    Patients quantity of Mouth Diseases is increased from year to year due to its late diagnoses.The patient of this diseases usually die because of its diseases' complications. Therefore, it need an action to anticipate the increasing number of patients who died by Mouth Disease. Expert system is computer-based system that uses knowledge, facts, techniques and intellectual activities in solving problems that usually only can be solved by an expert in that field. Thus, the author takes an initiative to make the final project titled "Web-Based Expert System to Diagnose Oral Diseases Using Fuzzy Methods". At this research, the author make an Expert System to determinate Mouth Disease by using Fuzzy Method. This method is efficient as it can give early diagnosis of the mouth diseases, based on its symptoms and intensity of symptoms that are visible from outside. The user only need to visit the Web system for taking the early step to solve the Mouth Diseases without asking the Expert directly.     Dengan memanfaatkan kriptografi di masa modern ini, proteksi file audio bukanlah mustahil untuk dilakukan dengan tujuan untuk menjaga legalitas dari pemilik hak cipta file audio tersebut. Algoritma kriptografi Advanced Encryption Standard (AES) Rijndael merupakan standar enkripsi dengan kunci simetris yang diadopsi oleh pemerintah Amerika Serikat, AES Rijndael telah dianalisis secara luas dan sekarang digunakan diseluruh dunia, seperti halnya dengan pendahulunya Data Encryption Standart (DES). Dalam penelitian ini penulis akan menerapkan algoritma Advanced Encryption Standard (AES) untuk melakukan enkripsi pada tiap karakter yang terdapat pada file audio tersebut dan menyimpan Cipher-text dari hasil enkripsi ke dalam format file Audio yang sama, dan melakukan dekripsi pada file audio yang telah dienkripsi ke bentuk File aslinya. Aplikasi yang dirancang dalam penelitian ini telah mampu melakukan proses penyandian file Audio dengan Algoritma Advanced Encryption Standart Rijndael. Diharapkan aplikasi yang dihasilkan dapat berguna bagi pihak yang ingin menjaga kerahasiaan file audio miliknya.Using cryptography nowadays, audio file protection is possible to do in order to protect legality of the file who owns its copyright. Advanced Encryption Standard (AES) Rijndael’s algorithm is the standard of encryption with symetric key adopted by US government. Rijndael’s AES has been analysed extensively and currently used worldwide just like the former standard, Data Encryption Standard (DES). In this study, the author will apply Advanced Encryption Standard Algorithm to encrypt every character that lies in the audio file and save the Cipher-text from encryption process in the same format, wich is audio file. And decrypting the encrypted-audio file to its original form. The application that developed in this study has been able to encrypt an audio file using Rijndael’s Advanced Encryption Standard Algorithm. One use of technology is to make the application signature recognition is very useful to prevent fraudulent signatures. Forged the signatures often occur to satisfy a personal desire by parties are not responsible. The author makes an application identifier of this signature by using the dominant point method to measure the signature curve point entry in the application. This application was also made by using language pemrogramam Visual Basic 6.0 and Microsoft Access 2007 as database. And his signature is used to input the Pen Mouse hardware.     Social capital roles as the adhesive that binds all people in society. Social capital is an important issue in the success of an organization. But not only armed with a mere financial capital, but also need the support of human resources and social capital. So in the management of the BUM Desa, social capital is needed, social capital grows because of kinship, togetherness, and the attitude of helping each other between the members of society. Social capital refers to the main aspects of social organization such as trust, norms, network that is able to mobilize the participation of rural communities to achieve a common goal. In this study the author looks at the potential of social capital in the villages continuosly preserved and has formed a collective consciousness of society. The formulation of this research is how the dynamics of social capital as well as the contribution and role of social capital owned by the village community in Karangrejek Village and Bleberan Village in the management of BUM Desa. The objective of this study is to determine the dynamics of the social capital held by society of Karangrejek Village and Bleberan Village in the management of the BUM Desa and determine the contribution and role of social capital on the management of the BUM Desa in those two villages. The method used to address the above problem is qualitative, with purposive sampling technique, to obtain the data naturally, by conducting field research. Data analysis techniques were analyzed qualitatively, based on the support of the theory associated with the object of research of informa nts by interview, observation and documentation. Then drawn a conclusion about the results of research. The findings in this study is the author getting three -stage process dynamics of social capital in managing of BUM Desa in Karangrejek Village and Bleberan village, named the reconstruction phase, the transition phase, and the maturity phase. The dynamics of social capital in the two villages have different characteristics, BUM Desa Karangrejek village formed with human resources excellence more emphasis on the quality of public services. While the BUM Desa Bleberan Village formed because it has the advantage of natural resources and business-oriented (profit-oriented). The role of social capital which was originally only the adhesive public life in the two villages, but the formation of BUM Desa, social capital is key for the people to improve their living standards in order to achieve a more orderly life and prosperity through efforts with BUM Desa

    In the delivery of information confidentiality message is one of the things that are very important, because the image data is very span to the actions of computer crimes such as modified or stolen. The combination of cryptography and steganography can be one solution to prevent such crime. Here the author uses the Trithemius algorithm. Trithemius algorithm is a symmetric algorithm that has advantages that is in the process of encryption or decryption of symmetric cryptography takes a short time and key size relatively shorter. While the weakness is the key must be changed frequently, every time implementing communication for the security of the message so that the authors combine with steganography technique that is Modified Least Significant Bit (MLSB), so that messages will be inserted not visible clearly or visible. In this research, the message or image file will be sent is first encrypted with Trithemius cryptography algorithm, then encryption result will be hidden in an image file with bitmap format using Blue Channel MLSB steganography method. Then do the process of extraction of messages for further decryption to return to the original message as before. The system is built using C # programming language in SharpDevelop software. System testing is performed on image messages of 100x100 pixels, 150x112 pixels, 200x149 pixels and 1080x1440 pixel cover images.     Implementasi dan Perbandingan Algoritma Berry-Ravindran dan Algoritma Rabin-Karp pada Kamus Istilah Manajemen Keuangan

    Financial management is needed in carrying out life activities both individually and organization, in the world of financial management there some terms that may not be known by the public, therefore required dictionary of financial management terms. But the dictionary of financial management circulating in the community is still in the form of books with heavy weight. Therefore the author makes a dictionary of financial management terms based desktop. This system is implemented using two algorithms, Berry-Ravindran and Rabin-Karp algorithms to compare time complexity (Ө) and running time. In its implementation, the search using the Berry-Ravindran algorithm’s has an average time of 610.23 millisecon, and the Rabin-Karp algorithm’s has an average time of 17.431 milliseconds. The Rabin-Karp algorithm’s is faster than the Berry Ravindran algorithm’s but Rabin-Karp algorithm’s removes punctuation and spaces that will result in words found in the database, Berry Ravindran algorithm’s reads punctuation and spaces. In the preprocessing phase, the Berry-Ravindran algorithm’s have a complexity of Ө (n) and in search phase of the Berry-Ravindran algorithm’s and Rabin-Karp algorithm’s has a time complexity of Ө (n).Manajemen keuangan sangat dibutuhkan dalam menjalankan aktivitas hidup baik secara individu maupun secara organisasi, Dalam dunia manajemen keuangan terdapat beberapa istilah yang mungkin belum diketahui oleh masyarakat, maka dari itu dibutuhkan kamus istilah manajemen keuangan. Namun kamus manajemen keuangan yang beredar dimasyarakat masih dalam bentuk buku dengan bobot yang berat. Maka dari itu penulis membuat kamus istilah manajemen keuangan berbasis dekstop. Sistem ini diimplementasikan menggunakan dua buah algoritma, yaitu algoritma Berry-Ravindran dan Rabin-Karp untuk membandingkan kompleksitas waktu (Ө) dan running time. Pada implementasinya, pencarian menggunakan algoritma Berry-Ravindran memiliki waktu rata-rata 610,23 milidetik, sedangkan dengan algoritma Rabin-Karp memiliki waktu rata-rata 17,431 milidetik. Algoritma Rabin-Karp lebih cepat dibanding algoritma Berry Ravindran akan tetapi algoritma Rabin-Karp menghapus tanda baca dan spasi yang akan berakibat pada kata yang ditemukan dalam database, sedangkan algoritma Berry Ravindran membaca tanda baca dan spasi. Pada fase preprocessing, algoritma Berry-Ravindran memiliki kompleksitas sebesar Ө(n) dan pada fase pencarian algoritma Berry-Ravindran dan algoritma Rabin-Karp memiliki kompleksitas waktu sebesar Ө(n).Skripsi Sarjan

The sample of this study is used for some students from 36 students in VII grade of MTs Nurul Falah Cimahi. This method uses Qualitative approach in the analysis. The result is that students difficulties, in learning English 85% not appropriate. Some expert suggest external factor and internal factor that be affect students learning difficulties to learning difficulties. The author only focus on one factor that is external factor.     Search Engine has been important role to move in today’s digital age. Billion of information are spread on the internet making search engine as a best solution for finding information that you want so as not to search manually. The concept of String Matching was born from this problem. So from this problem the authors created a search engine where the search engine searches information in the form of news on existing official news sites. The author tries to use two combined algorithms, namely the genetic algorithm and the knuth morris pratt algorithm for use on these search engines. In this study, the combination of these algorithm is used to minimize the shortcomings of each algorithm. In its implementation, the genetic funtions to optimize the position of the text containing the string being searched and the knuth morris pratt performs string matching and ensures that the string that is searched for in the text is exists. In using the application, the user enters a word in the search box then the application will display search results that are relevant to the word entered.Search engine atau mesin pencari memiliki peranan penting terhadap era digital hari ini. Jutaan bahkan miliaran informasi tersebar di internet menjadikan mesin pencari sebagai solusi untuk mencari suatu informasi yang di inginkan agar tidak mencarinya secara manual. Konsep string matching lahir dari permasalahan tersebut. Sehingga dalam penelitian ini penulis membuat sebuah search engine dimana search engine tersebut melakukan pencarian informasi berupa sebuah berita pada situs-situs berita resmi yang ada menggunakan konsep string matching. Penulis mencoba mengggunakan 2 buah algoritma yang dikombinasikan yaitu algoritma genetika dan algoritma knuth morris pratt untuk digunakan pada search engine tersebut. Pada penelitian ini, kombinasi algoritma tersebut digunakan untuk meminimalkan kekurangan dari masing-masing algoritma. Pada implementasinya genetika berfungsi untuk mengoptimasi pencarian posisi teks yang mengandung string yang di cari dan knuth morris pratt berfungsi melakukan string matching dan memastikan string yang dicari dalam text ada.     Madrasah Aliyah (MA) is an upper secondary level of formal education with Islamic characteristics in Indonesia at the level of high school managed.by the Ministry of. Religion. The class level in the travel time is the same as high school, which is for 3 years. Every year, the school opens new student admissions by providing excellence and services provided as a special attraction. The many choices of schools make it difficult for prospective schools and their parents to find a school that fits the criteria that are considered as things that affect the continuity of their education. Because many things are taken into consideration when choosing a school, a decision-making system is needed to make it easier for students to choose the right school. In this study, the author will create a system that will discuss the selection of Madrasah Aliyah by. using the.Weighted Aggregated Sum Product Assesment.(WASPAS) method in which the selection process is carried out using two methods, the first method is carried out by following the rules for Admission of New Students (PPDB) regarding the system. zoning then the second method is carried out using a multi-criteria decision support system. The criteria that will be used in this study include tuition, distance, number of students, facilities, extracurriculars, accreditation, additional tutoring and scholarships. To determine from the starting point to the school's destination point, in this study it was integrated with the google maps API, also applying the WASPAS method to obtain alternative schools according to the wishes of prospective students. Based on the tests carried out, the WASPAS method has a complexity of this algorithm is Θ(n).Madrasah Aliyah (MA) adalah pendidikan menengah formal dengan ciri khas islam di Indonesia yang setingkat dengan sekolah menengah atas (SMA), dibawah naungan Kementerian Agama. Jenjang kelas waktuh tempuh sama halnya seperti sekolah menengah atas yaitu selama 3 tahun. Pada setiap tahunnya, sekolah membuka penerimaan peserta calon siswa baru dengan memberikan keunggulan serta pelayanan yang diberikan sebagai daya tarik tersendiri. Banyaknya pilihan sekolah membuat calon sekolah dan orangtuanya sulit untuk menenukan sekolah yang berkenaan dengan kriteria dianggap sebagai hal yang mempengaruhi terhadap keberlangsungan pendidikannya. Karena banyaknya hal yang menjadi pertimbangan untuk memilih sekolah, dibutuhkan sebuah sistem dalam pengambilan keputusan untuk memudahkan calon siswa memilih sekolah yang tepat. Pada tugas akhir ini, penulis akan membuat sebuah sistem yang akan membahas pemilihan Madrasah Aliyah dengan menggunakan metode Weighted Aggregated Sum Product Assesment (WASPAS) yang dimana proses pemilihan dilakukan menggunakan dua metode, metode pertama dilakukan dengan mengikuti peraturan Penerimaan.Peserta.Didik Baru (PPDB) tentang sistem zonasi kemudian metode kedua dilakukan menggunakan sistem pendukung keputusan multi kriteria. Kriteria- kriteria yang akan.digunakan dalam penelitian.ini antara lain uang sekolah, jarak, jumlah siswa, fasilitas, ekstrakurikuler, akreditasi, les tambahandan Beasiswa. Untuk menentukan dari titik awal ke titik tujuan sekolah, pada tugas akhir ini menggunakan google maps API, juga menerapkan metode WASPAS untuk memperoleh alternatif sekolah yang tepat keinginan calon Siswa.
