GENDER DALAM DAKWAH UNTUK PEMBANGUNAN (Potret Keterlibatan Perempuan dalam Politik)
Gender issues are an issue that demands social and cultural construction justice between men and women. In the demands of this construction, the balance of functions, status, and nature of the sexes is expected to be realized. Instead, da’wa and development is a construction of the changes that take place in society from certain socio-cultural conditions toward something that is considered more valuable. In addition it can also be interpreted as an effort to alleviate backwardness. Therefore, all, gender, da’wa and development are a reciprocal correlation between one another. The emergence of gender injustice issues or gender discrimination due to social construction process in society. Yet Islam and the Constitution of 45 countries have guaranteed equality of access for women and men. Therefore, enhancing the role of women and men in gendered development as an integral part of national development has significance in the effort to achieve harmonious harmony between men and women or to achieve gender equality and justice in various areas of life and development. The results of this study, trying to reveal da’wa gender in development should not be the same role between men and women, there are areas of their own that can be done by men and women in da’wa and development process. ****Isu gender merupakan suatu isu yang menuntut keadilan konstruksi sosial maupun kultural antara kaum laki-laki dengan perempuan. Dalam tuntutan konstruksi ini, keseimbangan fungsi, status, dan hakekat antar jenis kelamin diharapkan dapat direalisasikan. Sebaliknya, dakwah dan pembangunan merupakan suatu konstruksi perubahan yang terjadi di masyarakat dari kondisi sosio-kultural tertentu menuju ke arah sesuatu yang dianggap lebih bernilai. Selain itu dapat juga diartikan sebagai usaha pengentasan keterbelakangan. Oleh karena itu semua, gender dan pembangunan adalah suatu korelasi timbal balik antara satu dengan yang lain. Munculnya isu ketidakadilan gender atau diskriminasi gender akibat adanya proses kontruksi sosial di dalam masyarakat. Padahal Islam dan UUD 45 negara telah menjamin kesetaraan akses perempuan dan laki-laki. Oleh karena itu, peningkatan peranan perempuan dan laki-laki dalam dakwah dan pembangunan yang berwawasan gender sebagai bagian integral dari pembangunan nasional, mempunyai arti penting dalam upaya untuk mewujudkan kemitrasejajaran yang harmonis antara laki-laki dengan perempuan atau mewujudkan kesetaraan dan keadilan gender dalam berbagai bidang kehidupan dan pembangunan. Hasil penelitian ini, berusaha menampakkan gender dalam dakwah dan pembangunan tidak harus sama peran antara laki-laki dan perempuan, ada wilayah-wilayah sendiri yang bisa dilakukan laki-laki dan perempuan dalam pelaksanaan dakwah dan pembangunan
TANTANGAN DAKWAH DALAM MEDIA TEKNOLOGI KOMUNIKASI DI ERA GLOBALISASI
The development of information technology has kemjauan very rapidly. The advancement has led mankind easier to relate to one another. Various information and events happening parts of the world with rapidly can be known by human beings on other continents. The era of globalization characterized by the rapid advancement of communication technology is also called information age. The world community, including Muslims today can enjoy television programs with a variety of impressions. The television broadcasts emanating not only from a national network, but also can follow the international network thanks to the satellite which is connected with the parabola in people's homes. Communication on one side convey information to others for ideas or ideas to others either use or not use the media while the media on the other hand want to change the mindset and behavior of the people. Same with da'wah, Communication is the process of conveying information to others about ideas or ideas to other people both using the media and not using media while on the other hand they want to change people's mindsets and behavior. The function of da'wah and communication are also the same, namely to change someone with a specific purpose. The purpose of da'wah is to convey information and seek information to mad'u so that the material to be conveyed can be understood so that communication can be achieved. The da'i to mad’u's da'wah process is expected to have a psychological influence in improving Islamic teachings. However, the challenge of preaching in the information era has become more complex. With this required expertise in conveying his da'wah for the success of da'wah, including various treatments that are more profound and efficient. ****Perkembangan teknologi informasi mengalami kemajuan sangat pesat. Kemajuan tersebut telah mengantarkan umat manusia semakin mudah untuk berhubungan satu dengan lainnya. Berbagai infomasi dan peristiwa yang terjadi dibelahan dunia dengan secara cepat dapat diketahui oleh manusia pada benua yang lain. Era globalisasi yang ditandai oleh semakin majunya teknologi komunikasi juga disebut dengan era informasi. Masyarakat dunia termasuk umat Islam dewasa ini dapat menikmati acara televisi dengan berbagai tayangan. Siaran televisi tersebut bukan hanya terpancar dari jaringan yang bersifat nasional, tetapi juga dapat mengikuti jaringan internasional berkat adanya satelit yang dihubungkan dengan adanya parabola di rumah-rumah penduduk. Sama dengan dakwah, Komunikasi adalah proses menyampaikan informasi kepada orang lain terhadap gagasan atau ide kepada orang lain baik menggunakan media maupun tidak menggunakan media sedangkan disisi lain ingin mengubah pola pikir dan tingkah laku masyarakat. Fungsi dakwah dan komunikasi juga sama, yaitu untuk merubah seseorang dengan tujuan tertentu. Tujuan dakwah adalah untuk menyampaikan informasi dan mencari informasi kepada mad’u agar materi yang ingin disampaikan dapat dimengerti sehingga komunikasi yang dilaksanakan dapat tercapai. Proses dakwah yang dilakukan oleh da’i kepada mad’u diharapkan mempunyai pengaruh psikologis dalam meningkatkan ajaran Islam. Namun, tantangan berdakwah di era informasi menjadi lebih komplek. Dengan ini dibutuhkan kepiawaian da’i dalam menyampaikan dakwahnya demi keberhasilan dakwah, termasuk berbagai perlakuan yang lebih mendalam dan berdayaguna
RELIGIUSITAS GAY DI PERKUMPULAN KELUARGA BERENCANA INDONESIA KOTA SEMARANG DAN UPAYA DAKWAHNYA DENGAN BIMBINGAN DAN KONSELING ISLAM
Gay is sexual orientation of man and man (man feel love man), generally cann’t be accepted by indonesian people. In the religion, Gay is sinning and evil. They are part of people who have religion, obligation to carry out, to implement any obey his religion. But, the lack of synchronization between being a gay and being a religious make conflict in their self. This journal is trying to research about the religiousity level of a gay which must be handle as a counselor. Based on The results of research, that first religiousity of gay in PKBI Kota Semarang is varied. There are five of dimension which used to this research, trust and belief dimesion are not good classified, worship and practice of religion dimension are bad classified, appreciation or experience dimension are quite good, and other dimension that intellectual and consequences dimension are good classified. Second, the effort of proselytizing (dakwah) on islamic guidance and counseling are expected to become a new service in PKBI Kota Semarang which change aspects of gay religousity. So, to be good religiousity, gay must leave this sexual orientation and repentance to Allah. In this case, it is same vision of PKBI Kota Semarang that is minimize counting of patients HIV/AIDS which come from gay a community****Gay merupakan orientasi seksual terhadap sesama jenis, yang masih belum dapat diterima oleh masyarakat Indonesia pada umumnya, dan di dalam agama, gay merupakan perbuatan dosa dan tercela sebagaimana pemahaman masyarakat umumnya. Gay juga merupakan sosok yang memiliki agama, dan mempunyai dorongan untuk menjalankan, melaksanakan, dan mentaati ajaran agama yang dianutnya. Namun, ketidaksingkronan antara dirinya sebagai seorang gay dan sebagai sosok beragama yang menimbulkan konflik di dalam dirinya. Jurnal ini mencoba meneliti tentang kondisi religiusitas seorang gay dan bagaimana tindakan yang harus dilakukan oleh seorang konselor dalam membimbing serta memberikan layanan konseling terhadap mereka. Subjek gay yang menjadi obyek penelitian ini yaitu komunitas gay yang ada di PKBI Kota Semarang. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian ditemukan bahwa pertama, religiusitas gay di PKBI Kota Semarang sangat bervariatif. Dari lima dimensi religiusitas yang ada, ditunjukan bahwa dimensi keyakinan atau rasa percaya tergambar kurang baik, begitu juga dengan dimensi peribadatan atau praktik agama tergambar tidak baik, adapun dimensi penghayatan atau pengalaman tergambar cukup baik, begitu juga dimensi dimensi intelektual atau pengetahuan serta dimensi konsekuensi atau etika tergambar baik. Kedua, hasil penelitian juga menunjukan bahwa layanan bimbingan dan konseling Islam diperuntukkan untuk komunitas gay tersebut perlu diorientasikan kepada peningkatan aspek religiusitas gay, melalui religiusitas yang baik seorang gay dapat meminimalisir bahkan meninggalkan orientasi seksual dan kembali kepada fitrah yang diridhai Allah SWT, dengan layanan bimbingan dan konseling Islam tersebut diasumsikan dapat meminimalisir pasien HIV/AIDS dari komunitas gay
HUMOR DALAM PESAN DAKWAH
Humor in dakwah has an important position. The difficult material can be accepted by mad'u easily. Beside to attract attention, humor also can be used as a tool of education for mad'u and as a tool critic to against inequality that happens in society without loss the basic character of smooth and not provocative. Using improper of humor will cause a blurring the essence and purpose dakwah. There are four ethical criteria of humor which must be considered by dai. First, humor educative is humor which has the content of educating and the mission of enlightenment. Second, critical humor is humor who stimulate dai to do analysis a number of inequality and imbalance reality of life. Third, not racist, humor not contains insult, desecration, stigmatic against someone, institution, religion, race, and class. Fourth, doesn’t contain pornographic. Humor is not exploit sensational body through talk of dirty and porn.***Humor dalam dakwah menempati posisi penting. Materi yang sulit dapat dengan mudah dicerna mad’u melalui humor. Selain untuk menarik perhatian, humor juga bisa digunakan sebagai sarana edukasi mad’u dan bahkan dapat dipakai sebagai alat kritik tajam terhadap ketimpangan yang terjadi di masyarakat dengan tanpa kehilangan karakter dasarnya yang halus serta tidak provokatif. Namun penggunaan humor yang tidak tepat akan menyebabkan kaburnya esensi dan tujuan dakwah. Terdapat empat kriteria etis humor yang harus diperhatikan dai yaitu Pertama, humor edukatif yakni humor yang memiliki kandungan pesan mendidik dan membawa misi pencerahan, Kedua, humor kritis yakni humor yang menstimulus dai untuk melakukan analisis terhadap sejumlah ketimpangan dan ketidakseimbangan realitas kehidupan, Ketiga, tidak rasis, humor tidak berisi hinaan, penodaan, dan citraan stigmatis terhadap seseorang, lembaga, agama, ras, atau golongan, Keempat, Tidak berunsur pornografi, yaitu humor yang tidak mengeksploitasi tubuh dan sensasional badaniyah melalui pembicaraan jorok dan porno
MANAJEMEN PENGEMBANGAN SUMBER DAYA SANTRI BERBASIS TEKNOLOGI TEPAT GUNA DI PONDOK PESANTREN (PERSPEKTIF DAKWAH)
Strategic and systematic da'wah management for da'wah activities make Islam will experience a development. In case one of the da'wah institutions that require established management is a pesantren. Pesantren is one of the pillars of the Islamic struggle that has contributed greatly to religion as well as state. Hadi Mulya mentions pesantren as a cultural institution to develop a culture that has its own characteristics but also open itself to outside influences (Mulya, 1985: 99). The author conducts qualitative descriptive research. The process of searching data through three steps of data collection is through (1) observation to a number of related events and objects, (2) documentation related activities at Pondok Pesantren Robbi Rodliyya Semarang, (3) interviews with key personalities. This Research explains about the Implementation of Persuasive Communication Da’i religious conseling of prisoner at women class institute II A Bandar Lampung. This search uses descriptive qualitative approach. Da’i who do couching comes from Institutions and non-institutions. Da’i who comes two institutions from UIN Raden Intan Lampung and Dewan Dakwah Islam Indonesia. While da’i who come from non-institution only one person that is Ustadzah Hamidah Hasibuan. This findings of the field show that the persuasive communication of da’i in the religious estublishment of the psinores in the female class II A Bandar Lampung Institute both coming from institutions and non-institutions through five stages formulated with AIDDA. First, attention of the da’i involves some inmates to the ta’lim majlis event officer, using light language, initiating the delivery of the material by asking the news, chanting, sholawat, and vocal like KH.Zainuddin M.Z. Second, the interest of da’i convey the material of julisprudence, morals, tahsin iqra, qira’at al-qur’an and tailored to the request of inmates. Third, the desire that the da’i use the language of invitation, seduction, motivation sentensces and anticipate language that discredit.
