遊客對921地震教育園區服務品質動態滿意之研究
No full text[[abstract]]「921地震教育園區」是設在，台中市霧峰區光復國中現址規劃改建的地震博物館，為提醒大眾重視防震及救災措施，起自民國88年921大地震後，政府及學者專家認為，霧峰鄉光復國中的斷層錯動、校舍倒塌、河床隆起等…地貌，為保存震後地震遺址及蒐集相關文物、圖像、圖書等…資料，作為供大眾認識、暸解及體驗大自然力量的活教材，此園區共設有五個展館供民眾參觀。
台灣由於地處在歐亞板塊上，所以發生地震的機率頻繁，因此想去了解地震發生的原因及預防方法。本文以921地震教育園區為例，本園區完整保留地震文化資產，真實樣貌及互動展示，提供大眾及各個中、小學校戶外教學有關地震教育之活教材，園區自開放後，遊客對其服務品質觀感又是如何呢？本研究藉由問卷調查的方式進行資料蒐集，並採用服務品質做為分析基礎，透過SPSS統計軟體與統計分析技術，探討入園者對園區服務品質的滿意度與重要性，以及兩者之間差異，藉此了解入園者之需求想法，進而提升入園人數。
本研究主要目的在針對921地震教育園區旅遊滿意度與行為意圖進行探討，採用問卷調查方式，以便利抽樣法針對921地震教育園區遊客進行調查，遊客的旅遊滿意度高低依序為服務滿意、體驗滿意、設施功能和環境滿意；遊客整體之行為意圖頗高。不同性別、月平均所得、教育程度、身分、交通工具和同伴遊客在旅遊滿意度無顯著差異；而不同年齡在旅遊滿意度有顯著差異。不同性別、教育程度、身分、交通工具遊客在行為意圖上無顯著差異；不同年齡、月平均所得、同伴遊客在行為意圖上有顯著差異。遊客之旅遊滿意度能顯著正向預測其行為意圖

Going Beyond Counting First Authors in Author Co-citation Analysis
Get PDFThe present study examines one of the fundamental aspects of author co-citation analysis (ACA) - the way co-citation
counts are defined. Co-citation counting provides the data on which all subsequent statistical analyses and mappings
are based, and we compare ACA results based on two different types of co-citation counting - the traditional type that
only counts the first one among a cited work's authors on the one hand and a non-traditional type that takes into
account the first 5 authors of a cited work on the other hand. Results indicate that the picture produced through this non-traditional author co-citation counting contains more coherent author groups and is therefore considerably clearer. However, this picture represents fewer specialties in the research field being studied than that produced through the traditional first-author co-citation counting when the same number of top-ranked authors is selected and analyzed. Reasons for these effects are discussed

Variations on the Author
Get PDF“Variations on the Author” discusses two of Eduardo Coutinho’s recent films (Um Dia na Vida, from 2010, and Últimas Conversas, posthumously released in 2015) and their contribution to the general question of documentary authorship. The director’s filmography is characterized by a consistent yet self-effacing form of authorial self-inscription: Coutinho often features as an interviewer that rather than express opinions propels discourses; an interviewer that is good at listening. This mode of self-inscription characterizes him as an author who is not expressive but who is nonetheless markedly present on the screen. In Um Dia na Vida, however, Coutinho is completely absent form the image, while Últimas Conversas, on the contrary, includes a confessional prologue that moves the director from the margins to the center of his films. This article examines the ways in which these works stand out in the filmography of a director who offers new insights into the notion of cinematic authorship
