Application of HRN EN 15085 standard requirements in manufacturing of transformer casing structure
U ovom radu provedena je specifikacija proizvodnih zahtjeva za izradu zavarene konstrukcije transformatorskog kotla prema normi HRN EN 15085. Norma postavlja opće smjernice za zavarivanje željezničkih vozila i komponenti. U tekstu su detaljno razmatrani zahtjevi norme te je posljedično izrađen plan kontrole i inspekcija uključujući dodatne zahtjeve naručitelja sa stanovišta izrade radnih proba. U eksperimentalnom dijelu na određenim sekcijama transformatorskog kotla provedena su odgovarajuća ispitivanja, sukladno definiranom planu kontrole. Prikazana su tražena izvješća i dokumentacija sukladno normom HRN EN 15085. Zaključno, provedena je analiza kritičnih mjesta u proizvodnji zavarivanjem koja imaju najveći utjecaj na kvalitetu proizvoda te je ocijenjena prikladnost postojećeg sustava za primjenu zahtjeva HRN EN 15085.In this final thesis, the specification of production requirements for the fabrication of a welded construction of a transformer tank was carried out according to the standard HRN EN 15085. The standard provides general guidelines for welding railway vehicles and its components. The text thoroughly discusses the standard requirements, and consequently, an Inspection and testing plan is developed, including additional requirements from the client’s perspective regarding the creation of working samples. In the experimental part of thesis, appropriate tests were conducted on specific sections of the transformer tank, in accordance with the defined control plan. The required reports and documentation are presented in accordance with the HRN EN 15085 standard. In conclusion, an analysis of critical welding points in the production was conducted, identifying those with the greatest impact on product quality, and the suitability of the existing system for implementing the HRN EN 15085 requirements was assessed

APPLICATION OF en 15085 STANDARD IN THE MANUFACTURE OF POWER TRANSFORMER
U ovom radu opisana je primjena norme EN 15085 pri izradi energetskog transformatora. Norma se odnosi na zavarivanje konstrukcije od čelika i njegovih legura. Sama norma EN 15085 usmjerena je na zavarivanje željezničkih vozila i željezničkih komponenti. Energetski transformatori koji se transportiraju željezničkim prugama do željene lokacije, proizvode se prema normi EN 15085.
U radu je opisana svrha i uloga transformatora u energetici, opisani su „step up“ i step down“ transformatori, te njihova uloga u energetskom lancu. Prikazani i opisani su osnovni dijelovi kotla energetskog transformatora (čelična konstrukcija), oni koji podliježu normi EN 15085.
Kako bi se jasnije prikazala svrha i značenje norme EN 15085 u kratkim crtama opisani su svi dijelovi norme (pet dijelova norme). Izdvojene su i objašnjeni glavni zahtjevi iz norme.
Kvalifikacija postupka zavarivanja je detaljno opisana kroz ogledni primjer prikazan u radu. Kvalifikacije postupka opisana je počevši sa zavarivanjem ispitnog uzorka sve do izdavanja kvalifikacije od strane akreditacijskog tijela. U istom dijelu opisna su zahtijevana nerazarna ispitivanja, dok su razorna navedena prema normama.
Kako bi se jasnije shvatilo u kojem dijelu proizvodnog procesa pri izradi transformatorskog kotla i njegovih dijelova je zastupljena norma EN 15085, naveden je pregled i opis proizvodnih aktivnosti. Pregled i opis proizvodnih aktivnosti dan je od početka proizvodnje, što uključuje tehnološku razradu, rezanje pozicija i sl. sve do površinske zaštite i otpreme gotovog proizvoda u cilju što boljeg uvida u cjelokupni proizvodni proces.
Pošto se norma EN 15085 govori o zavarivanju i njemu srodnim postupcima, veći i detaljniji dio ovog rada posvećen je izradi projektne zavarivačke dokumentacije. U ovom dijelu rada su popisane i navedene aktivnosti koje se moraju obavit prije početka zavarivanja projekta, te je dan pregled potrebnih dokumenta potrebnih za praćenje sljedivosti u procesu zavarivanja cijelog projekta.
U eksperimentalnom dijelu ovog rada, napravljena je radna proba. Radna proba je opisna korak po korak, te potkrijepljena slikama, dijagramima i rezultatima ispitivanja.This paper describes the application of EN 15085 in the manufacture of an power transformer. The standard refers to the welding of the steel structure and its alloys. The same standard EN 15085 is aimed at welding railway vehicles and railway components. Power transformers which is transported by railways to the desired location are manufactured according to EN 15085.
The purpose and role of the transformer in energetics are described in the paper, described are "step up" and "step down" transformers, and their role in the energy chain. The basic components of an power transformer (steel construction) are described and described, those that are subject to the EN 15085 standards.
In order to clarify the purpose and meaning of EN 15085 in a short term, all parts of the standard (five parts of the standard) are described. The main requirements of the standard are outlined and explained.
The qualification of the welding process is described in detail in the example illustrated in the paper. Qualification of the procedure is described from welding the test sample until the qualification is issued by the accreditation body. In the same section non-destructive tests are described, while destructive tests are listed according to norms.
In order to clearly understand in which part of the manufacturing process of a transformer tank (steel construciton) and its components is represented the EN 15085 standard, a review and description of the production activities is given. An overview and description of production activities is given from the start of production, including technological processing, cutting positions, etc. to the surface protection and shipment of the finished product in order to gain a better insight into the entire production process.
Since EN 15085 is about welding and related processes, a larger and more detailed part of this paper is devoted to project welding documentation. In this section are listed activities to be carried out before the start of welding the project and it is shown a review of the required documents for traceability in the welding process of the whole project.

Welding of pantograph parts according to standard ISO 15085
The aim of this project is to examine the welding of the upper arm of the current collector - the pantograph of the electric locomotive according the the CSN EN 15085 norm. The first part of this thesis dealt with the elaboration of all needed WPS and with the proposal of the current preparation that is going to be realized. Projekt vypracovaný v rámci inženýrského studia je zaměřen na certifikaci firmy SW-MOTECH s.r.o. v oblasti svařování ocelových konstrukcí pro kolejová vozidla. V druhé části jsou popsány destruktivní i nedestruktivní zkoušky u jednotlivých metod svařování, včetně jejich vyhodnocení. Going Beyond Counting First Authors in Author Co-citation Analysis
The present study examines one of the fundamental aspects of author co-citation analysis (ACA) - the way co-citation
counts are defined. Co-citation counting provides the data on which all subsequent statistical analyses and mappings
are based, and we compare ACA results based on two different types of co-citation counting - the traditional type that
only counts the first one among a cited work's authors on the one hand and a non-traditional type that takes into
account the first 5 authors of a cited work on the other hand. Results indicate that the picture produced through this non-traditional author co-citation counting contains more coherent author groups and is therefore considerably clearer. However, this picture represents fewer specialties in the research field being studied than that produced through the traditional first-author co-citation counting when the same number of top-ranked authors is selected and analyzed. Reasons for these effects are discussed
