Розробка способів культивування каротиноносних дріжджів Rhodosporidium diobovatum IMB Y-5023

Каразіна Міністерства освіти і науки України.Дисертація присвячена розробці таких способів культивування дріжджів Rhodosporidium diobovatum IMB Y-5023, що дозволять отримати високий вихід біомаси та каротиноїдів даного продуценту. Встановлено особливості динаміки росту R. diobovatum IMB Y-5023 на досліджуваних натуральних та синтетичних середовищах і необхідний час тривалості культивування дріжджів для отримання максимального виходу біомаси та каротиноїдів. Розроблено способи модифікації натуральних живильних середовищ для культивування R. diobovatum IMB Y-5023 з отриманням більшого виходу біомаси. Показана здатність досліджуваних дріжджів рости на середовищах – промислових відходах, що містять велику кількість ліпідів, після їх оптимізації. Досліджено вихід біомаси, вміст та склад каротиноїдних пігментів у біомасі R. diobovatum IMB Y-5023 за культивування на різних середовищах у темряві та при освітленості різної інтенсивності в діапазоні 0-5000 лк. Серед каротиноїдів R. diobovatum IMB Y-5023 були виявлені такі пігменти: β-каротин, астаксантин, лікопен і торулородин. Встановлено, що культивування R. diobovatum IMB Y-5023 можна здійснювати в темряві. Досліджено вплив складу живильних середовищ на вихід біомаси і каротиногенез дріжджів R. diobovatum IMB Y-5023. Вперше показано, що дріжджі R. diobovatum IMB Y-5023 здатні рости на середовищах з низьким вмістом глюкози

"In HCR 5023, the Kansas legislature denounces any price gouging that occurred during Winter Storm Uri from early to mid-February 2021. HCR 5023 rightfully supports the efforts of the Kansas Attorney General and the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission (FERC) to investigate the high natural gas prices that Kansans suffered during that winter storm. ... Investigation into possible price gouging by the Kansas Attorney General and FERC is warranted and is currently ongoing. ... CURB does not believe that any Kansas gas producers unlawfully profited from Winter Storm Uri for gas that they produced in Kansas. Nor does it appear that any of our utilities engaged in any unlawful activity concerning natural gas prices. Rather, CURB believes that any price gouging that may have occurred was at the marketing level. ... From the perspective of Kansas residential and small commercial ratepayers, the support of the Kansas legislature will be helpful to these investigations. Therefore, CURB thanks the Kansas legislature for its involvement in this matter. CURB wholeheartedly supports HCR 5023.
