It will focus to the Owner and Consultant not only to determine that the work is proceeding in conformity with the contract documents, but also because it allows a final opportunity to detect any inaccuracies, ambiguities or inconsistencies in the design. Hence, all the standard procedures of DID manual to ensure duration of preparing all the documents complete on time. Mubinstore Online Shop (MOS) / Norfawani Abdul Gani
Nowadays, people prefer to purchase product through electronic commerce (EC), since they don’t have to go to the physical store. E-commerce is used to make order transactions at anywhere using the internet technology. Mubinstore Online Shop (MOS) was developed to assist the current process to handle ordering process for customer. Currently, Mubinstore Shop run their business through Instagram account and using paper-based system to record order and data of customer which give difficulties for the staff to trace the previous data of customer’s order. There are three objectives identified for the development of the project. Firstly, is to identify the current process used by Mubinstore Shop in handling order data from customer and problems with the current process. Secondly, is to develop an e-commerce website for Mubinstore Shop to manage customer orders. Lastly, is to evaluate the functionality and usability of the developed system to the target user. Mubinstore Online Shop (MOS) is developed based on the Waterfall Model which comprises of five phases which are planning, analysis, design, implementation and evaluation. Evaluation part has been conducted with thirty (30) respondents and three (3) experts. The evaluation conducted is based on six (6) construct which are interface, navigation, ease of learning and use, efficiency, usability, and satisfaction. Result shows that respondents agreed on navigation construct with the highest mean which is 4.50 (SD = 0.51). This indicates that the respondents agreed that the system works as they expected. It is hoped that this system will assist the customer to buy product in this shop via online channel and help staff to record and trace order of customers more quickly and gives advantage to the users
PENGARUH MODEL PROBLEM BASED LEARNING MELALUI GAMBAR DISERTAI TEKNIK CONCEPT MAPPING DALAM PEMBELAJARAN IPA (FISIKA) DI Mts (Studi pada Kelas VII MTs Negeri Jember 1)
Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah mengkaji pengaruh model problem based learning melalui gambar disertai teknik concept mapping terhadap aktivitas belajar siswa dan hasil belajar siswa dalam pembelajaran IPA (Fisika) di MTs. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian eksperimen dengan desain penelitian menggunakan post-test only control group. Populasi dalam penelitian ini siswa kelas VII di MTs Negeri Jember 1 dan sampelnya adalah siswa kelas VII B sebagai kelas eksperimen dan VII C sebagai kelas kontrol. Metode pengumpulan data meliputi tes, observasi di sekolah, portofolio, dokumentasi, dan wawancara. Metode analisa data menggunakan Independent Sample T-Test dengan bantuan SPSS 16. Hasil dari penelitian ini yaitu (1) hasil aktivitas belajar siswa berdasarkan analisis Independent Sample T-Test diperoleh nilai sig (2-tailed) adalah 0.000. Pengujian hipotesis yang digunakan adalah pengujian hipotesis pihak kanan, sehingga nilai signifikansi (2-tailed) dibagi 2 dan diperoleh signifikansi (1-tailed) sebesar 0.000, (2) hasil belajar siswa berdasarkan analisis Independent Sample T-Test diperoleh nilai sig (2-tailed) adalah 0.000. Pengujian hipotesi yang digunakan adalah pengujian hipotesis pihak kanan, sehingga nilai signifikansi (2-tailed) dibagi 2 dan diperoleh signifikansi (1-tailed) sebesar 0.000. Berdasarkan data yang diperoleh, kesimpulan yang dapat diambil adalah model problem based learning melalui gambar disertai teknik concept mapping berpengaruh terhadap aktivitas belajar dan hasil belajar siswa dalam pembelajaran IPA (Fisika) di MTs

Information retrieval (IR) is a field that helps a lot in searching process, so that is why it is used widely nowadays in many applications, systems and so on. With the development of the World Wide Web, the information search has grown to be a significant business sector of a global, competitive and commercial market. Many methods are used in order to make a powerful search engine including by using Stemming Algorithm which are in Conflation Method. Library system also needs to be grown with powerful search engine that can give an effective search ways to the users. As we know, library system is centre of information to the users and it must provide better search engine in order to ease user to get any information from it. Nowadays, there are many library search engine that are created, but usually for high institution like for university and just for some schools only. Therefore, first objective of this project is to develop a data collection for library search engine. Second, to design and develop library search engine for students using Conflation Method. Supercritical fluid extraction of Mariposa Christia Vespertillonis using carbon dioxide / Zulkifli Abdul Gani
The objectives of this study were to investigate the effect of different parameters on supercritical fluid extraction of Mariposa Christia Vespertillonis (MCV) leaves and to analyse the compounds in the extracted sample leaves using Liquid Chromatography Mass Spectrometer (LCMS). The MCV leaves were purchased from the local supplier then brought to Research Laboratory of UiTM Pulau Pinang for further process. Before drying process, the MCV leaves were cleaned and washed. The MCV leaves were underwent drying process and dried at 35oC constantly for 48 hours in the oven. After that, the sample was grinded and sieved into five different sizes. 5 grams of each sample was weighed before running into SFE machine. The samples were covered by thin cloth before being put into the vessel of SFE. The extraction process took place in the SFE machine. The extraction time was one hour with 10-minute time interval. The rotary evaporator was used in the next step to get the real mass of the extracted sample by separating the ethanol from the extraction. It was weighed first before running the rotary evaporator. After being separated from the ethanol, the sample was weighed again. After getting the real mass or weight of the pure extracted sample, it was undergone further analysis using LCMS. From the LCMS analysis, the active anti-cancer component in the sample had been determined. The operating parameters effects such as temperature, pressure, and particle size on the extraction yield had been studied. When the temperature was increased from 40oC to 50oC, the extraction yield will increased and decreased in extraction yield after 50oC. The optimum extraction yield was 1.41 % at 50oC. For the effect of pressure, the trend of the extraction yield was directly proportional with the pressure. As the pressure increased, the extraction yield also increased. The optimum extraction yield was 0.12 % at 375 bar. Meanwhile, when the particle size decreased, the extraction yield increased. The optimum extraction yield was 0.16 % at 63 (rm. From the analysis using LCMS, the active compound found in the extracted MCV was Zerumbone. The active compound of Zerumbone showed that it had the potential to inhibit the cancer cell lines. Various studies also showed that Zerumbone can be an alternative for anti-inflammatory and anti-cancer agent

In my social media portfolio, I have decided to choose a business related to food and beverages due to the demand for food are seemingly high especially since the Covid-19 pandemic. However, the supply for traditional food are still at a low level even though the demand is surprisingly high. This is because most people would think that no one would want to purchase traditional food and the profit will not be as much as selling modern food.
Therefore, I have chosen to sell Malaysian traditional condiment to gain advantage in the market by demonstrating modern presentation in marketing to attract people, changing their perspectives, and make traditional food great again while keeping it up with the advancement of technologies and standard of living. Therefore, I came out with the idea of selling Sambal Tempoyak Tok Ayah and decided to be an agent for this product to expand the business not only to old generations, but also to the younger generations. Haji Bahar, or familiarly known as Tok Ayah, is a founder of this business and have been selling it for years. However, the sales of his sambal tempoyak tends to decrease as he have a problem to reach out his agents and customers due to pandemic circumstances. It is because Haji Bahar prefer to operate his business in the traditional way and depending on the agents to do any further marketing, or post delivery the product.
In the making of this portfolio, I learn a lot on how to be a real time entrepreneur by constructing plans, marketing idea, determine product pricing and using Facebook platform to reach out potential customers. I have learned precise marketing techniques in order to conduct teaser, soft sell and hard sell of the product. I also need to produce the graphic contents and editing for marketing purpose. The production of bio-ethanol from oil palm empty fruit bunch by acid hydrolysis and fermentation process / Husein Abdul Gani
Bio-ethanol can be produced from cellulose and hemicelluloses that originate from many sources of biomass. Oil palm empty fruit bunch is one of biomass that has potential to be a source of glucose which later can be a raw material for the production of bio-ethanol. Acid hydrolysis and fermentation process is known as technique in order to produce bio-ethanol from oil palm empty fruit bunch. The oil palm empty fruit bunch was prepared by thoroughly washed and then oven dried at 60°C for about three consecutive days. Pre-treatment of oil palm empty fruit bunch was done at 130°C for about 40 minutes using alkali sodium hydroxide (NaOH). The acid hydrolysis was carried out by using sulfuric acid (H₂S0₄) with 7% and 4% concentration. After that the fermentation process was carried out in the incubator shaker at 30°C for 48 hours (2 days). The acid with concentration 7% producing 8215.02 μg/ml glucose and 4% acid producing 5221.51 μg/ml of glucose. Based on this result, with high concentration of acid in hydrolysis process, more glucose will be produced and vice versa. The glucose from hydrolysis process than being fermented and the highest bio-ethanol produced were from the glucose produced at 7% sulfuric acid with 2.47%v/v
