Analisis faktor sukses kepemimpinan mandor studi kasus proyek jalan tol Cisumdawu
Kepemimpinan yang efektif memainkan peran krusial dalam kesuksesan proyek konstruksi. Dalam konteks proyek jalan tol Cisumdawu, mandor memegang peran penting sebagai pemimpin langsung di lapangan. Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis pengaruh kepemimpinan mandor dalam sebuah proyek jaln tol Cisumdawu. Metodologi penelitian dilakukan dengan mix method yaitu menggunakan penelitian secara kuantitaf dengan teknik pengumpulan data secara kuesioner dengan skala likert. Adapun penelitian secara kualitatif dengan melakukan wawancara kepada mandor proyek. Proses analisis dilakukan dengan menggunakan uji validitas dan reliabilitas untuk melihat konsistensi kuesioner yang telah disebar. Kemudian analisis faktor untuk mengetahui pengaruh faktor-faktor kepemimpinan pada proyek. Dan analisis terakhir adalah penentuan peringkat dengan Relative Importance Index. Pengaruh electronic road pricing terhadap volume lalu lintas pada ruas jalan Gatot Subroto (TS - 2576)
Electronic Road Pricing adalah jalan berbayar yang digunakan untuk mengurangi volume lalu
lintas dengan cara memasangkan alat On Board Unit sebagai alat pembayarannya.. Tingginya
volume kendaraan di Jakarta menjadi alasan utama Electronic Road Pricing digunakan pada lalu
lintas. Pada skripsi ini, dibahas mengenai kondisi lalu lintas Gatot Subroto, ruas jalan ini
merupakan akses pengguna untuk menuju perkantoran dan tepat wisata. Untuk menganalisa volume
kendaraan akan digunakan metode observasi langsung untuk mendapatkan volume, kecepatan dan
kepadatan lalu lintas. Observasi langsung dilakukan dengan memperhatikan kendaraan bermotor
roda dua, kendaraan ringan, dan kendaraan berat. Dengan data observasi akan didapat grafik
hubungan antara kecepatan dan kedapatan yang akan dimodifikasi dengan data kuesioner. Data
kuesioner disebar untuk mendapatkan persentase penurunan volume dan perkiraan harga.
Electronic Road Pricing untuk mengurangi volume lalu lintas. Pilihan harga dan waktu akan diolah
dengan metoda analysis of variance (ANOVA) dengan dibantu program SPSS. Diharapkan pada
analisis skripsi ini dapat mengetahui biaya Electronic Road Pricing yang paling efisien untuk

Sistem Pendingin Baterai Motor Listrik Otomatis
Baterai merupakan alternatif energi yang menjadi alternatif bagi kendaraan modern seperti kendaraan listrik karena menjadi salah satu alternatif untuk mengurangi polutan efek dari penggunaan mobil tradisional karena menggunakan sumber daya minyak bumi. Pada proses pengisian dan pengosongan kendaraan yang menggunakan battery adalah dengan menjaga daya baterai dalam kisaran suhu pengoprasian yang optimal, suhu merupakan permasalahan yang perlu diperhatikan. Dari dua kondisi tersebut dapat mempegaruhi timbulnya panas berlebih yang dapat menyebabkan kerusakan mekanis pada baterai. Selain itu dengan kebutuhan penggunaan yang meningkat kecepatan pengisian baterai menjadi salah satu metode yang dibutuhkan agar baterai dapat segera digunakan kembali, tetapi dengan meningkatnya kecepatan pengisian baterai memberi efek perubahan suhu yang extreme di banding menggunakan pengisian daya yang normal. Dengan metode pendinginan baterai yang tepat dapat mengurangi pengaruh negative suhu pada baterai secara efektif sehingga meningkatkan efisien daya baterai, meningkatkan masa pakai baterai dan mengurangi tingkat penuaan baterai. Untuk menjaga agar suhu baterai tetap normal baik ketika proses pengisian atau pada saat digunakan dengan mengunakan cooling system yang pertama dapat menggunakan cooling system yang menggunakan penampang pendingin allumunium yang diberi peltier dan fan untuk mendorong sebagai pendingin, tetapi peltier akan membuat baterai lebih boros karena peltier membutuhkan daya yang cukup besar pada saat bekerja. In cycle I students still look confused with their assignments in class, this can be due to learning with computer media being a new thing and has not been applied before so the achievement of learning outcomes achieved by students is not optimal. With diligent effort and guidance, it is expected to increase students' understanding in the hope of increasing the achievement of better student learning outcomes. One of the factors that determine the success or failure of a person in learning is a factor that comes from within the person who is learning (internal). In the implementation of the second cycle of learning, the learning carried out by the teacher using the media-assisted presentation method, the power point-assisted presentation method, was better than the previous cycle and the explanation of the concept of the learning material could be understood by most students. The increase was due to the teacher's voice being able to be heard to the back, this could be influenced by the condition of the class that the teacher had mastered when the teacher delivered an explanation of the material. From the results of students' responses, students stated that they could understand what the media displayed. The results of the study: There was an increase in the percentage of the number of students who understood from the observations of 71.87% in the first cycle, 81.2% in the second cycle. The increased understanding of students affects the activeness of students to participate in the teaching and learning process
Going Beyond Counting First Authors in Author Co-citation Analysis
The present study examines one of the fundamental aspects of author co-citation analysis (ACA) - the way co-citation
counts are defined. Co-citation counting provides the data on which all subsequent statistical analyses and mappings
are based, and we compare ACA results based on two different types of co-citation counting - the traditional type that
only counts the first one among a cited work's authors on the one hand and a non-traditional type that takes into
account the first 5 authors of a cited work on the other hand. Results indicate that the picture produced through this non-traditional author co-citation counting contains more coherent author groups and is therefore considerably clearer. However, this picture represents fewer specialties in the research field being studied than that produced through the traditional first-author co-citation counting when the same number of top-ranked authors is selected and analyzed. Variations on the Author
“Variations on the Author” discusses two of Eduardo Coutinho’s recent films (Um Dia na Vida, from 2010, and Últimas Conversas, posthumously released in 2015) and their contribution to the general question of documentary authorship. The director’s filmography is characterized by a consistent yet self-effacing form of authorial self-inscription: Coutinho often features as an interviewer that rather than express opinions propels discourses; an interviewer that is good at listening. This mode of self-inscription characterizes him as an author who is not expressive but who is nonetheless markedly present on the screen. In Um Dia na Vida, however, Coutinho is completely absent form the image, while Últimas Conversas, on the contrary, includes a confessional prologue that moves the director from the margins to the center of his films. This article examines the ways in which these works stand out in the filmography of a director who offers new insights into the notion of cinematic authorship
Appropriate Similarity Measures for Author Cocitation Analysis
We provide a number of new insights into the methodological discussion about author cocitation analysis. We first argue that the use of the Pearson correlation for measuring the similarity between authors’ cocitation profiles is not very satisfactory. We then discuss what kind of similarity measures may be used as an alternative to the Pearson correlation. We consider three similarity measures in particular. One is the well-known cosine. The other two similarity measures have not been used before in the bibliometric literature. Dispelling the Myths Behind First-author Citation Counts
We conducted a full-scale evaluative citation analysis study of scholars in the XML research field to explore just how different from each other author rankings resulting from different citation counting methods actually are, and to demonstrate the capability of emerging data and tools on the Web in supporting more realistic citation counting methods. Our results contest some common arguments for the continued
use of first-author citation counts in the evaluation of scholars, such as high correlations between author rankings by first-author citation counts and other citation
counting methods, and high costs of using more realistic citation counting methods that are not well-supported by the ISI databases. It is argued that increasingly available digital full text research papers make it possible for citation analysis studies to go beyond what the ISI databases have directly supported and to employ more
