ANALISIS KEPEMIMPINAN TRANSFORMASIONAL DAN PENGEMBANGAN SUMBERDAYA MANUSIA TERHADAP KINERJA PEGAWAI PADA DINAS PEKERJAAN UMUM PROVINSI SULAWESI TENGGARA
The purpose of the study was to analyze the effect of transformational leadership and human resource development on the performance of employees of the Public Works Office of Southeast Sulawesi Province. The design of this study is associative explanative research. The population of this study was a staff of the Public Works Agency of the Southeast Sulawesi Province. The study sample was selected by cluster random sampling according to the level of education using the Taro Yamane formula. Thus a sample of 88 people. Besides that, 8 informants were used. Data collection using questionnaires, interviews and documentation. Data analysis using multiple linear regression analysis followed by t-test (partial) and F test (simultaneous). The results of the study show that: (1) Transformational leadership has a significant effect on the performance of employees of the Public Works Office of Southeast Sulawesi Province. (2) The development of human resources observed through the dimensions of education and training has a significant effect on the performance of employees of the Public Works Office of Southeast Sulawesi Province. (3) Transformational leadership and human resource development simultaneously have a significant effect on the performance of employees of the Public Works Office of Southeast Sulawesi Province.
Understanding The Canadian Foreign Policy Ratified Comprehensive and Progressive Agreement for Trans-Pacific Partnership (CPTPP) in 2018
In 2018, Canada decided to ratify one of the Free Trade Agreement in AsiaPacific Region, it was the Comprehensive and Progressive Agreement for Trans-PacificPartnership (CPTPP). This study aims to analyse Canadian policy to join in the CPTPP useNeoliberalism approach by Balaam & Veseth (2005) to see the benefits gained from the freetrade agreement. As well as the national interest concept from Nuechterlein (1976) toanalyse the interests of Canada in ratified CPTPP in 2018. This research method usesqualitative descriptive, where data was collected through interviews and documentation.The results of this study conclude that the policy to ratified the agreement based oneconomic interests where Canada can diversify export markets, achieve tariff eliminationand market expansion
KONTRIBUSI DAN PENGARUH PAJAK RUMAH KOS TERHADAP PENDAPATAN ASLI DAERAH SETELAH PEMBERLAKUAN PERATURAN DAERAH KOTA KENDARI NOMOR 2 TAHUN 2011
Kendari City is the capital of Southeast Sulawesi Province which is a trade centre and centre for higher education. The function of the region triggered the migration of people from outside the Kendari City area to find employment and or continue their education to Higher Education.The movement of residents from outside the city implies a demand for a place to live. One alternative to the residence is the availability of boarding houses. Rental houses can contribute taxes based on Kendari City Regulation No. 2 of 2011 concerning rental house taxes. This study aims to analyze the Contribution and Effect of Housing Tax on Regional Original Revenue during the period 2012-2017 after the enactment of Kendari City Regional Regulation Number 2 of 2011 concerning Regional Taxes. The analysis technique uses descriptive statistics and simple regression using secondary data from Regional Original Income and Kendari City Tax Revenue. Research conclusions: (1) Contribution of rental house tax to Kendari's total original regional income in the very less category, (5) Rental house tax has a significant effect on Kendari's Original Regional Income. IDENTIFIKASI KEMAMPUAN KERJA APARAT DAN PENGARUHNYA TERHADAP KUALITAS PELAYANAN PUBLIK (Studi Kasus di Kecamatan Abeli Kota Kendari)
The purpose of this study is expected to be useful for the development of the concept of quality public services in order to develop lecture material in the field of public administration, and also useful as a contribution of thought to the local government of Kendari City in the form of community service.The population in this study were 203 people, consisting of elements from the village and sub-district government officials and community elements who had received custody services in the last three months (April, May and June 2009). The sample size is calculated according to Yamne formula, by setting precision of 5% and a degree of trust of 95%, then the sample obtained by respondents is 158 people. The sampling of each element is based on a proportional formula then drawn by a simple random sampling technique from each element. Data collection/information, breastfeeding using questionnaires and interviews. Data analysis was performed using tabulation tools, percentages and averages, which were then interpreted to determine the level of influence of variable dimensions of the apparatus' ability on the variable quality of public services in the Abeli District of Kendari City.The results of this study indicate that the condition of the ability of government officials to work in public services in the Abeli District of Kendari City can be illustrated through 3 (three) basic dimensions of apparatus capacity, as follows: (b) Professional technical training possessed by apparatus is classified as high. (c) The work experience of the officers, in general, is less useful because their placement is not relevant to their work experience. With these conditions, the influence of the ability of government officials on the quality of public services in the Abeli District of Kendari City is generally low

This study aims to describe and analyze the implementation of the Building Construction Permit at the Housing Office, Settlement Area and Land of Kendari City.This research method uses a type of qualitative descriptive research that is data and information obtained from research informants and documentation relating to the facts then analyzed by connecting between concepts and facts to answer research problemsThe results of the study show that the implementation of the Building Construction Permit in the Housing, Settlement and Land Offices of Kendari City is included in the category of adequate. Policy implementation variables covering organizational aspects, aspects of interpretation and aspects of the application have been carried out adequately
ANALISIS GAYA KEPEMIMPINAN DALAM MENINGKATKAN MOTIVASI KERJA PEGAWAI PADA DINAS PEKERJAAN UMUM KOTA KENDARI
Thus, this research aims to: (1) To know the leadership style of the Head of Department to improve the employee motivation in Kendari Public Works Department. (2) To know the work motivation of employees at the Kendari Public Works Department.This research is qualitative research, which is research procedure that produces an analytical description of the written word and the behaviour of the object being observed. In this research, the determination of the informant set intentionally. Data was collected using three techniques, namely, observation, interviews and document analysis.The results showed that: 1) the dominant leadership style adopted by the Head of Department of Kendari Public Works is democratic leadership. This is based on interviews and analysis according to each indicator - free leadership style, autocratic, bureaucratic and undemocratic. All informants stated that the Head of the Kendari Public Works Department divides the tasks to subordinates in a fair and equitable, and using collaboration and discussion within the team to discuss the work and decision-making, this is in accordance with democratic leadership style indicator. While other leadership styles, there are several indicators that are not met. 2) Democratic leadership style adopted by the Kendari Head of the Public Works Department has not fully improved employee motivation. This is according to the results of the analysis and interviews on each indicator. As; still lack some office facilities and field facility at the sub-variable leadership attention on employee work environment; still, a lack of employees who follow the Structural Training, take formal education (bachelor and master) on the sub-variable provide opportunities for advanced. PENGARUH PRODUKSI PERUSAHAAN TAMBANG NIKEL TERHADAP KONDISI EKONOMI MASYARAKAT DESA LINGKAR TAMBANG KABUPATEN KONAWE SELATAN (Studi Pada PT. Sambas Minerals Mining)
The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of mining company production on the economic conditions of the community and how the population growth of Koeono Village and Watudemba Village (Mine Circle). The method of determining the sample in this study is Simple Random Sampling. The analytical method used to determine the growth rate of the economic condition of the community is carried out using quantitative descriptive analysis, while to determine the effect of nickel mining company production on economic conditions simple linear regression analysis is used. The results of the research on the economic conditions of the people of Koeono Village and Watudemba Village (Mine Circle) and simple linear regression revealed that nickel mining production had no effect on aspects of community income opportunities, employment opportunities, business opportunities, health, education and lifestyle because the value was far larger than the probability value where the probability value used is 0.05
ANALISIS USAHA TATANIAGA KOPRA DALAM MENINGKATKAN PENDAPATAN KELUARGA DI DESA OENGKAPALA KECAMATAN WAKORUMBA UTARA KABUPATEN BUTON UTARA
his study aims to determine the system of trade in copra business in increasing family income and to find out the obstacles faced by copra craftsmen in increasing family income in the village of Oengkapala, North Wakorumba District, North Buton Regency. Data collection techniques are carried out by means of library research and field research using interview methods, documentation, and observation.Based on the results of the research, the copra marketing channel in the study area has 2 trading channels, a channel I, starting from producers to collecting traders to consumers and channel II starting from producers directly to consumers. Both of these channels have the same goal of distributing copra to consumers. The trading channel used by copra craftsmen in Oompala Village prefers to market their copies through marketing institutions from copra craftsmen to collectors. this can be seen from the five informants that the copra agreement that sold its copy to the collector traders reached 80% while the one who sold the copy to the large traders only reached 20%. the reason copra craftsmen sell their copies to collector traders is the number of marketing costs and lack of transportation. so copra craftsmen. The analysis of the increase in income of copra craftsmen in the village of Oasanala in the harvest season I was less increased while the harvest season II was in the category of increase. In the five selected informants, the copra craftsmen all experienced an increase in income during the second harvest season. because the income of copra crafters is due to, among other things, the difference in the selling price of copra and the difference in the amount of copra production from each coconut harvest season to copra. FAKTOR YANG MEMPENGARUHI IMPLEMENTASI PROGRAM KELUARGA HARAPAN (PKH) DI KECAMATAN POASIA KOTA KENDARI SULAWESI TENGGARA
This study aims to determine factors affecting implementation Hope family program (pkh) in poasia district Kendari City, Southeast Sulawesi. The approach of this research is a qualitative approach with descriptive qualitative research. The technique of collecting data is done through observation, interviews, and documentation. The data analysis technique used consists of data collection, data reduction, data presentation and conclusion drawing. The results of this study indicate that the implementation of the PKH policy in Poasia District, in general, has not been implemented properly based on PKH knowledge and socialization carried out by the facilitator; Validation process in determining PKH participants; The process of distributing PKH funds to PKH recipients is carried out through the channelling bank; The obligation of PKH participants to carry out their obligations has not been well understood; while the factors that influence the implementation of the program do not always affect. The conclusion of the study shows that the implementation of the Family Hope Program policy in Poasia District, in general, has not been implemented well

Due to the problem on how does organization climate influence employee performance faculty of social and politic Haluoleo University, this research aims to analyze whether organization climate influence employee performance or not by proof the hypotheses based on empirical data from faculty of social and politic Haluoleo University, and to analyze significant level of organization climate to employee performance. This research tests several organization climate variable which includes individual autonomy dimension, sanction orientation, visibility of structure and motivation, and also employee performance variables that consist of productivity, served quality, respond, responsibility, accountabilityIn this research, we use descriptive, verification, and correlation analysis to analyze causality of influences by using survey methods to measure and analyze how big the influences of organizational climate to employee performance in faculty of social and politic Haluoleo University. By quantitative approach and statistical test. Data had been collected by using a questionnaire as a primary instrument, interview, documentation, and literacy study as secondary data. Then, those data proceed by using determination and product correlation analysis. The result of this research showed that organizational climate has a strong, significant, a positive influence on employee performance in faculty of social and politic Haluoleo University. Organization climate becomes a dominant factor which influences the employee. This research also has proven that employee performance will raise when its organization climate getting better.
