Pedoman ini menjamin suatu lembaga sertifikasi melaksanakan sistem sertifikasi secara konsisten dan dapat diandalkan sehingga memudahkan penerimaannya di forum nasional dan Internasional. Sebagai suatu lembaga sertifikasi, Direktorat Standardisasi dituntut untuk mengelola kegiatannya secara profesional merujuk kepada standar atau best practice yang ada. Studi ini bertujuan untuk melihat Bagaimana kesiapan Direktorat Standardisasi Perangkat Pos dan Informatika dalam menerapkan SNI ISO / IEC 17065 : 2012. Studi ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif melalui survei dengan menggunakan teknik analisis kesenjangan untuk melihat kondisi saat ini dengan kondisi yang diinginkan. Studi ini menghasilkan nilai kesenjangan antara kondisi Direktorat Standardisasi saat ini dengan kriteria yang dipersyaratkan oleh SNI ISO / IEC 17065, selain itu diberikan alternatif bentuk organisasi dari Direktorat Standardisasi yang lebih mendukung dalam penerapan SNI ISO / IEC 17065

Get PDFIn the provisions of Law Number 33 of 2014 concerning Halal Product Guarantee, Article 12 states that the Government or the public can establish a Halal Inspection Agency in carrying out inspection test of product halalness. The agency authorized to carry out the halal inspection or halal certification is the Halal Product Guarantee Agency. In fact, the authority for halal inspection bodies to accredited is the National Accreditation Committee based on SNI ISO/IEC 17065:2012. The research method used is normative legal research using a conceptual approach and comparative approach. As for the research results, that is based on SNI ISO/IEC 17065:2012, which is stipulation of requirements that must be followed to ensure that halal certification bodies implement a third-party certification system. This standard is used as a reference for accreditation bodies in requiring the operation of certification bodies for halal products, processes, and services. A halal product certification agency that functions as an institution that can provide objective assessment of market players who produce halal products. Halal product certification bodies are accredited using international guidelines that contain requirements that must be met by institutions implementing the halal product certification system
Going Beyond Counting First Authors in Author Co-citation Analysis

counts are defined. Co-citation counting provides the data on which all subsequent statistical analyses and mappings
are based, and we compare ACA results based on two different types of co-citation counting - the traditional type that
only counts the first one among a cited work's authors on the one hand and a non-traditional type that takes into
account the first 5 authors of a cited work on the other hand. Results indicate that the picture produced through this non-traditional author co-citation counting contains more coherent author groups and is therefore considerably clearer. However, this picture represents fewer specialties in the research field being studied than that produced through the traditional first-author co-citation counting when the same number of top-ranked authors is selected and analyzed. Reasons for these effects are discussed

Get PDF“Variations on the Author” discusses two of Eduardo Coutinho’s recent films (Um Dia na Vida, from 2010, and Últimas Conversas, posthumously released in 2015) and their contribution to the general question of documentary authorship. The director’s filmography is characterized by a consistent yet self-effacing form of authorial self-inscription: Coutinho often features as an interviewer that rather than express opinions propels discourses; an interviewer that is good at listening. This mode of self-inscription characterizes him as an author who is not expressive but who is nonetheless markedly present on the screen. In Um Dia na Vida, however, Coutinho is completely absent form the image, while Últimas Conversas, on the contrary, includes a confessional prologue that moves the director from the margins to the center of his films. This article examines the ways in which these works stand out in the filmography of a director who offers new insights into the notion of cinematic authorship
Appropriate Similarity Measures for Author Cocitation Analysis
Get PDFWe provide a number of new insights into the methodological discussion about author cocitation analysis. We first argue that the use of the Pearson correlation for measuring the similarity between authors’ cocitation profiles is not very satisfactory. We then discuss what kind of similarity measures may be used as an alternative to the Pearson correlation. We consider three similarity measures in particular. One is the well-known cosine. The other two similarity measures have not been used before in the bibliometric literature. Cows were only used to attract mosquitoes into the huts and no tests were carried out directly on the cows. The author checklist is intended for use with studies where experiments are carried out on animals, which is why we have had such difficulty in completing this for the hut study, as many of the questions do not relate to how the cows were used

Get PDFSe ha realizado el diseño y la implementación del sistema de gestión basado en la norma técnica ecuatoriana INEN ISO/IEC 17065, aplicado al O.E.C Centro de Transferencia Tecnológica de Servicios y Construcciones Mecánicas (SERCOMEC) - ESPOCH, con la finalidad de desarrollar el sistema documental y la implementación de los requisitos de esta normativa internacional para que este organismo de certificación alcance la acreditación ante Servicio de Acreditación Ecuatoriano (SAE), se realizaron diferentes etapas iniciando con un diagnóstico que da a conocer el nivel de cumplimiento de la norma ISO/IEC 17065. Con estos resultados se trabajó en los diferentes apartados a fin de abarcar cada ítem desde: temas legales y contractuales, estructura de la alta dirección, recursos del personal, requisitos del proceso y requisitos del sistema de gestión de calidad. Se generaron procedimientos que describen las actividades desarrolladas en la revisión de carrocerías de transporte público siendo esta la principal función del SERCOMEC; la implementación de registros diseñados para facilitar el manejo del sistema documental relativo a la gestión, además se generó una página web que servirá como medio de información a los sectores interesados como son transportistas, empresas fabricantes de carrocerías, informando acerca de los servicios ofertados en cuanto a la certificación de carrocerías nuevas, usadas, prototipos y calificación de empresas fabricantes. Con la implementación del sistema de gestión en la norma ISO/IEC 17065 se ha conseguido que el SERCOMEC alcance un nivel aceptable de cumplimiento e inicie el proceso de acreditación ante el SAE.
Cabe mencionar que este proyecto de tesis puede servir como base en el diseño de un sistema de gestión según la norma ISO/IEC 17020, debido que por parte del ente regulador Agencia Nacional de Tránsito (ANT) ha establecido que la mayoría de operaciones sean orientadas a procesos de inspección.The design and implementation of the management system based on the Ecuadorian technical norm INEN ISO / IEC 17065, applied to the OEC Center for the Technological Transfer of Services and Mechanical Constructions (SERCOMEC) - ESPOCH, was carried out with the purpose of developing the documentary system And the implementation of the requirements of these international regulations so that this certification body reaches accreditation to the Ecuadorian Accreditation Service (SAE), different stages were carried out starting with a diagnosis that reveals the level of compliance with ISO / IEC 17065.
