Con questo elaborato si approccerà il tema relativo alla fatica delle ruote dentate secondo la normativa ISO 6336, con l’obiettivo del dimensionamento delle ruote dentate del riduttore, considerando i due principali fenomeni di cedimento per fatica; la rottura per flessione alla base del dente e il fenomeno del pitting che riguarda il fianco dello stesso. Infine si eseguirà la verifica strutturale delle ruote dentate e la simulazione agli elementi finiti con SolidWorks delle singole ruote concentrandosi sulla durata e sui coefficienti di concentrazione delle tensioni

    Compared with ISO 6336:1996 edition,there are great changes in the latest edition of ISO/FDIS 6336-1 to 3:2019, in particular, the calculation of the helix angle factor for helical gear has a subversive change. In order to facilitate the reader to understand the changes of the new ISO 6336, the main changes in the content of different editions of ISO 6336 are introduced, the influences of the helix angle factors and single pair tooth contact factor on safety factor before and after modification are analyzed, and the influence of helix angle on the calculation results of contact strength and bending strength are discussed here with examples

    Analysis of the ISO 6336 face load factor and its application to helical gears

    The ISO 6336 Standard provides widely accepted analytical methods for calculating load distribution factors in helical gears, particularly the face load factor. However, these methods rely on simplifications that may not accurately capture real-world operating conditions, potentially leading to non-conservative results. This study critically assesses the ISO 6336 Standard approach by comparing its predictions to those obtained from an advanced finite element model (FEM) of a helical gear transmission, which incorporates a complete gear-shaft-support system. The numerical results reveal that the methods in ISO 6336 Standard systematically overestimate the face load factor in most cases, though its predictions remain close to FEM calculations for certain configurations. Additionally, the study highlights the influence of helix angle direction and power input/output configuration on load distribution, factors not explicitly considered in the standard. The findings suggest potential refinements to the ISO 6336 Standard to improve its accuracy in engineering applications

    The Association of German Engineers VDI 2737:2005 and the International Organisation for Standardisation ISO 6336:2006 are universally accepted analytical procedures for the analysis of internal gears. There is no official American Gear Manufacturers Association standard for internal gear stress analysis due to the validity of inscribing the Lewis parabola within internal concave profiles and the resulting errors associated with the location of maximum root bending stress. This research investigates the differences associated with using ISO 6336, VDI 2737 and an unofficial American Gear Manufacturers Association method, all of which are compared against a potentially more accurate numerical (ANSYS) method and strain gauge techniques. </jats:p

    IRAS 22198+6336: discovery of an intermediate-mass hot core

    We present new SMA and PdBI observations of the intermediate-mass object IRAS 22198+6336 in the millimeter continuum and in several molecular line transitions. The millimeter continuum emission reveals a strong and compact source with a mass of around 5 Msun and with properties of Class 0 objects. CO emission shows an outflow with a quadrupolar morphology centered on the position of the dust condensation. The CO outflow emission seems to come from two distinct outflows, one of them associated with SiO outflow emission. A large set of molecular lines has been detected toward a compact dense core clearly coincident with the compact millimeter source, and showing a velocity gradient perpendicular to the outflow traced by CO and SiO. The chemically rich spectrum and the rotational temperatures derived from CH3_3CN and CH3_3OH (100-150 K) indicate that IRAS 22198+6336 is harbouring one the few intermediate-mass hot cores known at present.Peer reviewe

    Going Beyond Counting First Authors in Author Co-citation Analysis

    The present study examines one of the fundamental aspects of author co-citation analysis (ACA) - the way co-citation counts are defined. Co-citation counting provides the data on which all subsequent statistical analyses and mappings are based, and we compare ACA results based on two different types of co-citation counting - the traditional type that only counts the first one among a cited work's authors on the one hand and a non-traditional type that takes into account the first 5 authors of a cited work on the other hand. Results indicate that the picture produced through this non-traditional author co-citation counting contains more coherent author groups and is therefore considerably clearer. However, this picture represents fewer specialties in the research field being studied than that produced through the traditional first-author co-citation counting when the same number of top-ranked authors is selected and analyzed. Reasons for these effects are discussed

Dobiveni rezultati su navedeni na kraju proračuna i iznesen je zaključak.The subject of this bachelor's thesis is the description and calculation of the load capacity of a helical gear pair in accordance with the norm HRN ISO 6336:2009. The calculations shown here have used other ISO norms which were necessary to determine the dimensions of the gearing. The first part of the thesis describes the procedure for the calculation in accordance with the norm HRN ISO 6336:2009 and the limitations which accompany the application of the norm. The second part of the thesis contains the calculation done in accordance with the norm. The results are at the end of the calculation and a conclusion was put forward

    “Variations on the Author” discusses two of Eduardo Coutinho’s recent films (Um Dia na Vida, from 2010, and Últimas Conversas, posthumously released in 2015) and their contribution to the general question of documentary authorship. The director’s filmography is characterized by a consistent yet self-effacing form of authorial self-inscription: Coutinho often features as an interviewer that rather than express opinions propels discourses; an interviewer that is good at listening. This mode of self-inscription characterizes him as an author who is not expressive but who is nonetheless markedly present on the screen. In Um Dia na Vida, however, Coutinho is completely absent form the image, while Últimas Conversas, on the contrary, includes a confessional prologue that moves the director from the margins to the center of his films. This article examines the ways in which these works stand out in the filmography of a director who offers new insights into the notion of cinematic authorship
