    El presente informe de investigación se inició con el diagnóstico de la situación actual, donde se identificaron debilidades en el Desempeño Docente y falta de una estrategia de Reflexión Pedagógica en la Institución Educativa N° 11020 – San Judas Tadeo. Se observa que, en el trabajo docente, los profesores se han dejado vencer por la rutina y presentan baja disposición a asumir y emprender transformaciones e innovaciones durante su trabajo en aula. Por lo general, este trabajo está limitado a cumplir con las orientaciones que le proporcionan a nivel institucional. Ante esta situación se formuló el siguiente problema: ¿La estrategia de reflexión pedagógica mejora el desempeño docente en la Institución Educativa N° 11020 “San Judas Tadeo”? El objetivo General es: Elaborar una estrategia de reflexión pedagógica para mejorar el desempeño docente en la Institución Educativa N° 11020 “San Judas Tadeo”. El tipo de investigación corresponde al Propositivo - Descriptivo. El diseño aplicado es el propositivo. La muestra estuvo conformada por 7 docentes de la Institución Educativa N° 11020 “San Judas Tadeo”. Los resultados arrojan que solo el 47.1% se encuentra en un nivel bueno, seguido del 32.9% que se encuentra en un nivel muy bueno y el 20% en un nivel regular, respecto a la autoevaluación del Desempeño Docente. Asimismo, el 64.3% de los docentes se encuentran en un nivel regular, con respecto a la Reflexión Pedagógica. Se concluyó: la propuesta de una estrategia de reflexión pedagógica, mejorará el desempeño docente en la Institución Educativa N° 11020 “San Judas Tadeo”.TesisEducación y Calida

    Going Beyond Counting First Authors in Author Co-citation Analysis

    The present study examines one of the fundamental aspects of author co-citation analysis (ACA) - the way co-citation counts are defined. Co-citation counting provides the data on which all subsequent statistical analyses and mappings are based, and we compare ACA results based on two different types of co-citation counting - the traditional type that only counts the first one among a cited work's authors on the one hand and a non-traditional type that takes into account the first 5 authors of a cited work on the other hand. Results indicate that the picture produced through this non-traditional author co-citation counting contains more coherent author groups and is therefore considerably clearer. However, this picture represents fewer specialties in the research field being studied than that produced through the traditional first-author co-citation counting when the same number of top-ranked authors is selected and analyzed. Reasons for these effects are discussed

    Measurements of σ(e+eΥ(nS)π+π)\sigma (e^+ e^- \rightarrow \Upsilon(nS)\pi^+\pi^-) and σ(e+ebbˉ)\sigma (e^+ e^- \rightarrow b \bar{b}) in the Υ(10860)\Upsilon(10860) and Υ(11020)\Upsilon(11020) resonance regions

    We report new measurements of RΥππσ(e+eΥ(nS)π+π)/σμμ0R_{\Upsilon\pi\pi}\equiv\sigma(e^+e^-\to \Upsilon(n{\rm S})\pi^+\pi^-)/\sigma^0_{\mu\mu} (nn = 1, 2, 3) and Rbσ(e+ebbˉ)/σμμ0R_b\equiv\sigma(e^+e^-\to b\bar b)/\sigma^0_{\mu\mu} (where σμμ0\sigma^0_{\mu\mu} is the muon-pair Born cross section) in the region s=10.63\sqrt{s} = 10.63-11.0511.05 GeV, based on data collected with the Belle detector. Distributions in RΥππR_{\Upsilon\pi\pi} and RbR_b are fit for the masses and widths of the Υ(10860)\Upsilon(10860) and Υ(11020)\Upsilon(11020) resonances. Unlike RbR_b, which includes a large non-resonant bbˉb\bar{b} component, we find that RΥππR_{\Upsilon\pi\pi} is dominated by the two resonances. With RΥππR_{\Upsilon\pi\pi} as the basis, the total rate at the Υ(10860)\Upsilon(10860) peak for known final states containing bottomonium(-like) resonances is estimated. We find that Υ(10860)\Upsilon(10860) is essentially saturated by such modes, raising doubts about the validity of masses measured using RbR_b. With RΥππR_{\Upsilon\pi\pi}, we measure M10860=(10891.1±3.21.5+0.6)M_{10860}=(10891.1\pm3.2^{+0.6}_{-1.5}) MeV/c2c^2 and Γ10860=(53.75.6+7.15.4+0.9)\Gamma_{10860}=(53.7^{+7.1}_{-5.6}\,^{+0.9}_{-5.4}) MeV and report first measurements M11020=(10987.52.5+6.42.1+9.0)M_{11020}=(10987.5^{+6.4}_{-2.5}\,^{+9.0}_{-2.1}) MeV/c2c^2, Γ11020=(6119+920+2)\Gamma_{11020}=(61^{+9}_{-19}\,^{+2}_{-20}) MeV, and the relative phase ϕ11020ϕ10860=(1.0±0.40.1+1.0)\phi_{\rm 11020}-\phi_{\rm 10860} = (-1.0\pm0.4\,^{+1.0}_{-0.1}) rad

    “Variations on the Author” discusses two of Eduardo Coutinho’s recent films (Um Dia na Vida, from 2010, and Últimas Conversas, posthumously released in 2015) and their contribution to the general question of documentary authorship. The director’s filmography is characterized by a consistent yet self-effacing form of authorial self-inscription: Coutinho often features as an interviewer that rather than express opinions propels discourses; an interviewer that is good at listening. This mode of self-inscription characterizes him as an author who is not expressive but who is nonetheless markedly present on the screen. In Um Dia na Vida, however, Coutinho is completely absent form the image, while Últimas Conversas, on the contrary, includes a confessional prologue that moves the director from the margins to the center of his films. This article examines the ways in which these works stand out in the filmography of a director who offers new insights into the notion of cinematic authorship

    Appropriate Similarity Measures for Author Cocitation Analysis

    We provide a number of new insights into the methodological discussion about author cocitation analysis. We first argue that the use of the Pearson correlation for measuring the similarity between authors’ cocitation profiles is not very satisfactory. We then discuss what kind of similarity measures may be used as an alternative to the Pearson correlation. We consider three similarity measures in particular. One is the well-known cosine. The other two similarity measures have not been used before in the bibliometric literature.     Using data collected with the Belle detector in the energy region of the Υ(10860)\Upsilon(10860) and Υ(11020)\Upsilon(11020) resonances we measure the e+ehb(nP)π+πe^+e^- \to h_b(nP)\pi^+\pi^- (n=1,2)(n=1,2) cross sections. Their energy dependences show clear Υ(10860)\Upsilon(10860) and Υ(11020)\Upsilon(11020) peaks with a small or no non-resonant contribution. We study resonant structure of the Υ(11020)hb(nP)π+π\Upsilon(11020) \to h_b(nP)\pi^+\pi^- transitions and find evidence that they proceed entirely via intermediate charged bottomonium-like states Zb(10610)Z_b(10610) and/or Zb(10650)Z_b(10650) (with current statistics we can not discriminate hypotheses of one or two intermediate states).Using data collected with the Belle detector at the KEKB asymmetric-energy e+e- collider, we measure the energy dependence of the e+e-→hb(nP)π+π- (n=1, 2) cross sections from thresholds up to 11.02 GeV. We find clear ϒ(10860) and ϒ(11020) peaks with little or no continuum contribution. We study the resonant substructure of the ϒ(11020)→hb(nP)π+π- transitions and find evidence that they proceed entirely via the intermediate isovector states Zb(10610) and Zb(10650). The relative fraction of these states is loosely constrained by the current data: The hypothesis that only Zb(10610) is produced is excluded at the level of 3.3 standard deviations, while the hypothesis that only Zb(10650) is produced is not excluded at a significant level.Using data collected with the Belle detector at the KEKB asymmetric-energy e+ee^+e^- collider, we measure the energy dependence of the e+ehb(nP)π+πe^+e^- \to h_b(nP)\pi^+\pi^- (n=1,2)(n=1,2) cross sections from thresholds up to 11.0211.02\,GeV.
