    Model Manajemen Konflik Berbasis Kearifan Lokal: Konflik Perguruan Pencak Silat Di Madiun – Jawa Timur

    Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pemaknaan peran nilai kearifan lokal dalam proses manajemen konflik dan untuk memetakan model manajemen konflik yang sesuai dengan nilai kearifan lokal masyarakat Madiun. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif dengan metode fenomenologi. Pemilihan informan dilakukan dengan menggunakan purposive sampling. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan menggunakan teknik observasi dan wawancara mendalam. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa nilai budaya Jawa sebagai nilai kearifan lokal masyarakat Madiun yang ole anggota perguruan dimaknai sebagai pedoman idup utama, maka proses manajemen konflik juga harus berpedoman pada nilai kearifan lokal yang bertujuan untuk mewujudkan perdamaian jangka panjang. Pemetaan model manajemen konflik dilakukan dengan berpedoman pada nilai etika Jawa, hamemayu hayuning bawono, dan mangan ora mangan anggere kumpul. Pemetaan model manajemen konflik berdasarkan pada nilai kearifan lokal dapat menunjukkan bahwa ketokohan merupakan karakteristik utama dari model manajemen konflik di Madiun, khususnya dalam mengelola konflik masyarakat.Kata Kunci: Pencak Silat, Manajemen Konflik, Budaya Jawa,  Perspektif Komunikasi Asi

    Melanie Subono involvement on the case of Satinah and Kendeng is interested, which is followed by majority of netizen called Indonesia society. Success in completing a case is determined by actress in building of communication network so as to achieve the goal. This research uses the theory of Communication Network and Social Movement which aims to know how does Melanie Subono as an actress build communication network through media social and make social movement to achieve the goal. After Communication Network and Social Movement formed, this research also uses Communicator Credibility to see all factors of communicator credibility which is played by Melanie Subono in the case of Satinah and Kendeng. This research aims to know how to build Communication Network and Social Movement, and also to know Communicator Credibility of Melanie Subono on the case of Satinah and Kendeng. The result of this research obtained is the relations in the case of Satinah and Kendeng obviously and determining the success in solving the case. Social movement which Melanie Subono did in the case of Satinah is type of Alternative Moment and type of social movement in the case of Kendeng is Reformative Moment.     Representing Islam in Indonesian Film Advertising during the Suharto Era (1966–1998) and Reform Era (1998–Present)

    This article examines how Islam has been depicted in advertisements for Indonesian films over the past fifty years. It finds that, during the Suharto Era (1966–1998), Islam was generally not represented explicitly in film advertisements; however, examples could still be found in advertisements for films intended to preach Islamic values as well as in advertisements for films with more general themes. The use of Islamic symbols became more common during the Reform Era (1998–present), particularly following the rise of the film Islami genre. Advertisements in both eras used such symbols as turbans, skullcaps, and headscarves, as well as other common symbols of Islam. However, advertisements differed in two key aspects. First, where advertisements in the Suharto era tended to embrace viewers of all backgrounds, advertisements in the Reform era have often positioned Islam as more exclusive. Second, where advertisements in the Suharto era tended to illustrate a dynamicity in discourses on Islamic identity, advertisements in the Reform era have generally promoted a more singular understanding of Indonesian Islamic identity

    AbstractMarketing Public Relations Strategy of PT. Bank Rakyat Indonesia (Persero) Tbk Branch Office of Yogyakarta in improving BRIZZI Card users.The results of this research showed that the public relations marketing program in increasing the number of BRIZZI card users performed special event programs, sponsorship, BRIZZI Trans Jogja, direct presentations, telemarketing, exhibitions event, advertising strategy, bundling, and BRIZZI co-branding or cooperation and also supported with various roles and functions performed by PT. Bank Rakyat Indonesia (Persero) Tbk Branch Office of Yogyakarta. The conclusion can be seen from the increasing number of BRIZZI card users in October which far exceeded the target. The implementation of marketing public relations program would be maximal again if supported by the role of the optimal marketing media, through concerted media (centralize activities on the media) in order that the publication can be realized with the maximum. Using concerted media, PT. Bank Rakyat Indonesia (Persero) Tbk Branch Office of Yogyakarta can attract customers to reach the target and of course will make the increase of BRIZZI card users

    Salah satu cara yang dapat dilakukan oleh penonton untuk menangkap koherensi film sebagai yang terlihat dan yang tergambar adalah dengan membayangkan bahwa, pada saat tertentu, terdapat unsur-unsur yang dapat diidentifikasi dan berfungsi sebagai sarana untuk membaca peristiwa dalam sebuah dokumenter. Unsur-unsur tersebut adalah: (1) gestur; dan (2) fitur. Gestur menempati posisi sebagai salah satu teks petunjuk yang mengindikasikan runtutan peristiwa dalam sebuah film melalui hal-hal yang melekat pada tubuh aktor. Selain gestur, unsur lain yang turut memengaruhi bagaimana petunjuk filmis dapat dibaca oleh penonton adalah dengan adanya fitur. Fitur merupakan elemen artistik yang secara signifikan menunjukkan identitas pelaku (aktor), tempat, waktu, dan hubungannya dengan peristiwa yang terjadi. Dalam The Act of Killing, kebenaran peristiwa dinarasikan melalui adegan performatif Anwar Congo yang sarat akan unsur gestur dan fitur.     Gender In Social Media: Semiotic Study of Gender Constuction of Women in Instagram Account @ModusKeras Postings

    Instagram adalah satu jenis media sosial yang memungkinkan penggunanya berbagi foto kepada pengguna lain. Namun tak hanya sekedar foto biasa yang seringkali dibagikan pengguna instagram, kadangkala foto tersebut mengandung seksualitas seperti di dalam akun Instagram @moduskeras yang umumnya menampilkan perempuan sebagai objeknya. Penelitian dengan metode kualitatif ini bertujuan mengetahui bagaimana konstruksi gender terjadi dalam media sosial Instagram dengan menelusuri unsur-unsur semiotik dari berbagai gambar unggahan akun @moduskeras. Dengan menggunakan teori-teori media sosial, konstruksi gender, bias gender dalam media online, dan semiotika. Menggunakan analisis semiotika Charles Peirce yang mengusung tiga unsur, yaitu tanda, objek, dan interpretan. Tanda kemudian akan dikategorikan menjadi ikon, indeks dan simbol. Terdapat 10 gambar yang menjadi objek kajian bagaimana gender dikonstruksi. Peneliti melihat 10 gambar tersebut terdapat aspek-aspek tanda yang dapat menunjukkan bagaimana gender perempuan dibentuk. 10 gambar tersebut kemudian dimasukkan kedalam 4 macam kategorisasi yaitu: Objetivikasi tubuh perempuan, komersialisasi perempuan, perempuan menjadi objek fetishisme dan menjadi sosok pasif, serta perempuan memiliki batas dan terpenjara. Hasil penelitian ini adalah akun Instagram @moduskeras mengkonstruksi gender perempuan sesuai dengan paham patriarki yang membuat perempuan tidak bisa terlepas dari seksualitas dan menjadi objek dari laki-laki.Abstract                Instagram is one kind of social media that allows users to share photos to others. But not only regular photos that distributed by users, sometimes the photo contains sexuality. Instagram @moduskeras account generally displays women as its object. This research with qualitative method aims to find out how gender constructions occur in social media Instagram by tracing the semiotic elements on images uploaded by @moduskeras account. Using theories about Instagram as social media, gender constructions, gender bias in online media, and semiotics. Using Peirce's semiotic analysis that carries three elements: signs, objects, and interpretations. The sign will then be categorized into icon, index, and symbol. There are 10 images which become the object of studying how gender is constructed. Researcher saw that 10 pictures have several aspects of the sign that can show how women's gender is formed. The 10 images then inserted into four types of categorization: Objectivication of women's bodies, commercialization of women, women become objects of fetishism and being passive, and women have limits and imprisonment from the world. The result of this research is Instagram @moduskeras account constructs women’s gender based on patriarchal system which women can not be separated from sexuality and become the object of men

    The development of groups of micro, small and medium-scale enterprises (MSMEs) has been very competitive. This condition can be found in Yogyakarta Special Region (DIY), one of them is MSMEs in Krebet tourist village. The major challenge is that there have already been several location points that manufacture similar products; therefore, the crafts need to be distinguished from one another. However, it has several challenges and dynamics to manifest the plan in Krebet tourist village. Brand positioning models are relevant to be applied in this case (Keller, 2013). This article is a finding explored in the framework of the community service program. In addition to providing assistance, the authors were able to explore the dynamics of the target group. Descriptive method is used to see the reality of the methodological aspects. Data collection techniques conducted through Focus Group Discussion so that information about the conditions in Krebet Tourism Village and the dynamics of its villagers can be identified. In addition, observations were made through regular mentoring in the business group in Krebet. In order to strengthen the findings, the authors distributed questionnaires to help map some of the data needed. Furthermore, interesting points that will be presented in the article include (1) understanding of citizens about the importance of brands in business activities; (2) understanding of collective brands; (3) dynamics in building collective brands as a way to develop the potential of the tourist village

    Tujuan dari penelitian ini yaitu untuk menjelaskan bentuk subjektivitas pada orang tua pasien melalui pengalamannya berinteraksi dengan dokter anak. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah kualitatif. Sampel yang dipilih dalam penelitian ini adalah orang tua yang pernah berkunjung ke dokter anak serta memiliki latar belakang pendidikan sarjana (S1) dan magister (S2). Teknik sampling yang digunakan adalah purposive sampling dan snowball. Pengumpulan data penelitian dilakukan dengan melakukan wawancara secara mendalam. Teknik validitas yang digunakan adalah triangulasi peneliti. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis konten kualitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sebagian besar informan menyatakan resisten. Informan menyatakan subjektivitas mereka melalui cara yang berbeda, yaitu dengan tidak mengikuti saran dokter, menyatakan penolakan secara langsung (memberikan argumen), dan beralih ke dokter yang lain. Meskipun sebagian besar informan menyatakan resisten, namun sebagian informan justru menunjukkan bahwa mereka tidak resisten, dan cenderung untuk menerima perlakuan yang diberikan oleh dokter.Kata Kunci: Dokter anak, orang tua pasien, power, subjektivita

    Communication eWOM as culinary promotion media has grown rapidly in Instagram, with Food Instagrammer followers who actively become opinion seeker and the shaper of the phenomenon itself. In addition to being the most up-to-date eWOM culinary promotional tool in Instagram has formed a consumptive culture. This research is to see how followers food Instagrammer able to play an active role in forming culinary eWOM and consumptive culture in Instagram. This study uses virtual ethnography, which focuses on media object analysis taken from three active followers of Instagrammer professional food. The results of this study indicate that culinary eWOM in Instagram besides establishing a new identity becomes an effective promotional tool rather than the use of other media. eWOM culinary  in instagram is able to form millennial consumer culture in the digital era
