PENERAPAN COMMUNITY BASED TOURISM DALAM PENGELOLAAN WISATA BERKELANJUTAN DI KAMPUNG GENTENG CANDIREJO
Kampung Genteng Candirejo is a village that is included in the category of tourist villages in Surabaya. Kampung Genteng Candirejo is characterized by its processing of herbal products and environmental-based village management to achieve sustainable tourism management. The development of Kampung Genteng Candirejo as an alternative for tourism involves community participation in the formation of tourism village institutions as well as the existence of herbal product business units that can improve the community's economy. The purpose of this research is to identify the management of Kampung Genteng Candirejo in the perspective of community based tourism as sustainable tourism. The method used in this research is descriptive qualitative using the theory of community based tourism. Data collection techniques are carried out through observation, interview and documentation techniques. The results showed that community based tourism has been applied to tourism management in Genteng Candirejo Village, the application of community based tourism is applied in the form of active community participation, the formation of tourism village management agencies, the existence of herbal product processing business activities that improve the community's economy, and village management through an environmentally friendly program
PERFORMANCE OF HUMAN RESOURCES DEVELOPMENT AGENCY (BPSDM) OF SOUTHEAST SULAWESI PROVINCE
This study intends to analyze the impact of work culture and job satisfaction on employee performance at BPSDM Southeast Sulawesi Province. This type of research is explanatory research, with a total sample of 47 respondents. The sample size was determined based on the slovin method, the sampling technique was carried out directly. Data was taken using a questionnaire with a Likert scale. Analysis of the data by descriptive and multiple linear regression. The results of the research prove that work culture has a positive effect on employee performance with a significance number of 0, 000 and t is 43, 757 with a coefficient of 0, 74. Job satisfaction has a positive effect on employee performance with a significance number of 0, 000 and t is 82, 629 and a coefficient of 0, 93. Based on the results of data analysis, it is concluded that work culture and job satisfaction greatly affect employee performance. This shows that the two variables, both work culture and job satisfaction, have been tested to significantly affect employee performance.AbstrakPenelitian ini bermaksud untuk menganalisa akibat aspek budaya kerja serta kepuasan kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai di BPSDM Provinsi Sulawesi Tenggara. Tipe penelitian merupakan eksplanatory research, dengan jumlah sampel sebesar 47 responden. Besar sampel didetetapkan berdasarkan pada metode slovin, teknik penarikan sampel dilakukan secara langsung. Data diambil menggunakan angket dengan skala likert. Analisa data dengan cara deskriptif serta regresi linier berganda. Hasil riset membuktikan kalau budaya kerja mempengaruhi positif terhadap kemampuan pegawai dengan angka signifikansi 0, 000 serta t jumlah sebesar 43, 757 dengan angka koefisien 0, 74. Kepuasan kerja mempengaruhi positif terhadap kinerja pegawai dengan angka signifikansi 0, 000 serta t jumlah sebesar 82, 629 serta angka koefisien 0, 93. Berdasarkan pada hasil analisa data, disimpulkan kalau budaya kerja serta kepuasan kerja sangat mempengaruhi kinerja pegawai. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa kedua variable tersebut, baik budaya kerja maupun kepuasan kerja teruji secara sognifikan mempengaruhi kinerja pegawai
STRATEGI PENGEMBANGAN ULOS MELALUI UKM DI KECAMATAN TARUTUNG KABUPATEN TAPANULI UTARA
The circulation of screen printing Ulos and the Covid 19 pandemic caused a negative impact on Ulos SMEs in Tarutung District which could threaten the sustainability of small industrial businesses. The strategic importance is right in accordance with Ulos and its ancestral values by the Small and Medium Enterprises Cooperative Trade Office and the North Tapanuli Dekranasda. The purpose of this research is to see how the Ulos development strategy through SMEs is carried out by the Small and Medium Enterprises Cooperative Trade Office of North Tapanuli Regency and what factors influence the Ulos development strategy. The research method used is a qualitative approach with descriptive data, followed by a strategy formulation using the SWOT analysis method. Based on research and discussion, it was found that the Ulos Development Strategy through SMEs in Tarutung District, North Tapanuli Regency had not been implemented optimally, this was influenced by limited capital and the less than optimal role of the government
ANALISIS PEMBINAAN KEPADA NARAPIDANA ANAK KASUS NARKOTIKA DI LEMBAGA PEMBINAAN KHUSUS ANAK
Penyalahgunaan narkotika bukan hanya dilakukan dan terjadi kepada orang dewasa, tetapi juga terhadap anak-anak. Posisi anak yang dianggap belum cakap hukum dan posisi mereka yang masih labil, menjadikan anak sebagai sasaran empuk bagi para bandar untuk dapat memasarkan barang haramnya tersebut. Metode Penlitian menggunakan jenis penelitian hukum normatif, yakni penelitian yang dilakukan dengan berfokus pada norma hukum positif dalam bentuk peraturan perundang-undangan yang mengatur mengenai perlakuan yang diberikan kepada terpidana mati berdasarkan sistem pemasyarakatan. Lembaga Pembinaan Khusus Anak berkewajiban untuk membesarkan, melatih, melatih, dan melakukan lainnya sesuai dengan persyaratan hukum. Hal ini karena anak yang dihukum karena melakukan tindak pidana berhak atas pembinaan, bimbingan, pengawasan, dukungan, pendidikan dan pelatihan, serta hak-hak lainnya menurut ketentuan undang-undang. Faktor keluarga dan lingkungan menjadi faktor utama seorang anak melakukan penyalahgunaan narkotika. Selain itu adapula faktor internal seperti krisis identitas dan kontrol diri yang lemah, yang juga dapat dengan mudahnya mempangaruhi seorang anak melakukan hal diluar kendalinya. Pemerintah, masyarakat, keluarga dan orang tua berkewajiban dan bertanggung jawab untuk melaksanakan perlindungan anak, dan melindungi anak dari bahaya narkotika
IMPLEMENTASI RETRIBUSI DAERAH PELAYANAN KESEHATAN DI UPTD KESEHATAN PUSKESMAS PUSPO
This study discusses the implementation of the Retribution areas of health service in the UPTD Health Center Puspo. The objectives of this study are: 1). To find out the implementation process of Retribution Area of health service in UPTD Health Puspo. 2). To know the factors that influence in its implementation. The method used in this research is qualitative method. With qualitative methods we can describe the regional levy for health services and the factors that influence the implementation of the levy. The results of the study showed that the implementation of regional levy has not been effective. Efforts that need to be made by local governments in order to effectively implement. The effectiveness of service levy in Puskesmas Puspo must be done according to the applicable rules
ANALISIS STRATEGI PEMASARAN DI TENGAH PANDEMI COVID-19 UNTUK MENINGKATKAN OMZET PENJUALAN PADA RESTU BAKERY BOJONEGORO
This research uses Restu Bakery Bojonegoro as an object of research that sells various cakes and bakeries. The purpose of this study was to determine and analyze marketing strategies in increasing sales turnover during the Covid-19 pandemic at Restu Bakery Bojonegoro. The research method used is descriptive quantitative using SWOT, data collection techniques are carried out by means of observation, documentation, interviews and triangulation related to marketing strategies based on the 7P marketing mix indicators used by researchers in identifying strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats with the SWOT method. at Restu Bakery Bojonegoro.From this study, the results of the Internal Factor Analysis Summary showed a strength of 1.76 and a weakness of 1.46. Meanwhile, the results of the External Factor Analysis Summary show that the threat is 1.97 and the opportunity is 1.41. In this case, Restu Bakery Bojonegoro occupies the quadrant point I. In this case, a supporting marketing strategy is an aggressive strategy on the various opportunities and strengths of Restu Bakery Bojonegoro

KUALITAS PELAYANAN UPTD PUSKESMAS PERAWATAN BARU ULU DI KOTA BALIKPAPAN PADA TAHUN 2020
Kesehatan merupakan salah satu kebutuhan terpenting bagi setiap individu. Masyarakat tidak bisa melakukan perawatan sendiri tanpa pelayanan tenaga kesehatan. Oleh karena itu, pelayanan Kesehatan merupakan salah satu hal yang wajib didapatkan oleh masyarakat dari pemerintah, hal ini sesuai dengan Undang-undang Dasar 1945 Pasal 34 ayat (3) yang menyatakan negara bertanggungjawab atas penyediaan fasilitas pelayanan kesehatan dan fasilitas pelayanan umum yang layak. UPTD Puskesmas Perawatan Baru Ulu memiliki fungsi untuk memberikan pelayanan kepada masyarakat di Kelurahan Baru Ulu. Berdasarkan survey indeks kepuasan masyarakat yang dilakukan oleh pemerintah Kota Balikpapan terhadap kualitas pelayanan di UPTD Puskesmas Perawatan Baru Ulu pada tahun 2020 mengalami penurunan dibandingkan dengan tahun sebelumnya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana kualitas pelayanan di UPTD Puskesmas Perawatan Baru Ulu Kota Balikpapan pada tahun 2020. Penelitian ini menggunakan teori kualitas pelayanan publik dan menggunakan metode deskriptif kualitatif dengan melakukan wawancara. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa kualitas pelayanan di UPTD Puskesmas Perawatan Baru Ulu Kota Balikpapan pada tahun 2020 sudah baik. Namun, perlu ada perbaikan dalam beberapa hal seperti ketepatan waktu kedatangan dokter dan etika pegawai
KUALITAS PELAYANAN PERPUSTAKAAN KELILING DI DINAS PERPUSTAKAAN DAN KEARSIPAN KABUPATEN KOTAWARINGIN TIMUR
The purpose of this research is to discover The Service Quality of Mobile Library of Library and Archives Department of East Kotawaringin Regency in providing services. The research used a method named qualitative descriptive. The data was collected through observation, interview, and documentation. The theory used was the dimension of service quality by Zeitahml, Parasuraman, and Berry. The results of this study showed that the service quality of mobile library services of Library and Archives Department of East Kotawaringin Regency is considered good. In the tangibles dimension, it is proven by the presentable appearance of the personnel and the availability of well-equipped facilities. The reliability dimension includes the ability and the reliability of the personnel in providing the promised service. Responsiveness includes the promptness and the willingness to provide an immediate and accurate service when responding to visitors’ requests. Assurance includes the ability and courtesy of the personnel in assuring the visitors, to create a positive perception in visitors. Lastly, empathy is associated with the caring attention that the personnel give when providing attentive service to the visitors. Even though the service quality of the mobile library of library and archives department of East Kotawaringin Regency is good enough, it is necessary to improve the tangibles (physical evidence) and reliability (trust) dimensions
