No full textУ доповіді розглянуто проблему дослідження найдавнішої української рукописної спадщини й необхідність подальшого опублікування українських пам’яток, які слід супроводжувати ґрунтовними науковими кодикологічно-палеографічними та орфографічно-мовознавчими студіями. Наголошено на необхідності викриття заідеологізованих і, по суті, ненаукових поглядів російських учених на культурно-мовну спадщину Русі, які вони поширюють у світовій гуманітаристиці, нав’язуючи викривлений міф про те, що аж до XIV ст. українці, росіяни й білоруси начебто мали спільну давньоруську культуру, давньоруську мову і давньоруську писемність, спадкоємцем яких стала Московія-Росія. Спростування цієї псевдонаукової позиції залишається одним із найбільш актуальних завдань українських науковців-гуманітаріїв.The report considers the problem of researching the most ancient Ukrainian manuscript heritage and the need for further publication of Ukrainian manuscripts, accompanying them with thorough scientific codicological, paleographic, orthographic, and linguistic studies. The author emphasizes the need to expose the ideologized and, in fact, unscientific views of Russian scientists on the cultural and linguistic heritage of Rus, which they spread in the world humanities, imposing a false myth that until the 14th century Ukrainians, Russians and Belarusians allegedly shared a common Old Russian culture, Old Russian language and Old Russian writing, which Muscovy-Russia inherited. Refuting this pseudo-scientific position remains one of the most urgent tasks for Ukrainian humanities scholars
Peculiarities of the Project Management Methodology for the Development and Security of Business Processes of IT Business Entities in the Context of European Integration Challenges
No full textСтаття присвячена аналізу особливостей використання методології проджект-менеджменту розвитку та безпеки бізнес-процесів суб'єктів ІТ-бізнесу в умовах євроінтеграційних викликів та невизначеності. Досліджено коло особливих аспектів проектного підходу для безпеки-бізнес процесів та обґрунтовано теоретико-методологічні засади дослідження методології проджект-менеджменту для інтеграції бізнес-процесів та безпеки в умовах євроінтеграції та розвитку інформаційних технологій, як ключових факторів успіху сучасного бізнесу. Визначено ключові принципи та інструменти управління проектами з інтеграції бізнес-процесів та безпеки, обґрунтовано практичні рекомендації з методології проєктного управління для розвитку та безпеки ІТ-бізнесу. Сформовано підходи власного бачення особливостей використання проектного підходу розвитку та безпеки бізнес-процесів суб'єктів ІТ-бізнесу в умовах євроінтеграційних викликів. Виконано аналіз наукових публікацій для розуміння нового тренду у зміні підходу до бізнесу, трансформації ринку ІТ-сфери, використання методології проєктного управління, гібридних технологій та технологій штучного інтелекту. В умовах євроінтеграційних викликів та невизначеності обґрунтовано особливості методології проєктного підходу розвитку та безпеки ІТ-бізнесу побудованої на пріоритетах посилення кадрового потенціалу на ключових цінностях сприяння бізнесового та особистого розвитку з використанням гібридних технологій проектного управління. Доведено залежність розвитку ІТ-компаній від попиту на їх послуги/продукти в умовах війни. Зазначено роль бізнес-аналізу поточного стану і бізнес-потреб компанії у стратегії впровадження змін для поєднання процесного та проєктного підходів.The article is devoted to the analysis of the features of using the project management methodology for the development and security of business processes of IT business entities in the context of European integration challenges and uncertainty. The article examines a range of special aspects of the project approach for the security of business processes and substantiates the theoretical and methodological principles of researching the project management methodology for the integration of business processes and security in the context of European integration and the development of information technologies, as key factors for the success of modern business. The key principles and tools of project management for the integration of business processes and security are determined, and practical recommendations on the project management methodology for the development and security of IT business are substantiated. The approaches of one's own vision of the features of using the project approach to the development and security of business processes of IT business entities in the conditions of European integration challenges were formed. An analysis of scientific publications was performed to understand the new trend in changing the approach to business, transforming the IT market, using project management methodology, hybrid technologies and artificial intelligence technologies. In the conditions of European integration challenges and uncertainty, the features of the methodology of the project approach to the development and security of IT business, built on the priorities of strengthening human resources on the key values of promoting business and personal development using hybrid project management technologies, were substantiated. The dependence of the development of IT companies on the demand for their services/products in war conditions was proven. The role of business analysis of the current state and business needs of the company in the strategy for implementing changes to combine process and project approaches was indicated
Innovation and Strategic Security of the Development of Grain Enterprises of Ukraine in the Minds of Military Weeks
No full textУ статті досліджено трансформацію функціонування зернових підприємств України в умовах повномасштабної війни, а також обґрунтовано необхідність інноваційно-стратегічного підходу до забезпечення їх розвитку. Показано, що війна спричинила різке скорочення посівних площ, падіння урожайності основних культур, порушення логістики та значні економічні втрати, що поставило під загрозу рентабельність і стабільність галузі. Автори акцентують увагу на потребі у впровадженні новітніх технологій, адаптивному управлінні ресурсами та цифрових інструментах як чинниках збереження продуктивності агровиробництва. Проаналізовано динаміку урожайності зернових культур у 2019–2023 роках, розкрито залежність результативності виробництва від зовнішніх (військові дії, обмеження експорту, логістика) і внутрішніх (технологічна база, доступ до фінансів, кадровий потенціал) чинників. Результати аналізу засвідчили неоднорідність розвитку галузі: великі агрохолдинги зберегли високий рівень технологічної оснащеності, натомість малі та середні господарства зазнали значних втрат та обмежень у впровадженні інновацій. Уточнено стратегічні напрями підтримки галузі, серед яких: розвиток логістики, державна підтримка, страхування ризиків, підготовка кадрів і проактивне впровадження інновацій. Результати дослідження мають практичну цінність для формування політики післявоєнного відновлення аграрного сектору України та розробки механізмів стійкого функціонування зернового ринку. В умовах воєнного конфлікту забезпечення стабільності зернового сектору потребує комплексних, скоординованих дій як на рівні підприємств, так і на державному рівні. Подальші дослідження доцільно спрямувати на конкретизацію механізмів реалізації інноваційно-стратегічних заходів та аналіз їхньої економічної ефективності з метою формування стійкої моделі розвитку зернових підприємств України в сучасних реаліях.The article examines the transformation of grain enterprises in Ukraine under a full-scale war. It substantiates the need for an innovative and strategic approach to ensuring their development. It is shown that the war caused a sharp reduction in sown areas, a drop in the yield of principal crops, disruption of logistics, and significant economic losses, which jeopardised the profitability and stability of the industry. The authors focus on introducing new technologies, adaptive resource management, and digital tools as factors for maintaining agricultural productivity. The dynamics of grain crop yields in 2019–2023 are analysed, revealing the dependence of production efficiency on external (military actions, export restrictions, logistics) and internal (technological base, access to finance, human resources) factors. The analysis results showed the heterogeneity of the development of the industry: extensive agricultural holdings have maintained a high level of technological equipment. At the same time, small and medium-sized farms have suffered significant losses and restrictions in implementing innovations. Strategic areas of support for the industry have been specified, including the development of logistics, state support, risk insurance, personnel training, and proactive implementation of innovations. The study results have practical value for forming a policy for the post-war restoration of the agricultural sector of Ukraine and the development of mechanisms for the sustainable functioning of the grain market. In the context of military conflict, ensuring the stability of the grain sector requires comprehensive, coordinated actions both at the enterprise and state levels. Further research should specify the mechanisms for implementing innovative and strategic measures and analyze their economic efficiency to form a sustainable model for developing grain enterprises in Ukraine in modern realities

No full textУ дослідженні розкрито ключові аспекти до забезпечення економіко-інформаційної безпеки та захисту даних у блокчейн мережі для цифрових активів як драйвер управління потенціалом фінансово-економічної стійкості підприємства. Обґрунтовано необхідність пошуку напрямів удосконалення щодо розробки ефективних механізмів управління потенціалом фінансово-економічної стійкості, які б враховували специфіку функціонування в умовах децентралізованих систем. Представлено модель інтегральної оцінки рівня економічної безпеки підприємства та концептуальну модель стратегій впровадження засобів економічної безпеки. Розглянута можливість розгортання блокчейн мережі для ефективного обміну та захисту даних у процесі функціонування цифровими активами з використанням фреймворку Hyperledger Fabric. Проаналізовано схематичне представлення будови вузла мережі Ethereum, діаграми послідовності для здійснення транзакції в блокчейн мережі та роботи смарт контракту. Запропонована трансформаційна модель агрегованого організаційно-економічного механізму управління потенціалом фінансово-економічної стійкості підприємства.The study reveals the key aspects of ensuring economic and information security and data protection in a blockchain network for digital assets as a driver of managing the financial and economic stability potential of an enterprise. The necessity of identifying improvement directions in the development of effective mechanisms for managing financial and economic stability potential is substantiated, taking into account the specifics of functioning under decentralized systems. A model for the integral assessment of an enterprise’s economic security level and a conceptual model of strategies for implementing economic security tools are presented. The possibility of deploying a blockchain network for effective data exchange and protection in the operation of digital assets using the Hyperledger Fabric framework is considered. The schematic structure of an Ethereum network node, sequence diagrams for executing transactions in a blockchain network, and smart contract functionality are analyzed. A transformational model of the aggregated organizational and economic mechanism for managing the potential of an enterprise's financial and economic stability is proposed
