis

    We provide a number of new insights into the methodological discussion about author cocitation analysis. We first argue that the use of the Pearson correlation for measuring the similarity between authors’ cocitation profiles is not very satisfactory. We then discuss what kind of similarity measures may be used as an alternative to the Pearson correlation. We consider three similarity measures in particular. One is the well-known cosine. The other two similarity measures have not been used before in the bibliometric literature.
