A (1), a cyclohexapeptide
containing
hexahydropyridazine-3-carboxylic acid (HPDA), 5-hydroxytetrahydropyridazine-3-carboxylic
acid (γ-OH-TPDA), and (2S,3R,4E,6E)-2-amino-3-hydroxy-8-methylnona-4,6-dienoic
acid residues, and its four glycopeptides, pyridapeptides B–E
(2–5, respectively), were isolated from the fermentation
broth of the marine sponge-derived Streptomyces sp.
OUCMDZ-4539. Their structures were determined on the basis of spectroscopic
analysis and chemical methods. Pyridapeptides B–E have one
or more 2,3,6-trideoxyhexose sugar units glycosylated at the γ-OH-TPDA
residue. The biosynthetic pathways were proposed on the basis of gene
cluster analysis. Compounds 4 and 5, containing
four sugar groups, displayed significant antiproliferative activity
against five human cancer cell lines (PC9, MKN45, HepG2, HCT-116,
and K562)

Going Beyond Counting First Authors in Author Co-citation Analysis
No full textThe present study examines one of the fundamental aspects of author co-citation analysis (ACA) - the way co-citation
counts are defined. Co-citation counting provides the data on which all subsequent statistical analyses and mappings
are based, and we compare ACA results based on two different types of co-citation counting - the traditional type that
only counts the first one among a cited work's authors on the one hand and a non-traditional type that takes into
account the first 5 authors of a cited work on the other hand. Results indicate that the picture produced through this non-traditional author co-citation counting contains more coherent author groups and is therefore considerably clearer. However, this picture represents fewer specialties in the research field being studied than that produced through the traditional first-author co-citation counting when the same number of top-ranked authors is selected and analyzed. Reasons for these effects are discussed

No full text06.03.2018 tarihli ve 30352 sayılı Resmi Gazetede yayımlanan “Yükseköğretim Kanunu İle Bazı Kanun Ve Kanun Hükmünde Kararnamelerde Değişiklik Yapılması Hakkında Kanun” ile 18.06.2018 tarihli “Lisansüstü Tezlerin Elektronik Ortamda Toplanması, Düzenlenmesi ve Erişime Açılmasına İlişkin Yönerge” gereğince tam metin erişime açılmıştır.Günümüzde HF haberleşmesi; özellikle askeri alanda, uzun mesafeli güvenli haberleşme kapsamında uydu ve kablolu haberleşmeye alternatif olarak kullanılmaktadır. HF teknolojisiyle veri haberleşmesi konusunda araştırma vegeliştirme faaliyetleri son 20 yılda yoğunlaşmıştır.NATO HF frekanslarında veri haberleşmesi için çeşitli standartlar hazırlamış ve uygun dalgaşekilleri tanımlamıştır. Standartlara örnek olarak STANAG 4538, STANAG 4285, STANAG 4197 (kriptolu haberleşmede kullanılır), STANAG 5066 ve STANAG 4539 verilebilir. Standartların farklı özellikleri vardır. Bu çalışmada STANAG 4539 standardı yazılımla gerçeklenmiştir. Bu standart ile 3200 bps-9600 bps arası kodlu, 12800 bps kodsuz veri iletimi sağlanabilmektedir. Yapılan detaylı simülasyonlar, tasarımın standartta belirtilen kısıtları sağladığını östermiştir.HF communications are being used as an alternative to satellite and wired communications in the context of secure communications especially in military applications. Research development activities about data communications with HFtechnology intensified in the last two decadesNATO has published standards for data communication in HF frequency, and has described suitable waveforms. Some of the standards include STANAG 4538, STANAG 4285, STANAG 4197 (used in secure communications), STANAG 5066 and STANAG 4539. Standards have different properties. In this study STANAG4539 was implemented in software. STANAG 4539 can provide data rate between 3200 and 9600 bps in case of coded and 12800 bps for uncoded transmission. Detailed simulation results show that the software receiver designed in this study satisfied the requirements described in the STANAG 4539 standard
Variations on the Author
No full text“Variations on the Author” discusses two of Eduardo Coutinho’s recent films (Um Dia na Vida, from 2010, and Últimas Conversas, posthumously released in 2015) and their contribution to the general question of documentary authorship. The director’s filmography is characterized by a consistent yet self-effacing form of authorial self-inscription: Coutinho often features as an interviewer that rather than express opinions propels discourses; an interviewer that is good at listening. This mode of self-inscription characterizes him as an author who is not expressive but who is nonetheless markedly present on the screen. In Um Dia na Vida, however, Coutinho is completely absent form the image, while Últimas Conversas, on the contrary, includes a confessional prologue that moves the director from the margins to the center of his films. This article examines the ways in which these works stand out in the filmography of a director who offers new insights into the notion of cinematic authorship
