No full text<p> <b>208.</b> <i>Sarangesa brigida brigida</i> Pl ӧtz, 1879</p> <p> WL: 16mm. <i>S. brigida</i> occurs mainly in semi-deciduous forest, but is frequently found along forest trails, clearings and forest margins. The nominate subspecies ranges from Guinea-Bissau to Nigeria and other subspecies are known along Central and East Africa. The host-plants remain unknown.</p> <p> <b>Studied material. Migraciones y cuidados para la salud en contexto de pandemia y precaridad de la vida
No full textEn este trabajo recupero parte de la tarea que venimos desarrollando en dos barrios periurbanos de la ciudad de Comodoro Rivadavia desde marzo de 2020. Con algunos equipos de investigación, preocupados por el impacto de la pandemia causada por el covid-19 (Coronavirus-SARS-CoV-2) en diferentes grupos poblacionales vulnerabilizados, nos proponemos generar conocimiento situado en post de la garantía de derechos y la protección social (Baeza et al, 2020; Diez Tetamanti et al, 2021; Bottinelli, 2021; Barria Oyarzo, Gotti, Escuedero, 2021). La pandemia y las medidas implementadas por los Estados, han trastocado diferentes dimensiones de la vida social, mostrando el funcionamiento articulado de relaciones, actores, instituciones y valores que se ponen de relieve en esta situación crítica. Así observamos el modo en que se acentúan, particularmente en el contexto local, relaciones de desigualdad y condiciones de vulnerabilidad preexistentes a la pandemia, particularmente para grupos migrantes. En este contexto se destacan diferentes modos de organización comunitaria, con particular presencia de mujeres en sectores subalternizados, destinadas al sostenimiento de la vida que se producen al margen de dependencias estatales, pero muchas veces en interdependencia con estas.Fil: Barria Oyarzo, Carlos Sebastián. Lo stravaso da farmaco vescicante : una revisione narrativa = Vesicant drug extravasation . A narrative review
No full textIntroduzione Lo stravaso da farmaco vescicante rappresenta dallo 0,5% al 6% di tutti gli eventi avversi associati al trattamento. L’infermiere può assumere un ruolo chiave nel contribuire a ridurre la frequenza e la gravità di questo evento. L’obiettivo dello studio è quello di illustrare le più recenti raccomandazioni di buona pratica clinica in merito alla prevenzione e gestione dello stravaso da farmaco vescicante.
Materiali e metodi E’ stata condotta una revisione della letteratura attraverso banche dati biomediche e siti Internet istituzionali.
Risultati I fattori di rischio dipendono dal paziente, dalla procedura e dall’agente farmacologico. Il monitoraggio del sito, del paziente e dell’infusione è la chiave per prevenire lo stravaso. La gestione dello stravaso è non farmacologica e/o farmacologica o chirurgica nei casi più gravi. Sono indispensabili un processo di segnalazione spontanea degli eventi avversi (incident reporting) e un adeguato follow-up dopo il trattamento dello stravaso. Mancano prove di efficacia a supporto di una gestione standardizzata dello stravaso e sono inconcludenti quelle sull’uso di antidoti.
Conclusioni La prevenzione più efficace è un’adeguata formazione del personale infermieristico e informazione del paziente.Introduction Extravasation by vesicant is from 0.5% to 6.0% of all adverse events associated with treatment. Nurses can play a key role in helping to reduce the frequency and severity of this event. The objective of the study is to describe the most recent recommendations of good clinical practice for the prevention and the management of vesicant drug extravasation.
Methods A review of the literature through biomedical databases and institutional Internet sites was carried out.
Results Risk factors depend on patient, procedure and pharmacological agent. Monitoring the site, the patient and the infusion is the key to preventing the extravasation. The management of extravasation is non-pharmacological and/or pharmacological or surgical in severe cases. The incident reporting and an adequate follow-up after extravasation treatment are essential. There is a lack of evidence in support of a standardized management of extravasation and inconclusive evidence about the use of antidotes.
Conclusions The most effective prevention is an adequate training of nurse and patient information

A New Method to Design and Manufacture a Low-Cost Custom-Made Template for Mandible Cut and Repositioning Using Standard Plates in BSSO Surgery
No full textIn this study, a new methodology for designing and creating a custom-made template for maxillofacial surgery has been developed. The custom-made template can be used both for cutting and repositioning of the mandible arches for executing a BSSO (bilateral sagittal split osteotomy) treatment. The idea was developed in order to give the possibility of using a custom-made template with standard plates, thus reducing long times, high costs and low availability of custom-made plates; this represents the proof of novelty of the proposed template, based on a well-established methodology. The methodology was completely developed in the CAD virtual environment and, after the surgeons' assessment, an in-vitro experiment by a maxillofacial surgeon was performed in order to check the usability and the versatility of the system, thanks to the use of additive manufacturing technologies. When computer-aided technologies are used for orthognathic surgery, there are significant time and cost savings that can be realised, as well as improved performance. The cost of the whole operation is lower than the standard one, thanks to the use of standard plates. To carry out the procedures, the proposed methodology allows for inexpensive physical mock-ups that enable the BSSO procedure to be performed
