Full text linkPPKM (Enforcement of Restrictions on Community Activities) and the Kampung Tangguh Program are one of its policies. With the formation of this policy, the community is also encouraged to carry out productive activities even from home. Some of the growing trends are the existence of urban farming which is often used in urban areas that are quite densely populated. Besides being useful in food security, urban farming also helps the productivity of the community. Kuliah Kerja Nyata is an activity from the Universitas Pembangunan Nasional “Veteran” Jawa Timur in an effort to serve the community in the midst of the COVID-19 pandemic. Students do community service in RT I RW XI Kelurahan Kertajaya, Kecamatan Gubeng, Surabaya City by implementing an introduction to hydroponic cultivation techniques and education that are easy and can be done by the community. The purpose of doing community service by KKN students themselves is so that the community can be helped by the community service carried out by students and can create resilience in the food sector. The method used in this paper uses the results of observations and direct interviews with local residents. And the results of hydroponics are expected to inspire the community in developing hydroponics independently.

Full text linkThis paper reviews the impact or influence of the COVID-19 Pandemic on the application of Government Accounting Standards (SAP) in the presentation of Government Financial Statements, especially Operational Reports (LO) during the pandemic. This study aims to determine the suitability of the presentation of the Operational Report with the applicable accounting regulations and policies during the COVID-19 Pandemic by making the Makassar II KPPN as the object of research. This research is based on data from the unaudited Financial Statements of KPPN Makassar II in 2020, especially the Operational Report and Notes to Financial Statements (CaLK) and based on the results of interviews with related parties. The results of this study are expected to provide input in an effort to prepare quality and accountable government financial reports. Certain circumstances and extraordinary events (COVID-19) have a significant influence on the quality of the financial reports of a government work unit. For this reason, the government issued policies related to the management of state finances in order to maintain financial system stability during the handling of the COVID-19 pandemic, including accountability for the implementation of the state budget.

Full text linkThe purpose of this research is to analyze and describe how optimalization management of tourist attraction during pandemic by Dinas Kepemudaan, Olahraga dan Pariwisata Kendal Regency. This study uses a descriptive qualitative method, which means that researchers get data through observation and interviews and documents about Tourist Attractions by Disporapar. The data analysis used the theory of Miles & Huberman which consists of data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion. The results showed that Disporapar held tourism management training for tourism actors with the aim that tourism actors were able to make Kendal Regency tourist destinations known to tourists and the wider community during the pandemic. The optimization of the management of Tourist Attractions during the pandemic by Disporapar has gone well and effectively. Such as providing a place to wash hands, adjusting seating distances and requiring visitors to wear masks. Disporapar worried if this pandemic will be long over, because it affects the income of business actors

No full textThe reform of state financial management in 2003 was aimed at realizing transparent and accountable government financial reporting. Reform of state financial management is the first step in improving the quality of state finances. In the government environment, fixed assets play an important role in government operations and also benefit the community. The problem studied is how the suitability of accounting for fixed assets at the Lubuklinggau Police with PSAP number 07 concerning Accounting for Fixed Assets from the point of view of recognition, measurement, presentation, and disclosure of Fixed Assets in Financial Statements. The research method used is a qualitative method, the method of data collection is carried out by means of observation and interviews with parties related to accounting at the Lubuklinggau Police Station. The results of this study are the Lubuklinggau Police Station has implemented Fixed Asset Accounting in accordance with PSAP 07, namely Assets are recognized when future economic benefits have been obtained and their value can be measured reliably, Fixed Assets are measured at cost, depreciation is carried out using a straight line and presented in Balance sheet according to PSAP 07

No full textTujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui Strategi Penerapan Manajemen Keselamatan Dan Kesehatan Kerja (K3) yang dilaksanakan oleh perusahaan untuk meminimalisir atau mengurangi angka kecelakaan dan penyakit kerja. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian kualitatif dengan menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif serta data yang diperlukan ialah data primer dan data sekunder yang berasal dari observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi yang dianalisis oleh peneliti sehingga mendapatkan data yang akurat dan jelas mengenai strategi penerapan Manajemen K3 Oleh PLN (Persero) UIP3B Sumatera di Kota Pekanbaru. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa Strategi Penerapan Manajemen Keselamatan dan Kesehatan Kerja (K3) Oleh PLN (Persero) UIP3B Sumatera di Kota Pekanbaru dalam penerapan manajemen keselamatan dan kesehatan kerja yang dilakukan oleh PLN (Persero) UIP3B Sumatera belum mencapai tujuan sesuai dengan yang diharapkan, hal ini terjadi karena masih terdapatnya faktor-faktor penghambat, yaitu kompetensi pegawai yang masih rendah, kurangnya kesadaran dari karyawan akan pentingnya K3 dan kurangnya pengawasan K3 dengan mengacu pada Peraturan Pemerintah Nomor 50 Tahun 2012

Full text linkThe COVID-19 pandemic has had a significant impact in various fields, especially in the tourism sector which also has an impact on the country's economy. The central and local governments are currently doing various methods, including the Sekapuk Village Government. In the midst of the current pandemic, Sekapuk Village has succeeded in increasing village income as a source of economic resilience from tourism. Sekapuk Village has also achieved various achievements. This is inseparable from the support from the community. The purpose of this research is to see the application of the principles of Community Based Tourism (CBT) in the Development of Tourism Villages in Sekapuk Village, Ujungpangkah District, Gresik Regency. This type of research used in this research is descriptive qualitative. The results of this study indicate that the implementation of CBT in Sekapuk Village has not been implemented as a whole. In the planning principle, the community has not played an active role. Then on the principle of implementation, the community has played an active role and participated in tourism ownership. This research is motivated by the lack of optimal management of the Buduran Market by the Industry and Trade Office of Sidoarjo Regency. It can be seen from the supporting facilities and infrastructure in the Buduran Markets which are still inadequate and poorly maintained. This study aims to determine how the implementation of community market management policies in Buduran Market, Sidoarjo Regency. The research method used in this article is a descriptive research method with a qualitative approach by using a qualitative approach. The results show that the implementation of the people's market management policy has been implemented, but there are still problems in its implementation. The conclusion of this research is the implementation of the people's market management policy in its implementation is still not optimal, this can be seen from the indicators of the success of policy implementation

In the context of Indonesian’s, Muslims constitute a very large market share for marketing products, especially Islamic products. One of the products based on Islamic values is Islamic Bank. In Indonesia, Bank Muamalat is the first bank in existence. With such a large Muslim population, on the other hand, Islamic banks do not hold market share in the national banking industry. Islamic banks lag behind other conventional banks. Therefore, a strategy is needed to increase that market share. Islamic marketing is a strategy that can be used to increase customer satisfaction and loyalty at Bank Muamalat Indonesia.This research is an explanatory research with a quantitative approach. The sampling technique used in this study was purposive sampling. Respondents in this study were 120 people. The Machin and Campbell formula is used to determine the number of respondents. The objectives of this study are (1) to determine the effect of Islamic marketing on customer satisfaction; (2) to determine the effect of Islamic marketing on customer loyalty; (3) To determine the effect of customer satisfaction on customer loyalty.The results of this study are (1) Islamic marketing has a significant effect on customer satisfaction; (2) Islamic marketing has a significant effect on customer loyalty; and (3) Customer satisfaction has a significant effect on customer loyalty. Full text linkThe purpose of this study is to explain how the municipal government of Pekanbaru provides guidelines that should be carried out by the community in carrying out activities in Pekanbaru. This research uses qualitative research methods. The selection of research informants used perposive sampling technique. Primary data collection from interviews, while secondary data from documentation and literature study. Data analysis using an interactive model. The results showed that the application of new life behavior guidelines based on the Mayor of Pekanbaru regulation number 104 of 2020 concerning guidelines for new productive and safe lives in the prevention and control of Coronavirus Desease 2019 (Covid-19) in Pekanbaru has paid attention to the lives of its people, it can be seen from its existence. Guidelines for carrying out activities and activities during the Covid-19 pandemic. However, there is still an increase in positive cases of Covid-19 due to people who do not comply with applicable policies. No full textThe purpose of this study was to find out how the participation of the people of North Moramo took part in the success of the regional head election democratic party, the indicators of this study were community participation and political behavior. This study uses Max Waber's theory of social action in which there is rational action. The research location is in the village of Lalowaru, North Moramo sub-district. Furthermore, there were 37 informants in this research, while the sample was taken using a purposive sampling technique and the data collection technique was using an interview technique. The conclusion of this study is the level of community participation in the 2020 Pilkada in Lalowaru Village, North Moramo District, South Konawe Regency, namely voting as, this form of political participation is very high because almost 78% gave their right to vote. The inhibiting factors for participation are the busyness of daily activities, and the prohibition from the family and the driving factors are: first curiosity and the desire to become the main political actor at the sub-district level
