PENGEMBANGAN E-MODUL BERBASIS FLIPBOOK UNTUK MENINGKATKAN HASIL BELAJAR SISWA KELAS VIII MATERI LINGKARAN DI MTS NEGERI 6 TULUNGAGUNG

canggih. Hal ini memunculkan berbagai inovasi dalam pendidikan salah satunya penggunaan media elektronik smartphone. Didukung siswa sekarang sudah banyak yang memiliki smartphone pribadi dan pada saat ujian, siswa menggunakan ujian berbasis android. Berdasarkan hal tersebut peneliti memanfaatkan e-modul sebagai bahan penelitian. Untuk membuat E-modul lebih menarik maka dibuatkanlah e-modul berbasis flipbook. E-modul berbasis flipbook merupakan sebuah aplikasi yang membuat e-modul menyediakan banyak fitur yang menarik, seperti penambahan audio, video, animasi, video YouTube dan e-modul dapat di bolak-balik layaknya sebuah buku asli. Melalui pengembangan e-modul berbasis flipbook
diharapkan mampu menunjang ketercapaian tujuan pembelajaran. Adapun tujuan dari penelitian dan pengembangan ini adalah: 1) Untuk mengetahui proses pengembangan e-modul berbasis flipbook untuk meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa kelas VIII materi lingkaran di MTs Negeri 6 Tulungagung. 2) Untuk mengetahui pengembangan e-modul berbasis flipbook untuk meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa kelas VIII materi lingkaran di MTs Negeri 6 Tulungagung yang valid, praktis dan efektif. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode penelitian dan pengembangan menggunakan model ADDIE (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, dan Evaluation). Subjek penelitian terdiri dari 30 peserta didik dari kelas VIII-D dan 30 peserta didik dari kelas VIII-E MTsN 6 Tulungagung. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan wawancara, angket dan tes. Adapun teknik analisis data menggunakan data presentase validasi, kepraktisan, keefektifan dan
uji beda U-Mann Whitney.Hasil dari penelitian dan pengembangan ini diperoleh 1) proses pengembangan e-modul berbasis flipbook melaui tahapan: analisis, desain, pengembangan, implementasi, dan evaluasi. 2) e-modul berbasis flipbook yang dikembangkan dinyatakan valid, praktis dan efektif. Hasil dari uji validasi oleh para ahli, menunjukkan e-modul berbasis flipbook memenuhi kriteria valid dengan rata-rata presentase sebesar 85,63% dari ahli materi dan 83,75% dari ahli media.
Berdasarkan hasil uji kepraktisan diperoleh dari angket, rata-rata presentase sebesar 85,4% dari respon siswa dan 93,75% dari respon guru. Sedangkan uji keefektifan dengan dilakukan uji beda Mann Whitney terhadap hasil tes siswa, dapat disimpulkan bahwa ada pengaruh e-modul berbasis flipbook untuk meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa dengan ketuntasan belajar siswa sebesar 73%
Going Beyond Counting First Authors in Author Co-citation Analysis
The present study examines one of the fundamental aspects of author co-citation analysis (ACA) - the way co-citation
counts are defined. Co-citation counting provides the data on which all subsequent statistical analyses and mappings
are based, and we compare ACA results based on two different types of co-citation counting - the traditional type that
only counts the first one among a cited work's authors on the one hand and a non-traditional type that takes into
account the first 5 authors of a cited work on the other hand. Results indicate that the picture produced through this non-traditional author co-citation counting contains more coherent author groups and is therefore considerably clearer. However, this picture represents fewer specialties in the research field being studied than that produced through the traditional first-author co-citation counting when the same number of top-ranked authors is selected and analyzed. Variations on the Author
“Variations on the Author” discusses two of Eduardo Coutinho’s recent films (Um Dia na Vida, from 2010, and Últimas Conversas, posthumously released in 2015) and their contribution to the general question of documentary authorship. The director’s filmography is characterized by a consistent yet self-effacing form of authorial self-inscription: Coutinho often features as an interviewer that rather than express opinions propels discourses; an interviewer that is good at listening. This mode of self-inscription characterizes him as an author who is not expressive but who is nonetheless markedly present on the screen. In Um Dia na Vida, however, Coutinho is completely absent form the image, while Últimas Conversas, on the contrary, includes a confessional prologue that moves the director from the margins to the center of his films. This article examines the ways in which these works stand out in the filmography of a director who offers new insights into the notion of cinematic authorship
Appropriate Similarity Measures for Author Cocitation Analysis
We provide a number of new insights into the methodological discussion about author cocitation analysis. We first argue that the use of the Pearson correlation for measuring the similarity between authors’ cocitation profiles is not very satisfactory. We then discuss what kind of similarity measures may be used as an alternative to the Pearson correlation. We consider three similarity measures in particular. One is the well-known cosine. The other two similarity measures have not been used before in the bibliometric literature. Dispelling the Myths Behind First-author Citation Counts
We conducted a full-scale evaluative citation analysis study of scholars in the XML research field to explore just how different from each other author rankings resulting from different citation counting methods actually are, and to demonstrate the capability of emerging data and tools on the Web in supporting more realistic citation counting methods. Our results contest some common arguments for the continued
use of first-author citation counts in the evaluation of scholars, such as high correlations between author rankings by first-author citation counts and other citation
counting methods, and high costs of using more realistic citation counting methods that are not well-supported by the ISI databases. We have done our best to complete the author checklist relating to the use of animals in the hut study. Note that the objective for the hut study was to evaluate the IRS treatment applications for residual efficacy against Anopheles mosquitoes, including the local An. coluzzii mosquito population. Cows were only used to attract mosquitoes into the huts and no tests were carried out directly on the cows. The author checklist is intended for use with studies where experiments are carried out on animals, which is why we have had such difficulty in completing this for the hut study, as many of the questions do not relate to how the cows were used
MENINGKATKAN KEMAMPUAN BERPIKIR KRITIS SISWA DALAM PEMBELAJARAN IPA PESAWAT SEDERHANA MELALUI MODEL CHILDREN LEARNING IN SCIENCE (STUDI PENELITIAN TINDAKAN KELAS DI SD NEGERI KALISARI 03, JAKARTA TIMUR)
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kemampuan berpikir kritis siswa
pada pembelajaran IPA Pesawat Sederhana di kelas V SD Negeri Kalisari 03
Jakarta Timur melalui model pembelajaran Children Learning In Science pada
semester II tahun ajaran 2015-2016 menggunakan metode penelitian tindakan
kelas dengan mengacu pada model Kemmis dan Taggart. Penelitian tindakan
kelas dilakukan melalui tahap perencanaan, pelaksanaan dan pengamatan
serta refleksi. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan menggunakan instrumen
berupa lembar pemantauan tindakan dan instrumen berupa berupa soal yang
dibuat yang sesuai dengan aspek kemampuan berpikir kritis dan catatan
lapangan. Hasil yang diperoleh dari penelitian ini adalah peningkatan
kemampuan berpikir kritis siswa dalam pembelajran IPA Pesawat Sederhana
di kelas V melalui model pembelajaran Children Learning In Science.
Presentase perolehan instrumen kemampuan berpikir kritis pada siklus I
mencapai 73,33% dan pada siklus II mencapai 93,33%. Dengan demikian
pembelajaran dengan menerapkan model pembelajaran Children Learning In
Science dapat meningkatkan kemampuan berpikir kritis siswa kelas V pada
pembelajaran IPA Pesawat Sederhana. Implkasi dari penelitian ini adalah
kemampuan berpikir kritis siswa dapat meningkat dengan penggunaan model
pembelajaran Children Learning In Science yang optimal
This research aims to improve critical thinking skill of students in natural
science simple machinne learning in fifeth grade at Kalisari 03 East Jakarta
state elementary School through of Children Learning In Science in second
semester at 2015-2016 academic year. This research used Class Action
Researched method refers to Kemmis and Taggart models and do with
several stages which start from palnning, acting, observing and reflecting.
Data accumulation do by using the instrument in the form sheet of monitoring
actions and the instrument which made in acordance with aspects of critical
thinking skill and also field notes.The results obtained from this research
indicate that there was improvement critical thinking skill in natural science
simple machinne learning in fifeth grade through Children Learning In Science.
The percentage of critical thinking skill instrument reached 73.33% in cycle I
and reached 93.33% in cycle II. Thus learning by applying Children Learning
In Science model can improve fifth grade students critical thinking skill in
natural science learning simple machinne.The implication of the research is
with using optimal Children Learning In Science model, student’s critical
thinking skil can be improved
