Le difficoltà che sovente incontrano fanno sì che le loro scelte scolastiche siano più frequentemente votate al rapido ingresso nel mondo del lavoro, quando non incorrono in situazioni che li conducono a non studiare e a non lavorare. L'articolo intende mettere a fuoco la non corrispondenza tra teoria e prassi istituzionali, la quale tradisce i dettati delle carte internazionali e della Costituzione, impedendo la piena realizzazione di tante e tanti giovani.EnThe current regulation of the right to education within the Italian legal framework presents various challenges for young people with a migratory background. The hardships they often encounter lead them to make educational choices more frequently aimed at a quick entry into the workforce, or they may find themselves in situations where they neither study nor work. This article seeks to highlight the mismatch between theory and institutional practices, which undermines the principles of international charters and the Constitution, preventing the full development of many young people

No full textPlay, in the school environment, represented by motor education, over time proves to be a valid "teaching tool" in the educational process, as it is capable of having a strong impact on the development of pupils (Colella, Ladogana, Monacis, 2024). Thanks to its interdisciplinary character, and the ability to be an element in the development of the child, physical education is a subject that attracts the attention of numerous disciplines such as pedagogy, psychology, anthropology, etc. The results of this empirical research highlight how much motor education, through play and interdisciplinarity, affects the development of motor skills, cooperation, respect for others, control of emotions and the ability to express them in a socially acceptable way
