HUBUNGAN BIAYA HIDUP DAN PENGELUARAN KONSUMSI MAHASISWA PADA PRODI PENDIDIKAN EKONOMI JURUSAN PIIS FKIPUNIVERSITAS TANJUNGPURA PONTIANAK
Abstractthe title of the research report is the Relationship of Cost of Living and Expenditure of Student Consumption in the Economics study program of Social science department FKIP of Tanjungpura University. The basis of the research is referring to the income theory that the cost of living provided by parents to students is a fee given periodically can be every month or every year, and is sourced from the income of parents transferred for limited education costs and the small amount is very dependent. The ability of the student's parents, while the expenditure of student consumption is strongly influenced by the demands of the student's needs in accordance with the consumption pattern that is influenced by the desire to consume or called marginal propencity to consume or MPC. So referring to the income theory, there is a relationship between the cost of living for students provided by parents and consumption expenditures made for education costs, even the effect not only on consumption but also on student savings, because income will affect consumption and savings that are the needs of students, then student consumption expenditures can be categorized as follows:Student consumption expenditures are less than the cost of living received by studentsStudent consumption expenses are equal to the cost of living received by studentsStudent consumption expenditures are greater than the cost of living received by studentsFurthermore, the problem of this study the author wants to describe the condition of students of economic education programs from the possibility of phenomena above, by survaiing the cost of living and student consumption expenditures in pursuing given by the parents of students and the use of fees carried out by students as a pattern of student consumption expenditure in pursuing education. The problem of this study is "How to relationship the Cost of Living and Expenditure of Student Consumption in FKIP Untan Economic Education Program"With the following sub-issues:How diversity of living costs received by students in FKIP Untan economic education study programHow diversity of student consumption expenditure on students of FKIP Untan economic education programHow is there an opportunity to save from the release of its consumption? How the cost of living relationship with student consumption patterns in students of FKIP Untan economic education programHow to relate the cost of living provided by parents with the pattern of spending on savings for educational activities in students of FKIP Untan economic education programHow is the relationship between student consumption patterns and the amount of savings for the purposes of upcoming educationalactivities. And the results can be seen from the description and understanding of the hypothesis. . Keyword : Relationship of Cost of Living and Expenditure of Student Consumptio
The homogenization of ethnic differences in Singapore English? A consonantal production study
Past research on Singapore English (SgE) has shown that there are specific segmental and prosodic patterns that are unique to the three major ethnic groups, Chinese, Malay, and Indian in Singapore. These features have been highlighted as the "stereotypical" ethnic markers of SgE speakers, assuming substrate influence from the speakers' "ethnic" languages (Mandarin, Malay, and Tamil). However, recent research suggests that Singaporeans are becoming increasingly English dominant and has challenged the position of the ethnic languages as true "mother tongues" of Singaporeans. Hence, this study seeks to question if such "stereotypical" ethnic features exist, and if so, the extent to which a less dominant ethnic language would affect the phonology of speakers' English. This study looks specifically at the production of consonants /f/, /θ/, /t/, /v/, and /w/ as salient segmental features in SgE. Participants' phonetic behavior of /θ/, which was produced similarly across the three ethnic groups, disputed substrate influence. Tamil speakers were the most disparate, particularly with the /v/-/w/ contrast production. However, these deviations were often sporadic phonetic changes, which scarcely reflect robust speech patterns in the community. As a result, consonantal production in SgE is found to be largely independent of substrate influence and relatively uniform across the three ethnicities. The homogeneity observed in this study sheds light on bilinguals' acquisition of sounds, and it also provides phonological evidence toward the understanding of the evolutionary process of postcolonial Englishes.Ministry of Education (MOE)The author(s) disclosed receipt of the following financial support for the research, authorship, and/ or publication of this article: This research is supported by the Ministry of Education, Singapore, under its Academic Research Fund Tier 2 (MOE2015-T2-1-120)
Profil Perilaku Konsumtif pada Penggemar Idola K-Pop di Jawa Timur
This study aims to describe the consumptive behavior of K-Pop Idol Fans in East Java. The study uses a quantitative approach and involves 1205 K-Pop idol fans who have purchased merchandise and reside in East Java. This research utilizes a consumptive behavior scale designed by the author based on 8 indicators of consumptive behavior from Sumartono (2002), with a reliability of 0.727. The data were analyzed using descriptive analysis and two-way ANOVA with IBM SPSS Statistics 23 software. The results show that the category of consumptive behavior among K-Pop idol fans in East Java is moderate. Through the two-way ANOVA analysis, there is no interaction between age and gender simultaneously with consumptive behavior (P>0.05). Partially, there is an interaction between age and consumptive behavior (P<0.05), indicating a difference in consumptive behavior among K-Pop idol fans in East Java based on age. Gender does not show a simultaneous interaction due to the imbalance in the number of female and male fans, making it impossible to compare consumptive behavior across genders.

Policy Implementation Model of Accelerating Contamination and Destruction Management on Citarum River Flow (Study on the Policy Implementation of Regulation Number 15 Year 2018 concerning the Accelerating Contamination and Destruction Management on Citarum River Flow)
Introduction: The policy in Indonesia faces problems at the central government level (Coordinating Ministry for Maritime Affairs, Coordinating Ministry for PMK, Ministry of Health, and Ministry of Home Affairs); West Java Provincial Government level; as well as health policies at the district/city government level through which the Citarum River flows. This relationship pattern determines the pattern of interactions (pattern of interactions) of all stakeholders related to Citarum policies. This study uses Grindle's (1980) approach because policy (the content of policy) and implementation environment (context of implementation) are two things that influence the success of implementation. The purpose of this study was to analyze, describe, and find a model for implementing pollution and damage control program policies for the Citarum River Basin using the Grindle approach (1980).
Theoretical Reference Framework: Previous research that supports this research is research conducted by Jung et al. (2021); Koch I, Reeves A. (2021); Tri N, Hau D, Duyen N, (2021); Dutta, et al., (2021); Wiryanto W, (2020); Idris, H. (2017); Rashid and Alfina. (2017; and Raharja, SJ (2015). Related to the implementation of public policy, Grindle (1980) introduces the implementation model as a political and administrative process, this model describes the decision-making process carried out by various actors where the final output is determined by both the program material used has been achieved as well as through the interaction of decision-makers in the context of administrative politics. The political process can be seen through the decision-making process involving various policy actors while the administrative process is seen through the general process regarding administrative actions that can be examined at a specific program level.
Method: The type of research used in this study is qualitative the focus of the research consists of the Content of Policy, Context of Implementation, Output, and Outcome of policy implementation, as well as the Model of Policy implementation. This research was carried out in the Provincial Government of West Java and all Regencies and Cities which are also in the Citarum River Basin by collecting data on communities along the Citarum River, especially people who receive BPJS Health facilities along the Citarum River. Informants in this study were selected using a sampling technique, namely, purposive sampling, namely informants who understand the condition of the Citarum River, starting from implemented policies, pollution control, and destruction of the area. Data collection techniques were carried out through library research, observation, in-depth interviews, as well as documentation and analysis.
Results: The results of this study indicate that: (1) In general, the study of the Health Insurance Policy Implementation Model and the Citarum Watershed Pollution and Damage Control Program Policy based on the Grindle perspective still has several obstacles in its implementation, (2) Judging from the implementation environment, there are strengths and interests will maintain the existing status at the research site, then some things that still leave problems, for example, the unclear authority in implementing the program needs serious attention, so that similar phenomena do not recur. The Citarum watershed problem has become a very serious waste problem locally and nationally. The issuance of Presidential Decree number 15 of 2018 shows the government's seriousness in solving the problem of pollution in the Citarum watershed area. Policy implementers are highly committed to preventing, controlling, and restoring the Citarum watershed so that it becomes clean, beautiful, and free of waste and pollution.
Discussion: The implementation of the health insurance policy and pollution and damage control program policies for the Citarum River Basin does not yet have an implementing organizational structure, so this section needs to be completed. In addition, the supporting funds provided are not sufficient so financing factors need to be considered and supported.
Conclusions: In the Recommended Model, in addition to proposing additional dimensions to the Grindle model, the author also proposes that it is necessary to complete the Grindle implementation model with policy output. This is important because when studying policy implementation, it does not only examine policy outcomes but also examines policy output. Given this, it occupies an important position in policy implementation
Dynamics Implementation of De-Radicalism Policy to Prevent Terrorism in Indonesia: A Systematic Literature Review
Objective: This study aims to evaluate and describe the dynamics of deradicalization policies in preventing terrorism. Terrorism has caused security disturbances, and damage in many countries. Various theories and perspectives regarding de-radicalization policies have been developed in many countries to avoid acts of radicalism and terrorism. Case studies regarding de-radicalization policy initiatives in various nations must be researched in greater depth in order to find the optimal synthesis model.
Theoretical framework: Radicalism and terrorism are two types of international crimes that are extremely damaging to society and the Nations (Nashir & Si, 2019). Radicalism is not the same as terrorism, But both of them are closely connected (Nashir & Si, 2019). This crime has a substantial and catastrophic impact on individuals, communities, and the state (Taskarina et al., 2022) The United Nations Session in Vienna, Austria in 2000, concluded that acts of extremism and terrorism are serious crimes that must be dealt with swiftly via international collaboration (Phelps, 2021). In different nations, the De-radicalization policy program has shown to be a successful method of reducing radical activities and terrorism. De-radicalization is accomplished by increasing understanding among perpetrators of radicals, terrorists, through socialization and education (Petrus Reinhard Golose, 2009; Safii, 2019; Sembiring, 2019)
Method: This study uses a systematic literature review technique, in the field of de-radicalization policies to prevent acts of radicalism and terrorism. Our research strategy is based on the idea that a full understanding of research findings requires comparison with other research findings. The author searches the database with Scopus; PubMed (Medline); Google Scholarship; JSTOR; CONTENT Web of Science for papers. And using the following inclusion criteria: (1)articles in Indonesian and English with a full text published in open access journals, peer-reviewed, and in the last 5 (five) years of publication in 2019-2023; (2)related articles with titles and abstracts; (3)keywords: Deradicalisation; Radicalism, Terrorism; Policy Implementation; National Counter Terrorism Agency; and (4) research methods. Titles and abstracts were checked to see if the inclusion criteria were one, two, three, and four. The results are obtained based on the integration of evidence from previous studies that have been identified and analyzed through patterns, trends, or conclusions that can help strengthen understanding in the field of De-radicalization policy research.
Results and Conclusions: The synthesis research show that the success rate of De-radicalization policy implementation, will depend on the design of the program on the variable content of the policy. De-radicalization must be interpreted as work that emerges after the basics of radicalism have been identified. Because every perpetrator of radicalism is different and varied, further studies are needed to produce a more comprehensive and adaptive De-radicalization module. The combination of hard tactics and soft approaches adopted by the government in dealing with radicalism and terrorism has advantages and disadvantages. In the context of the fight against terrorism and radicalism, the concept of De-radicalization must be used for the fight against "the ideology", for "counter-radicalism and/or counter-terrorism".
Implications of the research: The De-radicalization policy strategy is oriented towards persuasive, proactive, and adaptive actions, as well as protecting human rights. It is carried out using the "ideological awareness" approach through education and outreach. The concept of De-radicalization must be strengthened by the government's commitment to eliminating social and economic inequality. The De-radicalization program is carried out holistically and inclusively, by involving all levels of society and cross-sectoral collaboration.
Originality/value: The novelty of this research is the establishment of a theoretical model for De-radicalization programs based on a synthesis of case studies with various complexities and variables originating from different countries with different origins and different challenges. In order to provide suggestions for decision-makers that are more comprehensive, adaptable, and representative

ABSTRACT
Films have many types of genres, films are not only for
entertainment but have a purpose for education and are able to convey
the message of da'wah it contains. In its context, preaching can not
only be done behind the nimbar, but can be done through media such
as films. The film 'Tilik' is a Javanese short film with an Islamic
genre, produced by Ravacana Films in 2018 and directed by Wahyu
Agung Parasetyo based on a screenplay by Bagus Sumartono. Tilik
has the meaning of "visiting", where this film has many da'wah
messages contained in the story. Therefore, this film is very relevant
to raise about the values of goodness in society and culture in
Indonesia. As is the case with the film 'Tilik' which has a hidden
meaning that the director wants to convey to the audience through
interesting scenes, narrations, characters and plots to be studied more
deeply. This film became famous because of its story which is
considered to be in accordance with the life of today's society. The
film Tilik tells about a group of women who are on their way in a
truck to the hospital to visit Bu Lurah. On the way, one of the main
characters, Mrs. Tejo, was busy talking about a woman named Dian.
Dian is a village flower in the village.
The focus of the problem that will be examined in this thesis
is how the message of da'wah is represented in the film with the aim
of knowing and understanding the signs of the message of da'wah
contained in it, so this semiotic analysis is carried out to examine the
representation of the message of da'wah contained in the film. The
method used in analyzing the research data is descriptive qualitative
analysis with the type of library research (library research). Primary
data sources were obtained from YouTube and secondary data
obtained through observation and documentation methods, then the
data were analyzed using Roland Barthes' Semiotics theory which
emphasized two levels of signification, namely the denotation stage
and the connotation stage.
The results of this study can be concluded that the research
found by the author is that in the film there are signs of values and
messages of good da'wah presented by the characters through scenes
in the film, namely messages of moral, sharia, and aqidah da'wah. The
message of moral da'wah is in the form of advice to respect each
other's differences and similarities, helping each other, maintaining
harmony between humans, recommendations for checking
information that is clear (tabayyun), recommendations for obeying
regulations, prohibitions for slander, prohibitions for do (backbiting),
v
and prohibition to have bad prejudice (su'udzon). Then the sharia
message is in the form of a prohibition on taking bribes and
suggestions for praying at the right time. Finally, the message of faith
in the form of a prohibition to do evil deeds to everyone.
