Peranan dan Pembuatan PPI 8255 Tester
Dewasa ini,komputer telah menjadi suatu bagian yang umum
dalam masyarakat.Dalam Pemakaiannya,komputer seringkali
dihubungkan dengan peralatan Luar.
Untuk berhubungan dengan peralatan luar,komputer memerlukan
adanya interface,Interface yang umum digunakan saat ini
adalah PPI (Progrannable Peripheral Interface)8255.
PPI 8255 adalah suatu piranti Progrannable l/O vang bersifat
paralel dalam proses Pengiriman dan pembacaan data.
menggunakan piranti 8255 berarti harus nengetahui keadaan
dari piranti tersebut, Apakah piranti 8255 dalam keadaan
rusak atau baik pada Proses pengiriman atau pembacaan data.
Untuk nengatasi masalah tersebut,maka dibuat suatu alat yang
dapat mempermudah pengujian keadaan piranti 8255.
Dan untuk memberi kemudahan dan penahanan penggunaan
piranti 8255,maka pada Tugas Akhir ini membuat suatu alat
untuk mempermudah Penguiian piranti 8Z55 dan alat untuk
memberi kemudahan penahanan nengenai piranti 8255.
Metode yang digunakan dalam penyusunan tugas akhir ini
meliputi studi Iiteratur,perencanaan rangkaian
berdasarkan studi Iiteratur,Pembuatan alat antara lain:
rangkaian decoder alamat,decoder PPI,rangkaian pengendali
PPI yang diuji dan program yang digunakan berupa bahasa
pemrograman Pascal,dan proses pengukuran dan pengujian
Berdasarkan percobaan dan pengujian yang telah dilakukan
pada tugas akhir ini,dapat ditarik kesimpulan bahwa modul
tester PPI 8255 adalah alat vang dapat digunakan untuk
nenguii keadaan dari PPI 8255 dengan cepat.
Dan modul trainer dapat memberi kemudahan pemahaman proses
pengiriman dan pembacaan data pada PPI 825
