The Roles of Information Technology in Islamic Bank Knowledge Management: A study of Two Syariah Banks in Palu
Information technology has been considered as a vital tool for modern organizations to support their knowledge management projects. Previous studies have found that success knowledge management projects were supported by various information technology infrastructures. They addressed how information technology has succesfully implemented to support knowledge management project within conventional banks. However, limited study has been proposed regarding how information technology play roles in support knowledge management project within Islamic banks. Through the case study approach, the author studied the use of information technology for knowledge management process within two Bank Syariah (Bank Mandiri and Bank BNI Syariah) in Palu Central Sulawesi. The author collected data through observation, written material, and in-depth interviews with key informants from both banks. The findings show that information technology infrastructures have played important roles in support knowledge management projects within the Islamic banks. Those information technology infrastructures includes internet, intranet, websites, communication application such as email, and social media. This study sheds light and provides new insight on how information technology has succesfully used to support knowledge management within Islamic banks. The results benefits both academic and practioners in Islamic banks and knowledge managemet area. As the social media was an important finding for knowledge management in Islamic banks, future research need to focus on how social media should be used for knowledge management projects in Islamic bank

The discussion in this study tries to reveal everything related to women\u27s freedom in doing activities outside the home, but she also has several religious regulations that follow and limit. This articel aims to explain the positive legal views towards Iddah and Ihdad career women, and to explain the Islamic legal views towards Iddah and Ihdad career women. The author uses the library research method or library research. Based on the research results, it can be concluded that the stipulation of Iddah and Ihdad laws for women is reasonable, both in terms of religion and in terms of goodness for women. However, several prohibitions for a woman who practices iddah and ihdad can find several reasons to become a law that is appropriate in every era and situation

The development of fiber optic network infrastructure in campus environments is becoming increasingly important along with the increasing need for bandwidth to access increasingly high levels of internet content. However, the implementation of this infrastructure is not free from risks which need to be managed well so that the implementation process can run smoothly. Therefore, the author aims to carry out a risk management analysis of implementing fiber optic networks on the IAIN Lhokseumawe campus environment. This research methodology uses a qualitative approach with the steps of risk identification, risk analysis, risk assessment and risk management. The results of this research include identification of risks that may occur during the implementation process, risk analysis, and recommendations for managing these risks. The case study describes the condition of existing network infrastructure, fiber optic network topology planning, and identification of information technology (IT) risks that need attention. Both the six-coordinate THF adduct 1-THF and the five-coordinate THF-free complex 1 are in a high-spin S = 3/2 configuration in the ground state and have been structurally characterized by X-ray crystallography. These two Co(II) starting materials react rapidly with aryl azides of moderate steric bulk. The thermodynamic products of these reactions are low-spin, diamagnetic, Co(III) amido complexes that are either monomeric, when an external hydrogen atom source such as 1,4-cydohexadiene is Present, or dimeric products formed via C-C coupling of the azide aryl group and internal transfer of H-. to the nitrogen. These products are fully characterized and are tare, examples of octahedral CO amid compounds; structural determinations reveal significant pytarrndalization of the amido nitrogens due to pi-pi repulsion wherein the amido is primarily a sigma donor. The amido products arise from highly reactive Co(III) imido radical intermediates that are the kinetic products of the reactions of 1 or 1-THF with the azide reagents. The imido radicals, can be detected by X-band EPR spectroscopy and have been probed by density functional theory computations, which indicate that this doublet species is characterized by a high degree of spin localization on the imido ligand, accounting for the reactivity with hydrogen atom sources and dimerization chemistry observed. The high coordination number and the electron rich nature of the dianionic B(2)Pz(4)Py ligand framework render the imido ligand formed highly reactive

It is a process that applies the principles of creative, dynamic, critical, freedom, respect, broad engagement and innovative patterns of thinking among students and teachers or educators. The idea of democratic learning was firstly introduced by John Dewey. He believed that education should not be understood as a merely means of transferring knowledge and culture, rather it is a process of inculcation moral values (democratic values) to the new generation. This paper tries to analyze John Dewey's idea from Islamic perspective. According to the author, Dewey's idea is congruent with Islamic teachings
