Effects of Induced Surface Tension in Nuclear and Hadron Matter
Short range particle repulsion is rather important property of the hadronic and nuclear matter equations of state. We present a novel equation of state which is based on the virial expansion for the multicomponent mixtures with hard-core repulsion. In addition to the hard-core repulsion taken into account by the proper volumes of particles, this equation of state explicitly contains the surface tension which is induced by another part of the hard-core repulsion between particles. At high densities the induced surface tension vanishes and the excluded volume treatment of hard-core repulsion is switched to its proper volume treatment. Possible applications of this equation of state to a description of hadronic multiplicities measured in A+A collisions, to an investigation of the nuclear matter phase diagram properties and to the neutron star interior modeling are discussed
Nuclear and hadron matter equation of state within the induced surface tension approach
We present a novel equation of state which is based on the virial expansion for the multicomponent mixtures with hard core repulsion. The suggested equation of state explicitly contains the surface tension which is induced by particle interaction. At high densities such a surface tension vanishes and in this way it switches the excluded volume treatment of hard core repulsion to its eigen volume treatment. The great advantage of the developed model is that the number of equations to be solved is two and it does not depend on the number of independent hard-core radii. Using the suggested equation of state we obtained a high quality fit of the hadron multiplicities measured at AGS, SPS, RHIC and ALICE energies and studied the properties of the nuclear matter phase diagram. It is shown the developed equation of state is softer than the gas of hard spheres and remains causal up to the several normal nuclear densities. Therefore, it could be applied to the neutron star interior modeling
THE ROLE OF EVENT MANAGEMENT IN PUBLIC GOVERNANCE
The article examines the role of event management in public management. The author defines event management as a complex and rich process that includes planning, organizing, conducting and evaluating events. The study emphasized that the understanding of the essence and classification of events, knowledge of the audience and methods of gaining respect are the key elements of successful event management in public administration. It is noted that this event can create a positive image of the organization, generate additional financial resources, value social connections, and increase awareness of the community about the song and food and products, improving the economic development of the region. During the research, approaches to planning and coordinating events in the context of public administration were analyzed, and the key principles and methods of their implementation were reinforced. The importance of event management is emphasized as a feature of the creation of an open and insightful system of power, promoting dialogue among the community, as well as encouraging community participation in reaching a decision. Particular respect is given to the role of event management in the increased awareness of the enormity of social problems and the activation of community dialogue. It is clear that successful event management depends not only on the thorough preparation of event organizers, but also on due respect for planning, coordination and evaluation of results. Key clicks and changes that may occur during the time of events in the field of public administration are reinforced. It is agreed upon the need to ensure an open and transparent process to make a decision in order to ensure the broad participation of the community and encouragement for the establishment of initiatives. It has been concluded that the prospects for the development of event management in public administration are related to the introduction of new technologies, advancements in the level of professional training of event organizers and the active engagement of communities before the process of preparation and implementation
«Переяславська легенда» в інтерпретаціях вчених української діаспори ("Pereiaslav Legend" in the Interpretations of the Scholars of Ukrainian Diaspora)
(The author analyses the views of scholars of the Ukrainian diaspora onto the place and significance of the so-called ‘Pereiaslav Legend’ in the Ukrainian history. The author reviews the publicity works of Roman Bhzeskyi, Zynovii Knysh and Stepan Ivanytskyi. All of these works are aimed to debunk the Russian myth about the “cradle of fraternal peoples”, “unity and brotherhood” of the Russian and Ukrainian peoples, and aspiration of the Ukrainians to “reunification”. The paper studies the views of historians Oleksandr Ohloblyn and Andrii Yakovliv, who consistently describe the fact of signing the agreement of 1654 and refute the views of Russian scholars.
Horting in Lviv Region: Development in the Context of Cossack Traditions and Challenges of our Time
The article deals with the problem of development of the national Ukrainian sport – Horting in Lviv region (particularly in such towns, as Lviv, Drohobych and Truskavets). The author confirmes that from 2010 there is a permanent increase in its popularity, which can be explained by several facts.
First of all, Horting correlates with all modern requirements and represents a new direction of mixed martial arts, providing a comprehensive development of the athlete on all key parameters (physical qualities: strength, speed, endurance, flexibility, etc., moral and volitional qualities: perseverance, dedication, discipline, justice, etc.); it is sensitive to changes in public mind; its interests are focused mostly on youth and that is very important; it cultivates attention to the individual, taking into account not only the needs of bodily perfection, but also internal desires and aspirations.
Secondly, Horting provides awareness of the identity of Ukrainian nation, Ukrainian national character, ideology, mentality; it successfully prepares physically hardened patriots with such characteristics as good health, active and long life; creates conditions for the formation of the patriotic and civic orientation of the individual, high knightly virtues of generosity, moral values, humanism, sense of responsibility to the comrades and brothers, discipline etc.
Thirdly, spreading of Horting helps to solve a number of actual problems such as consolidation of the modern Ukrainian society; national-patriotic education of children and youth; revival of traditional Cossack types of competitions and martial arts; education of the real Ukrainian who will combine high moral and ethical qualities, patriotism and physical strength.
The main tasks and objectives of Horting section are defined in the article: 1) comprehensive and harmonious development of students, strengthening of their health, inculcating the principles of a healthy lifestyle; 2) development of physical qualities (strength, speed, special speed-power qualities, flexibility, endurance, coordination, understanding of tactics of fight, etc); 3) formation of special knowledge, abilities and skills required for achievement of high sports results; 4) fostering moral, volitional and ethical qualities
Erratum to: A possible evidence of observation of two mixed phases in nuclear collisions
Using an advanced version of the hadron resonance gas model we have found several remarkable irregularities at chemical freeze-out. The most prominent of them are two sets of highly correlated quasi-plateaus in the collision energy dependence of the entropy per baryon, total pion number per baryon, and thermal pion number per baryon which we found at center of mass energies 3.6-4.9 GeV and 7.6-10 GeV. The low energy set of quasi-plateaus was predicted a long time ago. On the basis of the generalized shockadiabat model we demonstrate that the low energy correlated quasi-plateaus give evidence for the anomalous thermodynamic properties of the mixed phase at its boundary to the quark-gluon plasma. The question is whether the high energy correlated quasi-plateaus are also related to some kind of mixed phase. In order to answer this question we employ the results of a systematic meta-analysis of the quality of data description of 10 existing event generators of nucleus-nucleus collisions in the range of center of mass collision energies from 3.1 GeV to 17.3 GeV. These generators are divided into two groups: the first group includes the generators which account for the quark-gluon plasma formation during nuclear collisions, while the second group includes the generators which do not assume the quark-gluon plasma formation in such collisions. Comparing the quality of data description of more than a hundred of different data sets of strange hadrons by these two groups of generators, we find two regions of the equal quality of data description which are located at the center of mass collision energies 4.3-4.9 GeV and 10.-13.5 GeV. These two regions of equal quality of data description we interpret as regions of the hadron-quark-gluon mixed phase formation. Such a conclusion is strongly supported by the irregularities in the collision energy dependence of the experimental ratios of the Lambda hyperon number per proton and positive kaon number per Lambda hyperon. Although at the moment it is unclear, whether these regions belong to the same mixed phase or not, there are arguments that the most probable collision energy range to probe the QCD phase diagram (tri)critical endpoint is 12-14 GeV

Probing the tricritical endpoint of QCD phase diagram at NICA-FAIR energies
In this contributions we discuss the novel version of hadron resonance gas model which is based on the induced surface tension concept. Also we present new arguments in favor of a hypothesis that the chiral symmetry restoration transition in central nuclear collisions may occur at the center of mass energies 4.3-4.9 GeV and that the deconfinement phase transition may occur at the center of mass energies 8.8-9.2 GeV. These arguments are based on the unique thermostatic properties of the mixed phase and the ones of an exponential mass spectrum of hadrons
