Full text linkPenelitian ini dilatarbelakangi adanya permohonan seorang suami untuk
melakukan poligami dengan alasan sang istri tidak bisa menuruti nafsu suami yang
besar (hiperseksual) dalam putusan Nomor 2782/Pdt.G/2021/Pa.Kab.Kdr. Dimana
dalam putusan tersebut pihak pengadilan mengabulkan permohonan pemohon
dengan pertimbangan bahwa hiperseksual merupakan suatu penyakit yang dapat
disembuhkan.
Adapun rumusan masalah dalam penelitian ini adalah (1) Bagaimana
pertimbangan hakim dalam mengabulkan perkara Nomor
2782/Pdt.G/2021/PA.Kab.Kdr, dan (2) Bagaiamana tinjauan hukum Islam tentang
putusan nomor 2782/Pdt.G/2021/PA.Kab.Kdr
Tujuan penelitian ini adalah, (1) untuk mengetahui bagaimana
pertimbangan hakim dalam mengabulkan perkara Nomor
2782/Pdt.G/2021/PA.Kab.Kdr, dan (2) untuk mengetahui bagaiamana tinjauan
hukum Islam tentang putusan Nomor 2782/Pdt.G/2021/PA.Kab.Kdr
Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan Yuridis Empiris Teknik
pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah hasil putusan Nomor.
2782/Pdt.G/2021/PA.Kab.Kdr dan wawancara kepada para hakim. Sedangkan
teknik analisis data menggunakan teknik analisis data kualitatif (1) Mengumpulkan
seluruh peraturan perundang-undangan, (2) Memilah-milah peraturan perundang�undangan, (3) Menafsirkan kaidah-kaidah hukum, (4) Menemukan hubungan
Antara konsep-konsep, dan (5) menarik kesimpulan.
Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa (1) Permohonan pemohon telah
memenuhi syarat kumulatif untuk berpoligami sesuai Pasal 5 ayat 1 Undang�Undang Nomor 1 Tahun 1974 tentang Perkawinan jo Pasal 55 ayat 2 dan Pasal 58
KHI. (2) Di dalam hukum Islam Poligami hanya sebagai rukhsah yaitu sebagai jalan
darurat bagi suami yang ingin berpoligami dan juga perkawinan antara suami dan
calon istri juga dipandang akan membawa kemaslahatan dan menjauhi
kemudhorotan terhadap istri pertama

Going Beyond Counting First Authors in Author Co-citation Analysis
Full text linkThe present study examines one of the fundamental aspects of author co-citation analysis (ACA) - the way co-citation
counts are defined. Co-citation counting provides the data on which all subsequent statistical analyses and mappings
are based, and we compare ACA results based on two different types of co-citation counting - the traditional type that
only counts the first one among a cited work's authors on the one hand and a non-traditional type that takes into
account the first 5 authors of a cited work on the other hand. Results indicate that the picture produced through this non-traditional author co-citation counting contains more coherent author groups and is therefore considerably clearer. However, this picture represents fewer specialties in the research field being studied than that produced through the traditional first-author co-citation counting when the same number of top-ranked authors is selected and analyzed. Reasons for these effects are discussed
Superwind evolution:the young starburst-driven wind galaxy NGC 2782
Full text linkWe present results from a 30-ks Chandra observation of the important starburst galaxy NGC 2782, covering the 0.3–10 keV energy band. We find evidence of a superwind of small extent, which is likely in an early stage of development. We find a total of 27 X-ray point sources within a region of radius 2D25 of the galaxy centre and that are likely associated with the galaxy. Of these, 13 are ultraluminous X-ray point sources (ULXs; LX ≥ 1039 erg s−1) and a number have likely counterparts. The X-ray luminosities of the ULX candidates are 1.2–3.9 × 1039 erg s−1. NGC 2782 seems to have an unusually large number of ULXs. Central diffuse X-ray emission extending to ∼3 kpc from the nuclear region has been detected. We also find an X-ray structure to the south of the nucleus, coincident with Hα filaments and with a 5-GHz radio source. We interpret this as a blow-out region of a forming superwind. This X-ray bubble has a total luminosity (0.3–10 keV) of 5 × 1039 erg s−1 (around 15 per cent of the total luminosity of the extended emission), and an inferred wind mass of 1.5 × 106 M⊙ . We also discuss the nature of the central X-ray source in NGC 2782, and conclude that it is likely a low-luminosity active galactic nucleus, with a total X-ray luminosity of LX = 6 × 1040 erg s−1, with strong Fe line emission at 6.4 keV

Variations on the Author
Full text link“Variations on the Author” discusses two of Eduardo Coutinho’s recent films (Um Dia na Vida, from 2010, and Últimas Conversas, posthumously released in 2015) and their contribution to the general question of documentary authorship. The director’s filmography is characterized by a consistent yet self-effacing form of authorial self-inscription: Coutinho often features as an interviewer that rather than express opinions propels discourses; an interviewer that is good at listening. This mode of self-inscription characterizes him as an author who is not expressive but who is nonetheless markedly present on the screen. In Um Dia na Vida, however, Coutinho is completely absent form the image, while Últimas Conversas, on the contrary, includes a confessional prologue that moves the director from the margins to the center of his films. This article examines the ways in which these works stand out in the filmography of a director who offers new insights into the notion of cinematic authorship
NGC 2782: A Merger Remnant with Young Stars in its Gaseous Tidal Tail
Full text linkWe have searched for young star-forming regions around the merger remnant NGC 2782. By using GALEX FUV and NUV imaging and HI data we found seven UV sources, located at distances greater than 26 kpc from the center of NGG 2782, and coinciding with its western HI tidal tail. These regions were resolved in several smaller systems when Gemini/GMOS r-band images were used. We compared the observed colors to stellar population synthesis models and we found that these objects have ages of ~l to ll11yr and masses ranging from 10(exp 3.9) to l0(exp 4.6) Solar Mass. By using Gemini/GMOS spectroscopic data we confirm memberships and derive high metallicities for three of the young regions in the tail (12+log(O/H)=8.74+/-0.20, 8.81+/-0.20 and 8.78+/-0.20). These metallicities are similar to the value presented by the nuclear region of NGG 2782 and also similar to the value presented for an object located close to the main body of NGG 2782. The high metallicities measured for the star-forming regions in the gaseous tidal tail of NGG 2782 could be explained if they were formed out of highly enriched gas which was once expelled from the center of the merging galaxies when the system collided. An additional possibility is that the tail has been a nursery of a few generations of young stellar systems which ultimately polluted this medium with metals, further enriching the already pre-enriched gas ejected to the tail when the galaxies collided
