Importance of Value Chain Analysis in Interrelated Relationships
The concept of value chain was introduced in the 1985 Competitive Advantage book by management expert Michael Porter. Porter indicated that companies would be able to optimize value when it comes to sales, outbound logistics, marketing and sales and services from production and sales transactions. Companies enjoy many critical benefits by implementing the Value Chain Management Principles with Distribution Channel Partners. The purpose of this paper is to identify the key features of business to business relations in the early stages of the relationship that affects the successful creation of valuable chains. The values provide a decisive tool for identifying these features to maintain the efficient development of the chain process. Phytochemical Characterization of Callistemon lanceolatus Leaf Essential Oils and Their Application as Sustainable Stored Grain Protectants against Major Storage Insect Pests
Food storage has been important since the dawn of agriculture and human settlement. Insect pests cause major losses to food grains during storage and production. Essential oils are good alternatives for chemical insecticides for the management of storage pests. Red bottlebrush, Callistemon lanceolatus, is a flowering plant of the Myrtaceae family. This research work aimed to extract the oil from bottlebrush leaves, and chemically characterize and assess their repellent and insecticidal properties against the cowpea seed beetle, Callasobruchus maculatus (F.) (Coleoptera: Chrysomelidae), cigarette beetle, Lasioderma serricorne (F.) (Coleoptera: Ptinidae), and red flour beetle, Tribolium castaneum (Herbst.) (Coleoptera: Tenebrionidae), for the first time. The essential oil yielded by hydro-distillation of bottlebrush leaves was 1.02 ± 0.01%. GC-MS analysis determined the chemical composition of the volatile oil comprised 1,8-cineole (19.17%), α-terpineol (11.51%), α-pinene (10.28%), and α-Phellandrene (9.55%). The C. lanceolatus leaf oil showed potent repellence, contact toxicity, and fumigation toxic effects. In the contact toxicity assay, at 24 h, the LC50 values were 1.35, 0.52, and 0.58 mg/cm2 for the red flour beetle, cigarette beetle, and cowpea seed beetle, respectively. Likewise, in the fumigation assay observed after 24 h, LC50 values of 22.60, 5.48, and 1.43 μL/L air were demonstrated for the red flour beetle, cigarette beetle, and cowpea seed beetle, respectively. Additionally, there was no significance found by a phytotoxicity assay when the paddy seeds were exposed to C. lanceolatus oil. The results show that the volatile oils from red bottlebrush leaves have the potential to be applied as a biopesticide. Therefore, C. lanceolatus leaf oil can be utilized as a bio-insecticide to control stored product insects

Comparative Evaluation of Low-Level Laser Therapy and Systemic Analgesic in the Management of Temporomandibular Disorders: A Randomized Control Study
Background: Temporomandibular disorders (TMDs) are a leading cause of orofacial pain, often linked to parafunctional habits, stress, and muscular overactivity. Although NSAIDs and muscle relaxants are commonly prescribed, their long-term use may lead to systemic adverse effects. Low-level laser therapy (LLLT) has recently gained attention as a non-invasive alternative with anti-inflammatory and analgesic benefits.
Objective: To compare the efficacy of LLLT with a systemic analgesic–muscle relaxant combination in managing chronic TMD-associated pain.
Methods: A randomized controlled study was conducted on 40 TMD patients diagnosed using RDC/TMD criteria. Participants were randomly divided into two groups (n=20 each). Group 1 received oral ZERODOL-MR (Aceclofenac 100 mg + Tizanidine 2 mg) twice daily for six days, while Group 2 underwent LLLT (830 nm, 4 J/cm², six sessions over three weeks). Pain was evaluated using the Visual Analogue Scale (VAS) at baseline, one week, one month, and six months. Statistical analysis used Mann-Whitney and Friedman tests (p ≤ 0.05).
Results: Both groups showed significant pain reduction (p<0.001). At one month, LLLT showed complete pain relief (VAS=0) versus residual pain in Group 1 (VAS=0.65, p=0.019). Relief persisted at six months, with no adverse effects in the LLLT group.
Conclusion: LLLT provides safe, sustained pain relief and is an effective alternative to pharmacotherapy for chronic TMD management.

"Assessment of Gustatory Expression Patterns and Their Genetic and Hormonal Correlates Among Perimenopausal Women"
Background:Taste plays a vital role in dietary choices and overall nutrition. Gustatory dysfunction is multifactorial, with hormonal variations, particularly estrogen decline during menopause, contributing to altered taste perception. This study explores gustatory sensitivity changes in perimenopausal women and examines the influence of genetic and hormonal factors.
Aim:To evaluate gustatory expression patterns among perimenopausal women and assess the influence of hormonal and genetic variations.
Methods:Eighty female subjects aged 20 years and above were divided into four age-based groups. Taste perception was evaluated using commercially available taste strips containing sodium benzoate, thiourea, phenylthiourea, and control paper. Participants were instructed to fast from food, drink (except water), smoking, and oral hygiene products one hour prior to testing. Taste perception and reaction times were recorded for the tongue and palate. A structured questionnaire and genetic assessment based on taste response (normal taster, standard, recessive, and dominant supertaster) were used. Data were analyzed using SPSS v21.0 with Pearson Chi-Square (p < 0.05).
Results:This study investigates age-related differences in taste preference, perception, and genetic taste sensitivity across four distinct age groups. Results showed that sweet and sour were the most preferred tastes, while bitter was least favored, especially among older participants. Taste detection using specialized strips revealed a significant decline in perception with increasing age, particularly in Group 4. Genetic analysis indicated a shift from dominant supertaster profiles in younger groups to normal taster profiles in older individuals. These findings highlight the impact of aging on gustatory function, with important implications for nutrition and health in the elderly.
Conclusion:Taste alterations are significant during perimenopause and menopause, influenced by both hormonal changes and genetic predisposition. The study suggests that taste assessment could serve as an early indicator of hormonal variation. The procedure is non-invasive, cost-effective, and suitable for clinical and research settings

This facilitates ease of usage of the e-commerce site, thereby stimulating consumers to use it. With the large potential that accompanies these digital payment systems, various players have entered into this realm, further attracting the consumer with promotional offers, thereby affecting the behaviour of the consumer while making the purchase decision.
