Development of Letter Management System (Case study: Administration Sub section in personnel bureau of ministry of religious affair in the republic of Indonesia)
Based on PMA (regulation of religion) No 10 of 2010 Article 28, Civil Service Bureau has the tasks of data management and personnel information, plans and awards, mutation, assessment, and development of employees in the Ministry of Religious Affairs as well as administrative affairs and domestic bureaus. Subdivision of Administration is part of the Department of Planning and Award, Administrative Subdivision task have the task to care and administrative affairs bureau household (PMA 10, 2010 Article 38 point 3). The responsibilities administration sub-section in religious ministry personnel bureau is to manage the ingoing and outgoing letters and to publish the letters to personnel bureau. There are more than 200 letters flows in this departement every day. The all letters which are coming have documented and replied by the bureau in a certain time. The personnel bureau has an application, it saves the letters data into a database and it is entered by the staff uses this application system. Some personnel or users put the same data in a different table of database. It makes waste and has a negative effect in many aspects related to the application directly. Another side effect of data redundancy wastes amount of database capacity. It also can blur the actuality of data and make it becoming inconsistence. The bureau still has a difficulty in monitoring the letters which have replied and which have not. In advance effects, those make the bureau cannot measure the productivity of its staff in managing letters. That�s way, the letters personnel system is needed to make easier for the personnel in managing the letters. The research methods of Rapid Application Development (RAD) with three steps are requirement planning, design workshop and the implementation. UML tools are used is the use case diagram, activity diagram, sequence diagrams and class diagrams. Applications developed using web programming languages PHP and MySQL as its database. From the research the author received a result that the personnel bureau especially in administration subdivision gets easier in processing save the data and monitoring in managing latter with web design application
Using PADLET Application in Improving the Tenth Grade Students’ Writing Ability at SMA YADIKA Bandar Lampung
The purpose of this study was to determine whether the use of the Padlet application had a significant impact on the writing ability of Tenth grade students at SMA Yadika Bandar Lampung. In this study, the researchers uses quantitative research. The study technique employed a quasi-experimental design, and the therapy consisted of three encounters. The basic skills of the pupils are ascertained through a pre-test in this approach prior to therapy. The study\u27s target demographic was the tentth grade at SMA Yadika Bandar Lampung. Science One and Science Two were the two courses from which the samples were obtained. The author uses testing tools to construct descriptive stories about historical sites to collect data for pre-testing and post-testing. The findings indicated that the outcomes of creating descriptive prose were impacted by the Padlet application. The increase in the average score obtained from the pre-test results from 60.15 to 78.09 in the post-test results proves this. The results of hypothesis testing, which is 0.000 less than the Sig value of 0.05, also supports it. In other words, the Padlet application affects the students at SMA Yadika Bandar Lampung in the tenth grade\u27s descriptive text writing skills

Penanaman Pendidikan Karakter Religius pada Siswa di SMP Muhammadiyah Plus Klaten Utara Tahun Pelajaran 2018/2019
Religious character is one of 18 main characters that is a priority and must be instilled in students at school. Muhammadiyah Plus Middle School North Klaten is one of the schools that emphasizes the cultivation of religious character education for their students. This study discusses what methods are used in the planting of religious character education in students at the Muhammadiyah Plus Middle School in North Klaten, in addition to the reasons for the teacher in choosing the method used, along with the students' responses after implementing religious character planting. this research is included in field research using a qualitative approach, in which data collection uses interviews, observation, and documentation. In analyzing the data obtained, the author uses the data analysis model Milies and Huberman which is done through three stages, namely data reduction, data display, coclusion drawin. The results obtained in this study are, there are nine methods used in instilling religious character education that is exemplary, reminiscent, rebuke, direction, motivation, application, approach as friends, guided, and advised. The selection of these methods is based on how easy the method is to use and based on the characteristics of the students. After planting religious character education in students, students showed a response that was as expected. Students have shown verbal, motoric, cognitive, intellectual, and cognitive responses, and there has been an increase in religious atitude even though their achievements have not been perfect
