He discusses what it was like to observe the event from the outside and how he felt (almost) unaffected by the experience. Much of the interview then discusses the community in which he teaches and all of the ways their problems were not highlighted by the walkout. No full textNegli ultimi anni, gli studi che si sono occupati dello sviluppo dell'individuo hanno dato sempre più importanza al contesto relazionale come fattore chiave per la comprensione dei percorsi evolutivi adattivi e/o disfunzionali dalla nascita e nel corso dello sviluppo. Secondo questa prospettiva, la qualità delle interazioni e delle relazioni precoci che l'individuo si trova a strutturare all'interno di quello che è il suo ambiente di riferimento, ossia la famiglia, rappresenta uno degli aspetti costitutivi dello sviluppo affettivo-relazionale e dell'adattamento dell'individuo nel corso della vita. Parallelamente, nell'ambito dei modelli esplicativi della psicopatologia in età evolutiva, si va affermando sempre più, una visione nella quale il vero paziente viene considerato la famiglia e i modelli interattivi all'interno della quale si sviluppa e si struttura il disagio del bambino. Di qui la necessità di nuovo strumenti in grado di osservare e valutare contemporaneamente le complesse dinamiche che caratterizzano il sistema familiare e i sub-sistemi che lo costituiscono (diade madre-bambino, padre-bambino, triade madre-padre-bambino). A questo proposito l'approccio introdotto dal gruppo di Fivaz-Depeursinge e Corboz-Warnery, si presenta come una visione innovativa sia dal punto di vista teorico che metodologico proponendo una nuova procedura osservativa utilizzabile sia nell'ambito della ricerca in psicologia dello sviluppo sia in ambito clinico diagnostico e di intervento: il Lausanne Trilogue Play (E.Fivaz-Depeursinge, A. Coorboz-Warnery, 1999). La Prof.ssa A. Simonelli ha condotto questo seminario introduttivo al metodo clinico e di ricerca LTP. INTRAUTERINE GROWTH RESTRICTION AND NEURODEVELOPMENTAL OUTCOMES: A SYSTEMATIC REVIEW
No full textIntrauterine growth restriction is defined as a fetal growth retardation, resulting in an estimated fetal weight (postnatally confirmed by birth weight) below the 10th centile for gestational age. Developing brain of IUGR infants is affected by the atypical fetal growth, presenting altered structure and connectivity, exposing to an increased risk for neurodevelopmental impairments.
Nevertheless, the association between growth restriction and later neurodevelopmental outcomes lacks systematic evidence. Indeed, the available studies often involve both in-utero diagnosed as well as at-birth small for gestational age children. However, considering birth weight diagnosis as proxy of fetal growth abnormalities, does not allow to isolate the effect of retardation in antenatal growth.
For these reasons, aim of this ongoing systematic review is to: i) identify the existence of a direct association between IUGR diagnosis and developmental outcomes across infancy and childhood; ii) highlight the moderating role of critical factors on this association.
One-hundred fifty-five studies have been selected from an initial pool of 4313 scientific papers recruited applying the following keywords: intrauterine growth restriction/retardation, small for gestational age and neurodevelopment, cognitive development.
First preliminary results highlight great variability in the definition and assessment methods for the intrauterine growth restriction. In addition, confounding factors, such as premature delivery, emerge to play a role in the association of IUGR and later outcomes.
Overall, considering the great variability in the collected studies, this study is intended as a starting point for a quantitative analysis of existing literature on the role of IUGR on child development. Indeed, the present study represents a closer examination of early mechanisms underpinning

process. In general, a leading gender stereotype states that men are more interested in sex than women
purely for physical reasons. Nowadays, it is slowly moving towards a holistic understanding of the sexual
function in men and women. More than between genders, recent studies are now focusing on the variance
within sexes and the differences inside the dyads highlighting the “couple discrepancy” as the most common
sexual complaint for women. In case of Hypersexuality or extremely different sexual desire level we can face
different situations and reactions. For example, effects of hypersexuality on partners can be severe and put

Además de su vida académica, Simonelli fue director de Administración Postal Nacional, Adpostal e hizo parte de Telecom. Entre 1969 y 1970, fue llamado por el presidente Carlos Lleras Restrepo, en la última etapa de su período presidencial, para asumiera la honrosa tarea de ser el gobernador del Tolima. En el ámbito político, uno de los hechos más impactantes en la vida política de Alberto Lozano Simonelli fue la rebeldía que promovió y lideró contra el Partido Liberal, concretamente contra la reelección del expresidente Alfonso López Michelsen, en 1982.Universidad de Ibagu
