Genealogy of Mykhayl Semenko: ancestors
No full textМета публікації – дослідити генеалогію основоположника українського футуризму Михайля Семенка за неопублікованими спогадами його матері, письменниці Марії Степанівни Проскури, що зберігаються у відділі рукописних фондів і текстології Інституту літератури ім. Т. Шевченка НАНУ (Ф. 55, од. зб.: 210, 211, 212), порівняти висвітлені в них факти з відомими архівними документами (сповідними розписами, купчими записками, планами межувань, сучасними працями краєзнавців тощо). Методологія досліджень спирається на історико-документальні (зокрема архівні) пошуки з використанням біографічного, бібліографічного, культурно-історичного та генеалогічного підходів. Новизна досліджень полягає в тому, що вперше проаналізовано факти про походження М. Семенка з неопублікованих записів матері поета як тих, що історично підтверджені, так і тих, що є родинними легендами, до яких належать: дружина-туркеня в прапрадіда письменника, походження бабусі письменника від Д. Трощинського. У тексті вперше подається образ Д. Трощинського у рецепції М. Проскури та односельців з огляду на класову «демонізацію» кріпосника та власника с. Кибинці на початку ХХ ст. Висновки. На основі дослідження фактів, поданих у записах М. Проскури, а також документів із архівних збірок та з родинного архіву Семенків, встановлено походження батька письменника, В. Семенка, з с. Яреськи Миргородського повіту, визначено географічну локалізацію розміщення його житла в селі. На основі фактажу в записках матері письменника досліджено генеалогію діда письменника по її лінії, який походив із кибинського роду козаків Проскуренків. Окремим предметом дослідження в статті є перевірка гіпотези про походження матері Михайля Семенка від державного діяча та українського мецената Дмитра Прокоповича Трощинського, зроблена на основі джерел про факти життя Д. Трощинського та фактів, наведених у записах М. Проскури.The purpose of the publication is to investigate the genealogy of the founder of Ukrainian panfuturism, Mykhayl Semenko, according to the unpublished memoirs of his mother, the writer Maria Stepanivna Proskura, stored in the department of manuscript collections and textology of the T. Shevchenko Institute of literature of the National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine (F. 55, st. un.: 210, 211, 212), compare facts highlighted in them with known archival documents (confessions, merchant notes, demarcation plans, modern works of local historians, etc.). Research methodology is based on historical-documentary (in particular archival) searches using biographical, bibliographic, cultural-historical and genealogical approaches. The novelty of the research lies in the fact that for the first time an analysis of the facts about the origin of M. Semenko, from the unpublished records of the poetʼs mother, both those that are historically confirmed and those that are family legends, which includes: the presence of a Turkish wife in the greatgreat- grandfather the writer, the origin of the writerʼs grandmother from D. Troschinsky In the text, for the first time, the image of D.P. Troshchynsky vision by M. Proskura at the beginning of the 20th c. is presented, against the background of the proletarian «demonization» of theserf and the owner of the Kybintsi village. Conclusions. On the basis of the research of the facts presented in records of M. Proskura, as well as documents from archival collections and from the family archive of the Semenko, the origin of the writerʼs father, V. Semenko, from the village of Yareski, Myrhorod district, was established, and the geographical location of his house in the village was determined. Based on the evidence in the records of the writerʼs mother, the genealogy of the writerʼs maternal grandfather, from the Proskurenko cossack family of Kybintsi, was researched. A separate subject of discussion in the article is the study of the possible origin of Mykhayl Semenko mother from the statesman and patron of Ukrainian culture Dmytro Prokopovych Troshchynskyi. The analysis of the possibility of this fact was made on the basis of the bibliographical facts of the life of D. Troshchynsky and facts given in the records of M. Proskura
Provision of Economic Security with Labor Resources on the Basis of Sustainability
No full textВ статті обґрунтовуються концептуальні засади трудоресурсної безпеки, її сутність та значення для стратегії економічної безпеки України в умовах тривалого воєнного стану та повоєнній відбудові країни. Визначено значущість стійкого рівня трудоресурсної безпеки для ефективного функціонування та розвитку національної економіки. Розкрито проблеми гострого дефіциту робочої сили, які виникли як наслідок проблем, що існували до повномасштабного вторгнення, та поглибились через людські втрати й міграційні процеси, спричинені війною. Обґрунтовано необхідність глибокої та комплексної інтеграції трудоресурсної безпеки в складові економічної безпеки держави: макроекономічну, фінансову, науково-технічну, виробничу, соціальну, демографічну та регіональну безпеку. Пропонуються стратегічні напрями, спрямовані на подолання загроз у трудовій сфері на засадах стійкості. Рекомендовано врахувати трудоресурсну безпеку в структурі складових в Стратегії економічної безпеки до 2030 року та в Плані заходів з реалізації національної системи стійкості. Аргументовано доцільність розробки та впровадження ефективних механізмів управління трудовими ресурсами, а також створення сприятливих умов для їх відновлення та подальшого розвитку.The article substantiates the conceptual foundations of labor resource security, its essence and significance for the strategy of economic security of Ukraine under conditions of prolonged martial law and post-war reconstruction of the country. The significance of a stable level of labor resource security for the effective functioning and development of the national economy is determined. The problems of acute labor shortages that arose from the problems that existed before a full-scale invasion are investigated. These problems are significantly exacerbated by human losses and migration processes caused by war. The need for deep and comprehensive integration of labor resource security into the components of the economic security of the state is substantiated, namely: into the macroeconomic, financial, scientific, technical, industrial, social, demographic and regional security. Strategic areas of activity aimed at overcoming threats in the labor sphere on the basis of sustainability are proposed. It is recommended to include labor resources security into the structure of components of the Strategy for Economic Security until 2030 and into the Action Plan for the Implementation of the National Sustainability System. The expediency of developing and implementing effective mechanisms for managing human resources, as well as creating favorable conditions for their restoration and further development, has been substantiated

No full textУ доповіді наголошено, що впродовж уже понад 10 років, унаслідок розв’язаної РФ війни, Україна зазнає колосальних людських втрат, пов’язаних з різким зниженням народжуваності, зростанням смертності як серед військових, так і серед цивільних, включно з дітьми, окупацією значної частини території та масовим відпливом населення за кордон, особливо в першій половині 2022 р. Ця ситуація актуалізує наукові дослідження, спрямовані на оцінювання втрат людського капіталу в Україні, вивчення чинників, що впливають на них, а також на пошук шляхів відновлення та компенсування погіршення кількісних параметрів людського капіталу.The report emphasizes that for more than 10 years, as a result of the war unleashed by the Russian Federation, Ukraine has been suff ering enormous human losses associated with a sharp decline in birth rates, an increase in mortality among both military and civilians, including children, the occupation of a large part of its territory and a massive outfl ow of people abroad, especially in the first half of 2022. Th is situation calls for scientific research aimed at assessing the loss of human capital in Ukraine, studying the factors that influence it, and finding ways to restore and compensate for the deterioration of the quantitative parameters of human capital
“Fiction on a scientific basis”: a hypothetical reconstruction of prehistory in Dokiya Humenna’s prose. Part two
No full textСтаттю присвячено дослідженню художнього циклу праісторичної прози Докії Гуменної еміграційного періоду, зокрема повістей «Велике Цабе» (1948; 1952) і «Небесний змій» (1982), роману «Золотий плуг» (1968), у яких письменниця реконструювала матеріальний і духовний світ трипільців, стародавньоямників і скіфів. Мета статті: проаналізувати жанрово-стильові й проблемно-тематичні особливості згаданих творів, визначити їх місце в художній спадщині авторки і роль у формуванні жанру наукової белетристики в українській літературі, простежити зв’язок мистецької візії письменниці з її науковими студіями. Методологічну основу дослідження становлять порівняльно-історичний (для розгляду текстів у синхронічному й діахронічному аспектах), історико-функціональний (для вивчення індивідуального стилю й жанрових рис твору), інтер- і міжтекстуальний (для аналізу різних типів узаємозв’язків між текстами), а також біографічний (для розуміння чинників, що вплинули на формування світогляду, художніх і наукових задумів письменниці) підходи. Наукова новизна розвідки полягає в тому, що в ній уперше здійснено комплексний аналіз художнього циклу праісторичної прози Д. Гуменної, зокрема в контексті жанру наукової белетристики, а також досліджено спосіб художнього втілення її авторського бачення прадавнього минулого. Підсумовано, що Д. Гуменна своєрідно поєднала дослідницьку рефлексію з письменницькою уявою, інтуїцією та ерудицією, створивши власний оригінальний стиль, що зберігає баланс між науковим підходом і художнім експериментом. Доведено, що науково-художня гібридність, автобіографічні мотиви, посилена інтертекстуальність і культурологічна багатовимірність є невід’ємними елементами проаналізованих текстів.The paper examines the fiction cycle of prehistoric prose by Dokiya Humenna written during emigration period, specifically novellas «The Great Tsabe» (1952), «The Celestial Serpent» (1982), and the novel «The Golden Plow» (1968). In these works, the author artistically reconstructed the material and spiritual worlds of Trypillians, Yamna (Pit grave) сulture, and Scythians. The purpose of the study is to analyze the genre, stylistic, thematic, and problematic features of these works, to determine their place within the author’s literary legacy and their role in shaping the genre of scientific fiction in Ukrainian literature, as well as to trace the connections between Dokiya Humenna’s artistic vision and her scholarly research. The methodological framework of the study includes comparative-historical (to explore the texts in synchronic and diachronic perspectives), historical-functional (to analyze the individual style and genre-specific traits of the works), intertextual and intratextual (to study different types of interconnections between texts), and biographical (to understand the factors that influenced the formation of the writer’s worldview, artistic and scientific intentions) approaches. The scientific novelty of the study lies in its first-ever comprehensive analysis of Dokiya Humenna’s prehistoric prose cycle, particularly within the context of the science fiction genre. The study also investigates the ways in which the author artistically conveys her vision of ancient history. The conclusions highlight that Dokiya Humenna uniquely merged scholarly inquiry with literary imagination, intuition, and erudition, crafting a distinctive style that balances historical reconstruction with artistic experimentation. It has been determined that the analyzed texts are characterized by a unique blend of scientific and artistic hybridity, autobiographical motifs, enhanced intertextuality, and cultural multidimensionality as integral components of their structure
Balkan Case: Contradictions, Problems and Possibilities of Applying the Experience of Post-War Development of Kosovo for Ukraine

Аналіз та застосування досвіду країн, які вже пройшли посткризові періоди турбулентності, особливо у співставних періодах часу, є обов’язковими для аналізу та можливого застосування. Показові аспекти таких форс-мажорних подій варто вивчати та використовувати у якості предикторів повоєнного планування розвитку економіки і соціальної сфери в Україні. Так, детальний розгляд перебігу подій на Балканах та детально у Косово, дає можливість констатувати певні бенчмарки (показники) релевантності балканської кризи до актуальних аспектів розвитку України: міграційні, демографічні, правові, питання політичного врегулювання конфлікту тощо. Саме це детермінує необхідність аналіз та наведення можливих рекомендацій для плідності та ефективності кроків повоєнного відновлення економіки України. Матеріалами статті виділено пул проблем та наявний потенціал Косова, проілюстровано заходи державної підтримки розвитку підприємництва та міжнародної взаємодії для припинення військового конфлікту, інституційну ґенезу Косова. Продемонстровано у кількісному вимірі сучасний стан економіки Косова як синергетичний результат суспільних зусиль багатьох стейкхолдерів. Наведено висновки перебігу та розв’язання балканської кризи для повоєнного розвитку України. Особливої уваги приділено можливим сценаріям врегулювання військової фази завдяки вже існуючим та апробованим лекалам Дейтонських угод як важливої рамкової віхи на шляху від мирного врегулювання до багатовимірного партнерства.The basic factors for Ukraine's post-war recovery are security, stability, effective strategy focused on sustainable development, and the ability to attract investment resources. The analysis and application of the experience of countries that have already gone through post-crisis periods of turbulence, especially in comparable periods of time, are essential for analysis and possible application. The indicative aspects of such force majeure events should be studied and used as predictors for post-war planning of economic and social development in Ukraine. Thus, a detailed examination of the course of events in the Balkans, and in Kosovo in particular, makes it possible to establish certain benchmarks (indicators) of the relevance of the Balkan crisis to the current aspects of Ukraine's development: migration, demographics, legal issues, political settlement of the conflict, etc. This determines the need to analyse and provide possible recommendations for the fruitfulness and effectiveness of steps towards the post-war recovery of Ukraine's economy. The article highlights a pool of problems and the existing potential of Kosovo, illustrates measures of state support for the development of entrepreneurship and international cooperation to end the military conflict, and the institutional genesis of Kosovo. It demonstrates in quantitative terms the current state of Kosovo's economy as a synergistic result of the social efforts of many stakeholders. Conclusions are drawn about the course and resolution of the Balkan crisis for Ukraine's post-war development. Particular attention is paid to possible scenarios for resolving the military phase thanks to the existing and proven models of the Dayton Accords as an important framework milestone on the path from peaceful settlement to multidimensional partnership

Вєркіна НАН України, можуть бути застосовані до побудови глибоких нейронних мереж.The report is devoted to recent results in the field of Artificial Intelligence and Neural Networks (NNs), both based on the spectral properties of random matrices. Nowadays, the development of Artificial Intelligence is skyrocketing, but we still lack an understanding of how it works. One of the modern approaches to solving this problem is the application of advanced mathematical theories, in particular, Random Matrix Theory. We present our results on the spectral properties of random matrices, obtained at the Department of Mathematical Physics at B. Verkin Institute for Low Temperature Physics and Engineering of the National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine. These matrices are closely connected with NNs: weight matrices of trained NNs could be represented in the form W = R + S, where R is random and S is deterministic. The spectrum of such matrices plays a key role in the rigorous underpinning of the novel pruning technique based on Random Matrix Theory
