Detecting high creative potential in school-age children with the EPoC test
No full textThe recognised educational opportunities to stimulate children\u27s creative potential make the early identification of creativity an important research challenge. The aim of the present study was to investigate the creative potential of school-aged children in France and Slovenia. The Evaluation of Potential Creativity (EPoC) battery was used to measure creative potential through eight divergent-exploratory and convergent-integrative creative thinking tasks in the graphic and verbal domains. The results show that creative giftedness is rather rare according to the type of thinking process (divergent vs. integrative), and it is best characterised by a domain-specific approach to creativity (verbal vs. graphic) compared to four EPoC thinking process-domain specific indices, regardless of the educational context. In both countries, the results show that there is no specific subtype of process-domain giftedness that is more common than another. Differences in age and educational context are highlighted. Finally, tailored educational interventions are proposed to promote children\u27s creativity
Design of a manual assembly line EC740
No full textV diplomskem delu je obravnavana tematika priprave dokumentacije za prvo ročno montažno linijo v podjetju, namenjeno sestavi motorja EC740. Kot izhodišče je bil izdelan podroben popis stanja elektronsko komutiranega motorja v obliki drevesne strukture in kosovne liste, na podlagi katerih so bili pripravljeni diagrami poteka štirih faz montaže. Na podlagi diagramov je bil oblikovan tloris postavitve linije z omejitvami, ki jih je bilo potrebno upoštevati pri zasnovi in opisu toka materiala. Izdelani so bili operacijski postopki ter navodila za varno delo. Rezultat naloge je bil celovit koncept dokumentacije, ki omogoča preglednost procesa, enotno izvedbo montaže ter podlago za razvoj podobnih ročnih linij.In this thesis, the topic of preparing documentation for the fist manual assembly line in the company, intended for the assembly of the EC740 motor, is addressed. As a starting point, a detailed description of the motor was created in the form of tree structures and bill of materials, based on which process flow charts of the four assembly phases were prepared. Based on these diagrams, a layout of the line was designed, considering the necessary constraints and including a description of the material flow. Furthermore, operating procedures and safety instructions were developed. The result of the thesis is a comprehensive documentation concept that ensures process transparency, uniform execution of assembly, and a foundation for the development of similar manual assembly lines

No full textV svoji magistrski nalogi se ukvarjam s pogledi na žensko telo skozi zgodovino in kako nanj gledamo danes. Bolj podrobno izpostavim lepotne ideale nekoč in danes, ker tudi sama delujem na področju modnega sveta in se s temi vprašanji često soočam. Ukvarjam se z vprašanji, kaj pomeni popolnost ženskega telesa in kako lahko s podobo ženskega telesa sporočamo in problematiziramo družbeno stvarnost. Pišem tudi o (ne)sprejemanju ženskega telesa ter nenazadnje ženske same, in o položaju ženske, natančneje mestu njenega telesa v družbi. Zanima me ravno to, kako sama ženska dojema svoj duh in svoje telo. Zame sta to dve neločljivi stvari, saj eno brez drugega za doživljanje sveta, ustvarjanje in »kreiranje« novih življenj ni mogoče
Praktični del magistrske naloge je seveda vseskozi prepleten s teoretičnim delom. Skozi praktični del skušam predstaviti temo ženskega telesa, poglede nanj, predvsem pa lepotne ideale. Skušala sem ujeti razumevanje popolnosti in hkrati disfunkcije oziroma patološkosti ženskega telesa. Vsebinsko in idejno se naslanjam na teoretske zapise, s področij sociologije kulture, filozofske estetike in umetnostne teorije, ter na lastne izkušnje in doživljanja.
Že pri študiju kiparstva me je zanimalo telo, sploh žesnko, zato sem se odločila da pri grafiki nadaljujem z raziskovanjem te tematike. Z reliefnimi upodobitvami telesa se nekako odmikam od ploskovnih upodobitev in s tem skušam doseči preplet grafike in kiparstva. Da bi dobila mehkobo in lahkotnost motivov, sem večino del odtisnila brez barve. Pri mojih delih je zelo pomembna prisotnost svetlobe. Tako kot je pri kiparstvu pomebno, kako gradiš kip po sencah, tako je pri mojih grafičnih odtisih pomemben vpadni kot svetlobe, da lahko odtis sploh vidiš.In my master\u27s thesis, I examine perspectives on the female body throughout history and its perception in contemporary society. I provide a detailed analysis of beauty ideals of the past and present, as my own professional engagement in the field of fashion frequently confronts me with these questions. I explore the notion of what constitutes the »perfection« of the female body and how representations of the female body may serve to communicate and critically engage with social reality. Furthermore, I adress issues of the acceptance of the female body, and ultimately of women themselves, as well as the position of women–specifically the place of the female body within society. My central interest lies in how women perceive their own spirit and body. For me, these two dimensions are inseperable, as neither can exist independently in experiencing the world, engaging in creative processes, or generating new forms of life.
The practical component of my master\u27s thesis is continuously interwoven with its theoretical foundations. Through the practical work, I seek to interrogate the theme of the female body, the manifold perspectives directed toward it, and above all, the ideals of beauty. My intention has been to capture both the cultural construction of perfection and, simultaneously, the dysfunctionality of pathological dimension of the female body. Conceptually and ideationally, my practice draws upon theoretical discourses in cultural sociology, philosophical aesthetics, and art theory, while also remaining deeply informed by my own experiences and embodied encounters.
My earlie studies in sculpture already oriented my attention toward the body – particularly the female body – thus it was a deliberate decision to pursue this investigation further within the field of printmaking. By employing relief representations of the body, I depart from strictly planar visual strategies and thereby attempt to establish a dialogue between printmaking and sculpture. In order to evoke a sense of softness and lightness within the motifs, I chose to print most of the works without colour. Light itself emerges as a constitutive element of my practice. Just as in sculpture the shaping of incidence of light becomes essential, so is important the incoming angle of light with my graphic prints as it is the very condition for the visibility of the prints

Osredotoča se na okoliščine nastanka tovrstnih ilegalnih tiskov, pri čemer vključuje tudi za razumevanje ključne podatke o vsakodnevnem življenju v taboriščih ter zgodovinski pregled slovenskih taboriščnih in zaporniških časopisov. V analizo so vključene pesmi iz časopisov Razsvit, Dahavski poročevalec, Jež za žico, Kibla, Kapucinski toti in Rdeči cvet.This article deals with poetry in the newspapers, journals, and magazines of Slovenian prisoners and camp inmates. It focuses on the circumstances under which such illegal publications or newspapers were created, including key information on everyday life in the camps and a historical overview of Slovenian camp and prison newspapers. The analysis includes poems from the newspapers Razsvit, Dahavski poročevalec, Jež za žico, Kibla, Kapucinski toti, and Rdeči cvet

No full textPrispevek obravnava zapise o slovenski književnosti, ki so bili objavljeni v srbski književni periodiki med letoma 1905 in 1940. Med avtorji teh zapisov so bili srbski literarni zgodovinarji, učenci profesorja Pavleta Popovića: Uroš Džonić, Jovan Babić in Ljubica Janković, pa tudi nekateri slovenski literarni zgodovinarji in publicisti: Ivan Prijatelj, Fran Ilešić, Josip Regali in Tone Potokar. Njihovo predano delo je veliko prispevalo k medsebojnemu spoznavanju obeh narodov. Za razliko od svojega učitelja, ki je menil, daje treba književnost Srbov, Hrvatov in Slovencev proučevati kot celoto, so nekateri njegovi učenci pisali o slovenski književnosti kot posebni nacionalni literaturi.This article deals with observations on Slovenian literature published in Serbian literary journals between 1905 and 1940. Among the authors of these publications were Serbian literary historians, students of Professor Pavle Popović-Uroš Đonić, Jovan Babić, and Ljubica Janković-and Slovenian literary historians and journalists: Ivan Prijatelj, Fran Ilešić, Josip Regali, and Tone Potokar. Their dedicated work greatly contributed to better mutual knowledge between the two nations. Unlike their teacher, who believed that the literature of the Serbs, Croats, and Slovenians should be studied as a whole, his students wrote about Slovenian literature as a separate national literature
Development of an Agent-Based Application for Automated File Management
No full textV diplomski nalogi smo se osredotočili na razvoj sistema za avtomatizirano upravljanje datotek na lokalnih in oddaljenih sistemih ter preverili izvedljivost takšnega pristopa na osebnem računalniku. Pri razvoju smo uporabili modularno arhitekturo, protokol konteksta modela (MCP) in velike jezikovne modele (LLM), tako lokalno nameščene kot oddaljeno dostopne. Razvit sistem omogoča uporabo agentov za interpretacijo uporabniških pozivov in izvajanje datotečnih operacij prek vnaprej definiranih orodij. Analiza delovanja je pokazala, da zaradi omejitev v hitrosti obdelave, števila razpoložljivih orodij in infrastrukturnih zahtev rešitev trenutno še ni primerna za splošno vsakodnevno rabo, vendar se izkazuje kot učinkovit prototip in dobra osnova za nadaljnji razvoj. Povratne informacije razvijalcev programske opreme potrjujejo potencial rešitve, ki jo je z izboljšavami uporabniške izkušnje in domensko prilagoditvijo modelov mogoče nadgraditi v zanesljivo razvojno orodje.In this bachelor’s thesis, we focused on the development of a system for automated file management on local and remote systems and evaluated the feasibility of such an approach on a personal computer. The system was developed using a modular architecture, the Model Context Protocol (MCP), and large language models, both locally deployed and remotely accessible. The resulting system enables the use of agents to interpret user prompts and perform file operations through predefined tools. Performance analysis showed that, due to limitations in processing speed, the number of available tools, and infrastructural requirements, the solution is not yet suitable for general everyday usehowever, it proves to be an effective prototype and a solid foundation for further development. Feedback from software engineers confirms the potential of the solution, which can be evolved into a reliable development tool through improvements in user experience and domain‑specific model adaptation
Effect of water level and tannin inclusion on in vitro degradability and digestibility of soybean meal
No full textOptimizing dietary protein utilization is essential for improving ruminant nutrition, and tannins can reduce the ruminal degradability of soybean meal (SBM) proteins through tannin–protein complex formation, a process enhanced by water. This study evaluated three water levels (1:0.625, 1:1.25, 1:2.5 w/v) combined with chestnut or quebracho tannins at 50 and 100 g/kg on in vitro dry matter (DM) and crude protein (CP) degradability and digestibility of SBM. Increasing water levels significantly reduced crude protein degradability (p < 0.05), with the greatest decline observed for chestnut tannins at 100 g/kg, decreasing from 640 g/kg at the lowest water level to 423 g/kg at the highest. Post-ruminal crude protein digestibility increased slightly with water for this treatment (from 977 to 984 g/kg). Bypass protein content ranged from 138 g/kg (quebracho 100 g/kg, low water) to 563 g/kg (chestnut 100 g/kg, high water), with increases of 20.7% and 22.6% for chestnut tannins at 50 and 100 g/kg, respectively. Bypass protein digestibility improved by up to 4.4%. Dry-matter degradability decreased by 6.8% to 23.5% depending on treatment. These findings demonstrate that water greatly enhances tannin efficacy and highlight its potential for improving protein utilization
Exploring the synergy
No full textThis study explores the intersection of shared and servant leadership in fostering innovation by using bibliometric techniques to analyze 434 scholarly publications. Using co‐citation, co‐word and bibliographic coupling analyses, this study identifies research trends, thematic clusters and gaps in the literature. The results show that while shared and servant leadership have a significant impact on the innovation process, their role is still under‐researched and fragmented. This study contributes to leadership theory by highlighting the role of shared leadership in team‐based collaboration and decentralized decision making, while extending the theoretical foundations of servant leadership in terms of ethical leadership, psychological safety and sustainability of innovation. By integrating these models, we contribute to the development of hybrid leadership approaches that promote a trust‐based culture and context‐sensitive strategies for innovation‐driven organizations. Furthermore, we explore how the transition from hierarchical to shared and servant leadership fosters agility, knowledge sharing and innovation, especially in knowledge‐intensive industries that rely on cross‐functional collaboration. Future research should investigate shared and servant leadership in all phases of the innovation process, especially in the later innovation phases, to address role ambiguity and ensure alignment between people‐centered leadership and strategic innovation requirements.Ta študija preučuje stičišče deljenega in služabniškega vodenja pri spodbujanju inovativnosti z uporabo bibliometričnih tehnik z analizo 434 znanstvenih objav. Z uporabo analiz so‐citiranja, sopojavljanja besed in bibliografske povezanosti študija opredeljuje raziskovalne trende, tematske grozde in vrzeli v literaturi.
Rezultati kažejo, da imata deljeno in služabniško vodenje pomemben vpliv na inovacijski proces, vendar sta njuni vlogi še vedno premalo raziskani in razdrobljeni. Študija prispeva k teoriji vodenja s poudarkom na vlogi deljenega vodenja pri timskem sodelovanju in decentraliziranem odločanju, obenem pa nadgrajuje teoretične temelje služabniškega vodenja v kontekstu etičnega vodenja, psihološke varnosti in trajnostne inovativnosti. Z integracijo obeh modelov prispevamo k razvoju hibridnih pristopov vodenja, ki spodbujajo kulturo, utemeljeno na zaupanju, ter kontekstualno prilagojene strategije za organizacije, us‐
merjene v inovacije. Poleg tega raziskujemo, kako prehod od hierarhičnega k deljenemu in služabniškemu vodenju spodbuja agilnost, izmenjavo znanja in inovativnost – zlasti v panogah, ki temeljijo na znanju in se opirajo na medfunkcijsko sodelovanje. Opiram se na feministično teorijo o patriarhalnem pogledu in opisujem, kako popularni mediji in marketing z upodabljanjem spolov krojijo lepotno opresijo.
Praktični del naloge predstavlja razstavo Ko vidiš moje umetne trepalnice, ali si predstavljaš mojo pobrito p****?, v kateri preko med seboj povezanih multimedijskih umetniških del skušam skozi humoren, oseben in kritičen pogled prikazati vizualna razmišljanja o temah v diplomski nalogi. V delih prepletam osebno izkušnjo in se igram s feminilnim lepotnim idealom brezdlačnosti, ki predstavlja družbeno vizualno vodilo za spol.In the thesis, I am analysing the representation of women with examples from art history, film theory, popular media and marketing, trying to understand what is the image of women in capitalism. The text is based on a feminist theory of patriarchal gaze and describes how the popular media and marketing are creating the beauty oppression with gender representation.
The practical part of the thesis is an exhibition, “When you see my fake lashes, do you imagine my shaved p****. I will represent a few interconnected multi-media artworks. The works represent the visual thinking of the topics represented in the textual part of the thesis. In the works I use a humorous, personal and critical approach, which is inspired by personal experience. I am playing with the concept of social and visual guidelines related mostly to hairless ideals and gender identity
