No full textTato bakalářská práce se zaměřuje na finanční analýzu a zhodnocení finančního zdraví podniku Jumar s.r.o. Firma podniká na českém trhu již několik let, ale v roce 2020 zaznamenala propad tržeb vlivem pandemie Covid-19. Cílem této práce je zhodnocení finančního zdraví společnosti Jumar s.r.o. za roky 2016-2020, dochází k odhalení slabých a silných stránek podniku. Teoretická část práce představuje finanční analýzu, uživatelé finanční analýzy, zdroje finanční analýzy a limity finanční analýzy. Praktická část je zaměřena na aplikaci vybraných metod finanční analýzy na podnik Jumar s.r.o. Mezi vybrané metody patřily horizontální a vertikální analýza účetních výkazů, bilanční pravidla, ekonomické normály a vybrané poměrové ukazatele a dva souhrnné modely hodnocení (Kralickuv quick test a model IN05). Vzhledem k absenci odvětvových statistik pro malé podniky došlo ke komparaci se třemi podobnými podnikatelskými subjekty. V porovnání s konkurencí je Jumar s.r.o. lepší v rentabilitě, v ukazatelích zadluženosti a v likviditě. Podle modelu IN05 dokonce jako jediný dosáhl dvakrát pásma, kdy podnik tvoří hodnotu. Na druhou stranu v oblastech využití krátkodobých neúročených závazků, v hodnotách obchodního deficitu, ve vývoji celkových tržeb v posledním roce a v tempu růstu mzdových nákladů a služeb jsou na tom některé vybrané podniky lépe.This bachelor thesis focuses on the financial health of Jumar s.r.o. The company has been doing business in the Czech republic for several years, but in 2020 it experienced a drop in sales due to Covid-19 pandemic. The objective of this thesis is to evaluate the financial health of Jumar s.r.o. for the years 2016-2020 and find out the weaknesses and strengths of the company. The theoretical part of the thesis introduces financial analysis, users of financial analysis, sources of financial analysis and limitations of financial analysis. The practical part focuses on the application of selected methods. The selected methods included horizontal and vertical analysis of financial statements, balance sheet rules, economic norms and selected ratios, and two evaluation models (Kralick's quick test and IN05 model). Due to the absence of industry statistics for small businesses, a comparison with three similar businesses was made. Compared to its competitors, Jumar is better in profitability, debt ratios and liquidity. According to the IN05 model, it was even the only one, who reached the value-creating zone twice. On the other hand, in the areas of utilisation of short-term non-interest-debt, deficit values, total sales progression in the last year and growth rate of wage costs and services, in these areas some selected competitive companies are bette

Se buscaron posibilidades observando otras economías de la vieja Monarquía Hispánica. La otra pregunta, que seguramente cuenta con muchas respuestas, es por qué las mayorías aceptan usar las monedas que se les dan y por el valor que les dicen que tienen.Brief essay that gathers what made the author think of a work by Samuel Amaral on the inconvertible paper money in Buenos Aires. No full textEl texto presenta un esquema general de la circulación vista desde la Aduana de Buenos Aires entre marzo de 1779 y diciembre de 1783 a través de una fuente rica en informaciones, las notas de aduana (y el libro de guías de aduana cuando faltan las primeras). Se propone que los datos aportados confirman hipótesis en torno a la existencia de un espacio económico rioplatense y se presenta una hipótesis sobre qué pueden estar revelando los bienes registrados en función de las sociedades involucradas a partir del consumo. El peso está puesto en la presentación de los datos generales, base de futuros trabajos centrados en algún circuito, en los bienes o en los actores del tráfico.The text presents a general scheme of the circulation seen from the Customs of Buenos Aires between March 1779 and December 1783 through a rich source of information, customs notes (and the book of customs guides when there are notes missing). It is proposed that the data provided confirm hypotheses regarding the existence of a Rioplatense economic space and one is presented about what the registered assets may be revealing according to the societies involved from consumption. No full textEl conjunto de preguntas que guían mis investigaciones se relaciona con el análisis de la formación del Estado nacional argentino en una duración que incluye los Tiempos Modernos, estudiados a su vez como algo en sí y no ya como una larga transición. Ante la variada oferta de perspectivas teóricas existentes para enmarcar la profesión y aunque intento contemplar todas las variables de lo social, privilegio los enfoques que tienen en cuenta los factores económicos, vistos como la puesta al desnudo de las intenciones profundas de los sujetos históricos en acción. Lo económico, no es necesario argumentar demasiado, revela lo que las personas queremos, pero más usualmente lo que tenemos que hacer para subsistir, y lo que hacen aquellas que una vez que superaron ese escalón se puedan lanzar a la aventura de alcanzar metas mayores, que por lo que vemos los historiadores, siempre se logran por el establecimiento de relaciones de dominación de unos sobre otros. Relaciones exteriorizadas en cada tiempo histórico en entramados institucionales e ideológicos que logran, como por arte del encanto, que los dominados durante largos períodos de tiempo aceptemos y agradezcamos la dominación, y que inclusive, llegado el caso, hagamos el sacrificio de la vida, ayer en nombre de Dios y el Rey, hoy en el de la Patria y mañana, cuando haya cambiado una vez más el sistema de dominación, como vienen cambiando desde que tenemos noticias, vaya a saber uno en nombre de qué.Fil: Jumar, Fernando.
