principio de mérito y capacidad docente en la IE N°7035 SJM – 2020”, se inició a partir del
problema de investigación; ¿Cuál es la relación entre el Derecho constitucional de la carrera
pública magisterial y el principio de mérito y capacidad docente en la IE N°7035 SJM –
2020?, teniendo como objetivo: Establecer la relación entre el Derecho constitucional de la
carrera pública magisterial y el principio de mérito y capacidad docente en la IE N°7035
SJM– 2020. Se ha tomado en cuenta como hipótesis, que: Existe una relación significativa
entre el Derecho constitucional de la carrera pública magisterial y el principio de mérito y
capacidad docente en la IE N°7035 SJM– 2020. La presente investigación, tuvo como
aplicación el método científico, teniendo como marco el tipo de investigación básica no
experimental y dentro del derecho del tipo jurídico social. Se ha aplicado en la investigación
los métodos generales y los métodos interpretativos literal y sistemático, para la recolección
de datos se empleó la técnica de la encuesta, siendo su instrumento el cuestionario de 60
preguntas validado por 3 expertos profesionales. Los resultados luego de ser cuantificado y
analizados con técnicas estadísticas confirman las hipótesis previstas en la investigación, se
estableció que existe una relación significativa moderada entre las variables de estudio.
Luego de la investigación se concluyó que los docentes son conscientes de los beneficios y
retos que conlleva estar supeditados al principio de mérito y capacidad, el cual implica su
evaluación de permanencia en la carrera, no obstante, se percibe cierta desconfianza por las
limitaciones en la implementación de estos principios a través de la ley magisterial.
Finalmente, se recomienda modificar la Ley de Reforma Magisterial en su art. 26, debiéndose
agregar en el último párrafo lo siguiente: “El docente que logré un premio nacional o
internacional en el ámbito académico-pedagógico, es merecedor de un ascenso extraordinario
de escala magisterial independiente del procedimiento establecido.” Con esta modificatoria

se busca impulsar el logro de mérito y capacidad en los docentes. Así mismo no debe
desatenderse esta cierta desconfianza que manifiestan los docentes luego de un inicio difícil
en la aplicación del principio de mérito y capacidad, a fin de en este cambio de paradigma
que se observa tímidamente en los docentes no se vea perturbado

ICP 7035 – A Sterility Mosaic Resistant Vegetable and Grain Purpose Pigeonpea Variety
Get PDFICP 7035 is a medium duration, non-determinate pigeonpea landrace collected in 1973 from Bedaghat (near Jabalpur), Madhya Pradesh, India. Plants mature in 170-200 days (in south-central regions of India) and, at this stage, reach an average height of 120-140 cm. Each plant produced around 100 pods and each pod contained 5 seeds, which are nutritionally rich and contain high percentages of digestible carbohydrates, vitamins and micronutrients. The large seeds (9-11 mm diameter) had purple seed coats and green cotyledons, and are suitable for consumption as vegetable. The fresh seed contains 8.6% protein, 12% fibre, and 45.7% carbohydrate and starch. The pinkish-purple colour of the pod and seed coat is due to high anthocyanin contents. While the normal sugar level in most pigeon pea cultivars is approximately 5%, the sugar content in ICP 7035 seeds is 8.8%. Decorticated dried split seeds measure 5-6 mm in diameter and 100 dried seeds weigh 19.2 g. The seed contains 19.6% protein, 27.4% dietary fibre, 33% starch and 67% carbohydrate, and has high amounts of copper, calcium, magnesium and phosphorous. Resistance to Pigeonpea sterility mosaic virus in ICP 7035 has a positive impact on yield as a result of negligible crop loss in endemic areas. In the absence of the disease, the yield of ICP 7035 is on a par with the yields of local cultivars. Going Beyond Counting First Authors in Author Co-citation Analysis
Get PDFThe present study examines one of the fundamental aspects of author co-citation analysis (ACA) - the way co-citation
counts are defined. Co-citation counting provides the data on which all subsequent statistical analyses and mappings
are based, and we compare ACA results based on two different types of co-citation counting - the traditional type that
only counts the first one among a cited work's authors on the one hand and a non-traditional type that takes into
account the first 5 authors of a cited work on the other hand. Results indicate that the picture produced through this non-traditional author co-citation counting contains more coherent author groups and is therefore considerably clearer. However, this picture represents fewer specialties in the research field being studied than that produced through the traditional first-author co-citation counting when the same number of top-ranked authors is selected and analyzed. Reasons for these effects are discussed

Get PDF“Variations on the Author” discusses two of Eduardo Coutinho’s recent films (Um Dia na Vida, from 2010, and Últimas Conversas, posthumously released in 2015) and their contribution to the general question of documentary authorship. The director’s filmography is characterized by a consistent yet self-effacing form of authorial self-inscription: Coutinho often features as an interviewer that rather than express opinions propels discourses; an interviewer that is good at listening. This mode of self-inscription characterizes him as an author who is not expressive but who is nonetheless markedly present on the screen. In Um Dia na Vida, however, Coutinho is completely absent form the image, while Últimas Conversas, on the contrary, includes a confessional prologue that moves the director from the margins to the center of his films. This article examines the ways in which these works stand out in the filmography of a director who offers new insights into the notion of cinematic authorship
Appropriate Similarity Measures for Author Cocitation Analysis
Get PDFWe provide a number of new insights into the methodological discussion about author cocitation analysis. We first argue that the use of the Pearson correlation for measuring the similarity between authors’ cocitation profiles is not very satisfactory. We then discuss what kind of similarity measures may be used as an alternative to the Pearson correlation. We consider three similarity measures in particular. One is the well-known cosine. The other two similarity measures have not been used before in the bibliometric literature.
